There’s this old lady that sits outside by the main entrance and she’s there everyday almost as if Walmart has hired her. She’s super rude and always bothering customers and they have done nothing about this situation. Always begging for money and becomes rude when rejected.

They really do have everything, and for a good price. The women's clothes are an especially good deal, and of course, the toys are good, too. The staff is really helpful.

Amazing and Horrible!! I ordered some women’s clothing and as promised they arrived early the next day. Amazing! Trying to return one of the items was a nightmare!!! Waited in line half hour. Horrible!!

Incompetent, unfriendly, and unconcerned workers and customers. I usually never go to Walmart for many reasons, but I went here because Target was out of stock of the item I was looking for. Three workers did not know where to find it and when I suggested looking up the location in their system, they were adamant that they did not carry it. Finally, I got one of them to do so and they were surprised they had the item as well as shocked about where it was located in the store. I went to checkout and come to find I had forgotten my wallet at home. So, I tried Apple Pay. They do not accept Apple Payment nor will any worker or customer buy your $9 item for you even if you offer to Venmo/Zelle them double that. This experience really ruined my day and tarnished my view of humanity. I strongly recommend against shopping here.

One of the most infuriating things about walmart is how much time and effort they poured into self checkout, and literally they have-at any given time, 3-4 closed in the section-amd for what? So they can keep an eye on customers?? So ridiculous.They try to stop you at the door, they git cameras everywhere, and they still disrespect their customers' time.The computing factor is how most walmart employees I interact with just don't care at all about standards. They act like they don't have to uphold any commitment to thir patrons at all and it's why everyone thinks walmart is staffed by trailer trash of all.makes and models.That's literally how they act. Walmart is never a good option, ever. I'd absolutely give no stars if it was possible.

Had everything I needed, including a surprisingly large selection of cardboard boxes.But next time I'll pay closer attention: the item I thought was a breakfast burrito was actually a hot dog. Oops.

This Walmart is always busy, and sometimes it's hard to find parking, but I think it is to be expected. The one thing that I wish was different is that this store is not as big as other Walmarts and therefore they don't carry some of the food products that I buy. One of the things is no typical kosher brands like Manischewitz.

Went in to Encinitas Wallmart was shocked customer service closed at 7 pm .It's very early to close up an important department.I still did my shopping(even though they are usually not stocked with enough merchandise)as I was at checkout, Sade came over and heard me talking about returning an item to the cashier, who was not aware it closed early.Sade said when your finished checkout, I can return your item ."That was the best customer service I ever received at Encinitas Wallmart.**********************************🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩THANKS SADEFOREXCELLENTCUSTOMER SERVICE!!!😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃

Walmart is my new place to shop. Food wise, the prices are quite good. Great produce too. I actually bought cosmetics and a Daily Planner for the New Year. Also, their breads, muffins and desserts are a 10 to me. So many other items from toys to clothing,shoes to jewelry. A great experience.

TWO and 1/2 HOURS waiting for our xmas photo order. The overworked young lady spent most of her time away from photo. And we were the ONLY customers. We spent most of our time waiting... thrn few minutes service... long wait for her to return... etc. Terrible service but delightful young lady.

I bought a Leggo Star Wars set online from this store because this store said they were the only one in all of San Diego and North County that had it left. I spent $46 on it as a Christmas gift. The next morning I get a text saying they made a mistake about not properly keeping track of their inventory and they are actually sold out. Now I have to wait 10 days for a refund to show up on my card. Irritating.

Came to get some essentials at this Walmart, is always clean and organized and always the cheaper prices.I don’t get groceries here but I did see some good stuff.This store have not lock and enclosed all the beauty department products like in other Walmart’s.There is some Halloween decorations and customs.

Awesome Location! The store is very particularly clean and the staff is helpful. Especially an associate by the name of Felix! He helped me throughly and made sure I was satisfied by the end of my shopping journey. He is also incredibly handsome, nice, great smile, and awesome customer service. Props to him and this Walmart is lucky to have him!

They call it a Super Center, but it seems on the small size to me. Still, has all the usual trappings, including groceries. The service was excellent. The restrooms were very clean as well.

This Walmart has so many less options for like everythinggggg. I think maybe it’s just way smaller? Not sure, but all the isles seem like mini-versions of other stores: home goods, clothing, everything. On the plus side it’s a pretty clean one!

Poor customer service..The chair I was in run out of power. Check out lady called the girl at the door. She said they were charged but didn't know how to drive it and called her supervisor who came only to say "oh, there are no chairs" and left. Made me feel Walmart is failing training their employees in customer service.The other mall is a bit far for me, but I think I'll go back. They might not be as organized and well stocked but for a handicapped senior citizen, it's better service what they offer!

This review is a shout-out to the manager, Smokey! I was working on a good deed for a member of our local community & needed help from someone at Walmart. Smokey was so kind, helpful, and understanding. Not only did he come through for us, but he did so with a great sense of humor and timeliness! We truly wouldn’t have been able to accomplish it without him and we are forever grateful! Thank you for being such an awesome human, Smokey!
