If you go here to get your dog groomed do not use anybody but Kim.They think they know your dog better than you. I've been grooming my dog here for years once month along with my daughters dog to. Kim is off on leave and the other girls working there do not know what they're doing.135 a month loss for them.I WILL NOT BE BACK

I asked for my pet to get a trim and they cut her hair short and then gave me excuses saying that she would have looked scraggly. I am upset because it is cold and she’s only 3lbs gets cold easily and didn’t want her hair short. Not the first time I’ve had problems at this location.

It was the first time I took my dog to get his nailed trimmed at Petco. He was very scared while we waited but the technician that took him back was so great with him. I even saw Roger (my dog) sneak in a kiss.

We brought our dog in for a bath and brush, and they had him finished within 2 hours. He smelled so nice, and they did a great job of getting his hair off from shedding.

This was Ash first visit since her rescue. I was concerned on how she would react to new people and other dogs. Well it all went well. The staff ensured me that they would care for her with kid gloves. I am very please with the expertise from scheduling to grooming. I will definitely take her back for her grooming. Thanks, James

We were able to book easily in a short amount of time. Lisa, our groomer, did an excellent job and was very friendly and courteous. Max seemed very happy with his visit, was not tired when he got home.

Tatiana is very knowledgeable and gentle with our Kolby. Her co-worker (unfortunately I did not get her name) was so helpful to my husband and I as we waited for our appointment. Everybody at the Petco Grooming Department is top notch.

Millie is amazing. She is very patient and kind. Everyone is friendly. Murray is very excitable and can sometimes be difficult to handle. But Millie handles him like a pro.

Staff were friendly and helpful- didn't have a problem with my anxious and mildly aggressive dogs- and self bathing area was mostly good. My only complaint is that the blow dryers are SO WEAK. I might as well be blowing a slightly strong fan on them. I'm guessing they keep them weak on purpose because most people aren't skilled dog bathers and their dogs aren't used to the noise/force. However, as a skilled dog bather with shepherd dogs, I go to self service places almost exclusively for the blow dryers which can blow out coats and dry dogs quickly. I just wish they had an option for the more experienced bathers/uncaring and/or thick coated dogs. Like a super dryer section or something. That'd be cool.

Stephanie was great. My dog's vaccines weren't updated and she called my vet and got an update from them. She made it easy for me, I would have had to drive home and she made it easy. When I picked up Whico she explained everything she did to him. She was very knowledgeable of what she was doing. When I got home I saw what a great job she did. She did exactly what I wanted for my fur baby.

The ladies in the grooming department are just fabulous with my two dogs. They go in needing a bath, and nails trimmed. Come out happy boys! I can't say that about all groomers I've taken them to. So I'm very satisfied with the ladies in the grooming department, they all give great care to the fur babies

The groomers truly seem to enjoy their job, my dog always comes back happy. it's nice you can actually see them groom the dog and they take many precautions to ensure the safety of themselves and the animal. The only downside is I guess due to the pandemic we are unable to make reservations online, please bring that back up so the groomers make room and not answer reservation phone calls.

This was my 2 Boston puppies first grooming and Kimberley D was amazing with my babies. They feel and look so good and their nails were trimmed and buffed just perfect. I’m calling today to schedule another spa day for them and my older Boston. Thank you Kimberley and Petco!

Being an owner of a Samoyed, a dog that requires nothing more than a very light trim to preserve their pink skin, I was devastated to see my baby was completely trimmed, furcut Very short. It is still unclear to me what the groomer was not able to comprehend . I showed them a picture, and agreed with them when specificying the fact that I wanted a very light trim. The cut that was given to my dog, especially during the summer, will put his health in risk. I am utterly disappointed in this service. Clearly, the groomers were not educated enough in the breed, and took on the challenge without following through accurately with the request of a light trim, and a presented picture.

Petco has taken care of our grooming needs for our 3 y/o boxer mix for a couple of years now. The staff are friendly and love on my dog like he’s their own. Percy comes home looking, smelling and feeling better (I think he enjoys the visit too).

We gave the groomer specific instructions and she (Kim) followed them perfectly. She also was very reassuring to our 2 new 5-month old puppies and as a result it was a good first experience for them.

Alex always greets Bella with a smile and excited voice. I feel this helps Bella with the transition of me leaving her there.Alex helps me troubleshoot what Bella may need at that appointment. She has great advice/input and I trust her judgment. Alex always does a great job explaining what she did and Bella always looks perfect!!

I LOVE the personal bath section. My dog does not do well while at a traditional groomer so we're SO happy when this area opened. We get in, do our bathing business and we're out. Never any waiting around and it's SO clean.

Petco always take care to do exactly the cut we want for Charlie our labradoodle. She is super nervous when she goes in and the groomers are very kind and gentle with her. I also love that I can schedule online or with the app. Appts and pick up times are usually on time also.

Kimberly did an awesome job the first time she did my miniature schnauzer so I brought both of them in this time and she did just as good a job on the first one and managed to make my second schnauzer look like a schnauzer instead of the hot mess the other groomer had done at a different store.
