I have to bring my baby dog (not a puppy but I still call her my baby doggie) to Bubbles. The groomers there are so sweet to her, I can tell because she’s always happy to see them. Plus, they do a great job when they bathe her and give her a haircut. Lily the malti-poo with one terrier ear, she’s so cute.

I love this shop and so does my mini Schnauzer he always comes out perfect and he loves his groomers. I usually get the full grooming package and and u couldn't be happier with the results. They also sell many pet accessories and treats which makes the visit a lot more fun for my little boy.

I had the most wonderful experience here!! I work for a dog rescue and was told to go here for the self service dog wash because it’s a room so it’s great for my nervous dog. I haven’t used that yet, but took my foster fail Ludo here yesterday instead! He was a stray from Mexico who arrived in March, in shambles. His grooming was the very last piece needed in his ‘after’ story! I have been elsewhere in The Valley and done it myself and never saw a huge difference. I talked to the person at the front about my experiences and she was super knowledgeable about the breeds he’s mixed with (husky, German shepherd, chow) and did an excellent job on setting expectations. I used to do hair so I know a powerful consultation when I hear one and she made it simple but effective. Things I mentioned lightly like his feathers being long but it wasn’t a big deal… she really heard me and WOW. I’ve worked in animal ER and rescue for years. It takes a lot to move me. I literally cried when I saw Ludo!!! He looked like a beautiful show dog!! I went and got him a rain coat because I wanted to protect their work at all costs!! Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart. I’ve attached after photos that don’t do your work Justice. He looks incredible. I also attached a photo of him in the dirt streets of Mexico from this time last year. You guys touched my little grinch sized, exhausted heart ❤️ I’ll be back and can’t thank you enough.

This place is so unprofessional! They are very rude set of people! The black guy in there the worst! The workers don't handle the dogs with care! I literally watched one of the groomers miss treat someone's dog! Then they are not up to date with their service, they don't send reminders, no grace period, they will literally turn you around if you are 2 minutes late! Please be careful with this place if you love your dog! There is so much other modern groomers around the area that offer better service, Handel pets with care and have different options with hair cuts not just one style

I had the absolute pleasure of entrusting my furry friend to Michelle Cruz at Bubbles Pet Spa, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. They’re ok. Overpriced $103. Maybe I’m a little disappointed because I brought my maltipoo in for a hair cut and they buzzed him Petco short . That’s not the usual way. Anybody know of an actual groomer in the valley?

They make up prices as they go. We've been paying $40 for a wash and when picking up the pup this time, they charged $63. I asked why it was so high and the person had no answer. Then I asked how much it would have been if I had just got my pup and she said $71. So I asked how it'd cost just $8 more for a cut and then she stumbled and said $81. Some I still wondered why it was just $18 more for a cut. After she did the math, she said that they're updating the pricing next week. That didn't make sense since their prices for a wash was more than 50% higher than the last time. When I got back home, I noticed my pup wasn't even cleaned well. Had to go back and show them and they washed her again. Avoid this scam.

Great little spot to bring your dogs for self wash or grooming. I brought my three dogs (golden retriever, english bulldog, terrier mix) and was able to use one of the 2 stalls for the self wash which had a nice set up for water and shampoo coming out of the hoses as well as separate bottles for conditioner. You do need to make an appointment since there are only 2 self wash stalls so you need to call ahead.They have 3 different selections of shampoo and conditioner so if you're looking for something straight forward this is great! There is a drying bench right next to the tub and you have access to aprons, towels, brush/comb, and ear wash so this place has all the necessities without all the unnecessary frills of dog washing.Loved it as a great alternative to making the mess I usually do at home and went faster than washing at home lol. Staff is also great and friendly + there is a dog bakery 7 steps away!

We LOVE Bubbles for our pup! The groomers and a management really care for each animal. The first time we brought our puppy in, it was only his second grooming appointment ever - and he did not do well! He gave his groomer (Marisol) a really hard time, but she was so professional and got him to calm down so she could get the job done. She was super understanding and so was the manager Marie. They showed nothing but kindness and care for our dog even though he was a tough customer! The next time we brought him in, he did much better as he was more comfortable. Thank you Bubbles for not giving up on us!!

I stopped here as a walk-in after picking up a birthday cake from Three Dog Bakery. They were able to take my fur babies in immediately for a nail trim. They are quick, professional, and have great results!

The self wash stations are awesome. They provide everything you need and then some. There is even a dryer you can use! It’s very cool.I have also taken my 2 labs there and had them wash them... that experience has not been great. I love the festive hanker chief’s they put around their necks. BUT - My male kept getting ear infections every time I had them wash them. I couldn’t figure it out. Someone told me they pin their ears back while blow drying? I don’t know. Either way, since I stopped having them do it, he has not been getting them after grooming. Just a light warning.

this place has the best customer service that i have ever seen. it is really good place to take your pet. they are really doing good job and they love pets. my dog's hair was twisted so bad and they really cut my dog's hair good. also they gave him so many gifts. this is the best pet salon forever.

I am really glad I checked this place out and found a new grooming spot for my fur baby. Sadly our groomer we went to for years with the whole fam, lost their business due to covid shut downs in the early months..so I was dreading looking for a place to trust..but really from the first phone call to her getting a bath and hair cut I feel my dog is safe here and she looked sooo good when I picked her up..My fam loved it so much the next day they set up an appointment for their 2 dogs to go too and their results ?? They were super happy and in love with how the dogs looked! We definitely found our new grooming fam lol Thanks Bubbles Spa Encino for the friendly experience and great job your grooming professionals did 🤗

I like to wash my own dog, but since he's a husky I end up with a big mess, fur everywhere. At bubbles I can wash him so much more comfortably, raised tubs, plenty of towels that I don't have to wash myself, dryers meant for dogs... Staff is always friendly and it's just so convenient.

If you have a dog or cat, Bubbles Pet Spa is the perfect place for grooming, they are a really pet lovers. They also have a self wash, they provide you with shampoo...conditioner..towels and dryers. Definitely best place for my dogs.

Literally couldn’t even make an appointment. I called so many times over the course of a day and they never picked up - then I went in when I was there in person and there’s a receptionist literally just sitting there. And no customers. And no appointments for a week. The self service wash isn’t a thing, at least that I could access.

I took a few of my clients dogs here and some of my friends dogs here. The overall customer service here is proficient and there are plenty of dedicated staff members who love what they do. Nonetheless I have not been here in a long time but look forward to hopefully visiting soon.

They were all very friendly, professional and I cannot express how happy I am that I finally found the perfect place for him! Without a doubt I will continue taking my dog here for years to come. Gingi is not so comfortable with new people so I tend to be picky when it comes to who i let him around. Fortunately after some time, I found the perfect Local Pet Spa! BUBBLES!! Not only do they treat my dog the way that i treat him with love and patience, but they go above and beyond to make sure he feels comfortable.You can always rely on Bubbles to have your dog cleaned groomed and dried, I even will go as far to say that this is the best pet spa in LA!I have had Gingi put up at Dog Hotels but Bubbles does a better cleaning for my dog!YOU HAVE OPTIONS!- Self Wash: Although i don't have to much time to wash Gingi myself, Gingi and I absolutely have a blast on sundays when we go and use the self wash station to get all pampered. this was we get to spend quality time and relax together with the delicious scented suds. You have many flavors of shampoo and conditioners to choose from for the self wash as well as grooming tools such as ear cleaners and brushes!-Personally i didn't really know the proper way to wash Gingi but the Owner of the store stepped out of his way to teach me some cool tricks to really paper Gingi while cleaning him with the best methodPROFESIONAL DOG LOVERS:All the employees are as trained as can be, its often fun to watch them perform their tasks. They get really into it and have a great feel for the emotions that the puppies and adult dogs show.Enjoy and make sure to get try the Mint Flavored Shampoo! its my fave!
