Picked up my mom's 12# Terrier mix at 4:00 today afterPetco grooming. Dog was coughing as soon as we left. (light raspy cough) Her face and head look like they didn't do anything.Dog would not eat dinner, laying her head flat and intermittently coughs. 8pm and off to the Vet.Not trusting Petco to groom again!

This is probably the most unorganized pet groomer I’ve been to or seen.Yesterday I had a 12 o’clock appointment that I ended up walking away after waiting 30 min to try and get checked in. I tried again today and allegedly the dog was too “aggressive.” I personally think that they overstated the situation.I have kids 5-10 years old) and elderly people (60+ years) who help me with dog walking and interact with my dogs every day and never had any issues. All my previous groomers and vets haven’t had an issue with either of my dogs. It could be a breed stigma, but that is beside the point.Overall poor experience, I wouldn’t waste your time coming to this particular Petco groomer.

I don't recommend anyone to come here!!! Today i brought my dog to get a grooming done for the first time and it was a awful experience!!! I showed them the photo of how i wanted my dog to look and it came out very horrible!! They didn't even cut her feet and tail making her look so uneven! They did a awful job cutting her neck as well! They told me it was only going to be for 3 hours but they took 5 hours! They think we got all day or what?? I went their supposedly thinking that they were going to do a very professional job as they say but they clearly did the opposite job very unprofessional!!

Petco is my go to pet supply and services store. My dogs all get their grooming here. Their home delivery is always same day. Their repeat delivery puts my mind at ease that my pet needs are coming when I need them.

Every time I try to order my dog food, it doesn't recognize that the vet prescription is on file - and then it takes me calling many times to clear it up. Its ridiculous - -the software is broken.

Awful service. Neutered my dog, spent 100$ just for a pre-check up and they didn’t catch that he had flees.Got a cone that didn’t stop him from licking later found out they gave him the wrong size. Now The surgical site is nfected and when I called in to get him looked at, they sent me to the one in Oceanside that charged me an extra 80 dollars for first vet visit because it was a different site. No one disclosed this. Super unfriendly when it comes to the money part and trying to come to an understanding. Will be looking for a new place, my mistake for assuming Petco’a vets would be reputable

This Petco location is amazing. Manager along with the team are well trained, professional and knowledgeable and always ready to help. Store is clean and well organized. Also they have weekly adoption event with an organization from Mexico to save dogs and cats. I love seeing this and impressed they are helping to make a difference. Will always support this store for all the good they are doing.

Almost everyone were very helpful,& nice. One was either having a bad day or she was that way all the time. Not good for busyness. But I just let it go. Everyone else were very nice. An I need to make and appointment for my dogs. I do like there vets.

Had the absolute worst costumer service experienceI've ever had today with Kayleen, one of the groomers. I had an appointment for today at 2pm.This morning I got a call asking if I could come in at 11 am instead.. I told her I was sorry I couldn't, but I could TRY and be there by 11:45. I explained I might be a few minutes late as I was picking my daughter up from ballet. When I arrived it was 11:55. When I got to the check in desk no one greeted me for 5 minutes. When she finally came out she said I was 15 minutes late and the appointment is canceled. I explained that I rearranged my schedule trying to accommodate her by coming earlier and I apolgized for being a few minutes late and asked if she'd like me to come back at my original appt time at 2. She kept rolling her eyes at me and just walking away mid conversation. She said she'd have to now stay extra and I messed with the whole schedule. She told me she didn't want to deal with this and was going to lunch lol. I literally was astonished.Thankfully the manager came over and profusely apologized and told me she must just be having a bad day.

Love the groomers. It’s frustrating that merchandise is more expensive if I walk into the store rather than have someone in the store prepare and have me pick up at the curb. It just doesn’t make sense

Fast and convenient for buying crickets. Simply pay at the cashier and then the order is called on the store phone and brought up to the front within a few minutes. Best to call in advance to make sure they have them in stock.

One of the absolute worst Petco stores you can visit. Ever since the change in the main manager (the old manager was very nice and helpful) you can tell this store has gone downhill FAST. The people seem like they're not motivated to work and it really shows when they seem like they'd rather want to jump off a bridge than work there. To me this starts and ends with the manager. Otherwise, you would have more enthusiastic workers. The selection is limited due to this store being a lower volume store so you'd have better luck going somewhere with better management and a bigger selection. The only good manager I ran into was a couple kind gentlemen in aquatics, the taller one, who was the assistant manager, unfortunately told me he was leaving the store after I've seen him working there for over a year. They were both very kind and knowledgeable but unfortunately I have not seen either of them there since.

The people here are always friendly and helpful. The prices and selection don't seem great to me, but maybe that just depends on what you're looking for. I saw tons and tons of dog leashes, but only 1 harness for my pup. I tried to find a nice indoor playpen...all they had were the ugly black wire crates. Lots of kinds of dog shampoo, but not the one I wanted, which is the only shampoo the helps my dog's itchy skin.

Best Petco I've ever been too, they treat their reptiles fantastically, the best location I've seen in quality of care, they had amazingly healthy bugs, could not give this place a better review for the quality of care on their animals and the employer I talked to was well educated and said it was all thanks to their manager. Very unhappy with the service provided to me by this particular Petco. I made an appointment online for grooming. I did not receive the requested service after driving out of my way for. What i got was a bath and a flea dip for for fifty some dollars. I drove over 35 minutes to get there. They told me they would have her for 2 and a half hours. I ask how they would trimming her her nail, they said buffing was in the computer. So, i left thinking my dog was going to be groomed and nails trimmed and complete. No such luck. I went home to get my son so we could go out and eat while the dog was being groomed. As soon as I walked in the door I received a phone call saying the dog was done! I asked what did you do in such short time. I was told my dog was bathed. I could have done that myself and for a lot cheaper than $53.00 I will never step foot in that place again!
