Super friendly staff. Everyone greeted me. The store was immaculate and clean. I asked for help finding moving supplies and the staff told me where to find what I was looking for including what shelf and where on the shelf. Amazing. The nice woman at the checkout was super duper friendly .

Inventory.Prices.Selection.All things that the staff doesn’t control.Their advice. Attitude. And so forth are controllable. And I want to recognize Angie on the floor. So glad she came back to this store. She’s always helpful and her attitude is zen like.Also want to say thanks to Veronica in returns. Not an easy job and she helps makes that part of the customer experience pleasant.Kids love the workshop and I get slot of honey do’s completed partnering with the Home Depot.

This place is my favorite place because it’s staff / associates are super nice and super friendly! I love the lady name Sam who knows the register system very well. She checked my items out fast and efficiently every single time. She also has good memory when I came back to return she even recognized me!! This only proves that she loves her job and she offers excellent customer service!!

A gentleman who works there, Brian, helped me out big time. Could have brushed me off and had me pay for something I didn't need and he took the time to guide me and help me out. Really great service. Thanks again. Will be back.

I was in need of a carpet cleaner, I looked online and the poway location had some. I drove there and I wasn't able to rent since I didn't have my physical license, I understood that and they sent me to escondido since that's where I'm from and they said all stores should have the same carpet cleaner. I drove home to get my license and then to the escondido store. Not only did they not have the carpet cleaner I needed, (so I was lied to) their system was down so I wasn't able to rent anything. I don't understand how they aren't able to rent it out by writing all the information down of someone and they weren't able to tell me when it would be back up.

I've been coming to the same Home Depot for 5 years and never have I received such great service as I did from Tool Rental this morning. A young lady and gentleman were kind caring efficient beautiful job you guys!

Closed early tonight for Christmas party, so screw the customers who only have between 7-8pm on a Sunday to handle business. At least do an update through Google so we don’t waste our time. Gentlemen who locked the door as I walked up prob could’ve been a bit friendlier. You all deserve a break but huge waste of time for your loyal customers.

Since I moved to Lake Hodges, this is my Home Depot, parking is easy and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They always have everything I need. They definitely keep their shelves well stocked.

Had to buy 2 replacement toilets. Used the web page to get an idea of what was available for what cost. Went in with a couple of ideas on which one get. Had great help from Dave in plumbing. He spent ~15 minutes giving me pros and cons to several brands and models. So I bought 2 Koehler models and he hooked me up with installation too. Price on toilets was lower than Amazon. Price on installation was lower than 3 other quotes I received. Installation went great and done day after toilets were delivered. Overall a great experience. Very Happy with purchase and installation by Plumb365 via Home Depot.

Worst Customer service !I needed help with a Ryobi tool and the person in the tools department was really busy with an older lady who could barely speak, so I told him not to worry and that I would ask some ladies in the front by the registers to help me. These ladies were straight up rude! I told them of how the guy was really busy and if they could please help me and they threw unnecessary attitude and sent me back to the department didn't even bother to ask what I needed help with.Never going back to this locationCustomer service training should be given asap!

The reason why I'm given a 3 is that there is no longer self Check out it's called assistant, check out. Then why do they have a sign saying self check? just put more cashier if Home Depot doesn't trust their customers.

Completely worthless workers well lack of working people that run this place!! I asked for 10 giant bags of heavy soil and for help loading it. 20+ minutes go by with no help. I go load it on a flatbed myself then they another worker who was suppose to help said did she pay for those? Like hello you were suppose to be helping me load after the transaction was already done. So she lets me by and leaves. I load the entire 10 bags with no help even though I saw 4-5 workers outside. Leaving the big box stores behind, 0 customer service!The garden checker completely rude and unhelpful.

Came here to this location for a new tool box and my visit was very good. Fast service and a short wait. Employees were also in good spirit, friendly, and professional. I am also very happy with my purchase. I definitely recommend this Home Depot location for anyone in the area looking for your home improvement tools. Remember at this time it is required to wear mask when shopping at Home Depot.

My brother and I had gone to Home Depot to get shelving for my mom's laundry room. Annette was one of the first people to assist us. She was very nice and told us if we had any questions, to come find her and she would be able to help. Then, we met Juan. He walked through the lumber section with us until we found exactly what we needed! Then, I got a little sick and he ran up front to get me AND my brother a bottle of water! I was impressed! I mean, who does that?!After that, we needed the lumber cut and we met Mark. He took care of that perfectly! All of these associates treated us just wonderfully! If I could give them 10 stars, I would! Such great customer service! Keep up the good work!

Multiple reviews for this location, read it all:As always I love the Home Depot, after 20+ years shopping here I know exactly where the items are that I need and even where the ones I don't need are. I'm probably at one of their location's 3-5 times a week. They've got the best tools and equipment, the rental department rocks and I've literally never had anything major to complain about. This location is no different, the employees are pleasant and know their stuff.April 4th 2022 update: after my last review I felt the need to add this on because usually I'm happy with service at Home Depot however last night I visited the same store that I left a great review for and had an interaction with the cashier that frustrated me and left me a bit upset. I travel quite a bit and go to Home Depot in several towns and spend thousands of dollars there a month and have numerous revolving credit accounts and I thought it was extremely unprofessional and rude when I asked for change and was told the only way I can get that is if I purchase an item, and what made it frustrating was that I just purchased an item when I realized I needed to break a bill. So I was forced to buy something that I didn't need just so that I could get change. And this is why I'm giving them 4 stars.
