Have been a customer for more than 5 years. They have a problem with grains mixing, my peas always have 30-40% of barley mixed in, this messes up the feed ratio greatly. Their customer service even after seeing my photos with the messed up feed is threatening, they say if I report this problem one more time they’ll decline me as customer. Wow, no thanks, customers choose you! Scratch n peck is much better quality anyway.

I have been going here for every flock of poultry I raise. I am a small home farmer who cannot buy necessarily in bulk like the mill offers. However they still do business with me and allow me to buy just the right amount to stay fresh and healthy for my animals. Other places that claim to sell organic feed has their prices at outrageous amount to feed a flock and your family ! I am very thankful that there is an organic meal within our community that is trustworthy and affordable! Always a five-star place !

I have been going here for a couple years now to get chicken scratch and layer pellets. The office staff is always friendly and helpful, even though I'm sure I'm one of their smaller clients. Prices on site are very good; competitive with other bigger brands at feed stores and much better quality / variety. We use their corn and soy free layer pellets as we have had some clients with a soy sensitivity and the chickens eat it right up.

Modesto Milling is the San Joaquin Valley's source for organic grain products. It used to be that you could get individual (non-mix) cracked corn and such, now it is all pelletized and mixed with supplements due to demand from organic poultry growers. However, it is all high quality and impeccably sourced. This is also the only place I know of that carries Redmond Naturals mineral blocks.
