Just went into the store on February 18th at 11:20 pm and got the rudest service at the self check-out by an older short brunette haired woman who was watching my transaction without any personal boundaries. It was very uncomfortable - I hope she stops intimidating customers

This is a very clean large Ralph's very organized very shiny. Ralph's is really good for all of the basics and generally has fair prices. They have a wide selection of everything so this is a recommended store.

I really like the arrangement of the stores, that graphically emphasizes, the separate departments. Its like little neighborhoods that make the shopping experience enjoyable. This store is neat, well lit, and I the prices provide a good value.

More and more of a hassle to shop here. I find the digital coupons particularly annoying. The app rarely works smoothly. If you want to give your Ralphs card holders a discount, just link it to their phone number or physical card like in the past. Don't make us go through the shenanigans of scanning and "clipping" digital coupons, which also discriminates against older customers who might be challenged by the technology. Also, there are fewer and fewer checkout lines open, so there's often a wait. All of this makes me want to shop elsewhere.

This is for Nancy H. I hope you have a horrible day for what you did to me. I know you were feeling in a silly goofy mood but that doesn’t mean you can’t just not load my hard earning cash money into my prepaid Visa card. I only have a cheap piece of plastic that doesn’t have any money even though I payed 78 DOLLARS YESTERDAY. I’ve seen the way you’ve looked at me, with those eyes of anger and jealousy I don’t know what I did to you Nancy, but you took it too far. I hope you realize what you just did to a young adult (teen) who just bought their FIRST prepaid Visa card at Ralph’s. Trust issues are over the roof when I visit this horrible establishment.

Everyone I have talked with in this store has been very friendly and helpful. I shop there regularly mostly for that reason. I want to put a shout out to Maria and John particularly. They always ask how I'm doing and about my dog by her name, even if I'm shopping on the sales floor! Overall it is a friendly and helpful store. Thank you!

A subpar minus zero hero rating is for the shockingly rude man in the front deli section. In fact the interaction with him was so bad we threw away the chicken we bought. If you see something you want in the Service case think before engaging a certain male worker. These markets just should NOT tolerate unkind behavior toward customers. Someone so unpleasant shouldn't have a job working with the public or have a job at ALL. Next time in any supermarket we'll just stick with ready to carry meals and items. Encinitas & ECR location. At the case counter Von's/Bressi, the young man was fabulous but this Ralph's FoH deli tech was a rude awakening, no pun.

Ralphs is my favorite grocery store to shop at. The employees are friendly and helpful, and there is plenty of parking. They have a good butcher section and deli department. The store is always clean and well stocked. Their normal prices are usually a bit high, but they usually have lots of items on sale at good prices, plus they have some excellent clearance bargains...

The place is super super clean I don't shop here often and the guy was cool when I couldn't find my Ralph's card he just scanned his and didn't give me a hard time I appreciated that. Also, a friend of mine has worked at a different Ralphs for over 10 years and she takes a lot of pride in her work so I think overall that kind of reflects well on the culture at Kroger / Ralphs.

Love that its open till 1am. Helps those who like to stay up late and when you shop late there are way less people and its more peaceful. More store need to extend their late night hours. Also have super clean restrooms

For the uninstructed, go to Ralph's after 10am. Rarely, a line exists. I bought only ice cream through self-service. Fast service happens. 10 minutes, done!Enjoy shopping at Ralph's? I do because the ice cream flavors are bountiful!So grateful! No crowds - no long lines - not surprising since employed people are at their place of employment and not shopping at Ralph's, right?

I would like to give 5 stars to the Meat Department at this location! For the third year in a row, I have purchased my Christmas Eve Filet Mignon dinner from Ralphs (34 steaks). Two years in a row I have had exceptional service from the Meat Manager, Tracy. She not only gave me the top Choice meat, she cut it to perfect specifications, and the best competitive price out there...I was also to tickled that she placed a bow on all of my packages of meat to dress up the occasion! Thank you Tracy and your Meat Department group! I will be back to see you soon and definitely you have my business for next Christmas Eve!

They have a good selection of beer, wine and liquor. I'll definitely be back as long as they have the four 6-packs for $24 deal and as long as they sell craft beers. One of the nicer Ralph's I've been too.

Great store with awful customer service. Was waiting about 15 minutes for someone opens a liquor dept doors so I can purchase some elite alcohol. Even though I asked cashier to send someone over there, no one came. Was very upset.

I bought alot of gerber for my baby and just when im getting ready to feed her the baby food has been expired for over 2 weeks now. Ridiculous because i bought this yesterday. Totally unacceptable!! Be responsible and careful Ralph's employees!!!

Everytime I shop the store is clean and well stocked. The main reason I shop here is the Cashiers are super friendly, experienced and make you feel like they appreciate your business everytime.

Your store needs 2 to 3 electric carts for the handicap or physically unable to walk!!!! I don't like seeing an elderly customer with a walker WAITING for the one and ONLY electric cart to be available.
