This is not the usual location I shop at but I happened to be in the area. Huge store, excellent choice of almost everything and the staff were so friendly. At least 2 different staff members came up to me asking if I needed help finding anything. Excellent parking.

I have to say that this is the best pet shop I have ever been to! Thank you for such great customer service, I apologize for my dog’s behavior…he was very anxious and he accidentally did his business inside the store, and the Amazing gentleman that was helping me find his treats was sooo nice and kind and understanding, he didn’t let me clean my dogs mess and he was just amazing, I tried to give him a small tip, but he refused to accept it, once again THANK YOU SOOO MUCH, I will be back and will recommend you guys to all my friends 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 Thank you 🌟🌟🌟✨✨✨✨✨🐾🐾 and Sorry from Tobey 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 (that was just a summary, the employee was great, I mean it from the bottom of my heart, I apologize for not asking for his name, I was so embarrassed because my doggie wasn’t behaving and I just wanted to leave so he wouldn’t make a bigger mess, THANK YOU AGAIN 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼)

These guys always have great customer service but today Manley helped us out from start to finish and was amazing! From when we entered the store he greeted us and asked us immediately what we were looking for and told us about a sale. He did the math for us so we got the best savings possible and was extremely pleasant the whole time. This guy is the standard for great customer service.

I never write reviews, but have to for this place. Love all the staff here, and my dog is so excited everytime we go because we’re always greeted with smiles, pets and sometimes treats :) everyone is super friendly and helpful and prices are reasonable compared to bigger chains. Gonna miss it when I move.

Not going back to this store location ever again . The salesman are way too pushy and they follow you in the store. It’s a very annoying and uncomfortable experience shopping here. Please stop treating your customers like thieves. No wonder the store was empty with zero customers when I went there.

Was dogsitting fror my sister and had to buy more food while she was away. The staff was friendly and super helpful. The young man who greeted me, showede to the food, carried it to the register, rung me up and then loaded it into my car. Great service!

There's always someone ready to help you here. Just an FYI they are no longer-selling Fancy Feast. They have all the premium brands and lots of options. Their refillable kitty litter is a great deal and they will fill it for you and hlep you to your car. A little pricey but they make up for it in service.

Everyone here is so friendly and welcoming AND knowledgeable. The GM Maxime is incredible. Even after our dog had a negative reaction towards her, she was still warm and outgoing and went to open a new bag of treats to win him over. Thank you!

I love this store.First of all - they are open 9-9. YES! Especially since I didn't get home from work until almost 8pm and knew had zero food left.The staff are very nice and they carry a few different brands of raw frozen food.The only get a minus as you have to contact corporate if you want them to start carrying another specific brand of food.They have a great grain free made in the USA treat selection too.

So glad I stopped here to get some goats milk. We were traveling with our little rottie pup and she refused to eat her frozen raw food (first big road trip and she was stressed). I came here to grab some goats milk and also picked up some freeze dried raw food. They didn't carry the brand we get at home but the friendly staff recommended the small batch dog brand and my puppy girl LOVED it! The store is huge and has so much in stock. I will come back for more food when we are visiting the area again!
