This Walgreens is pretty organized and well lit inside the store. The layout of this store is very similar to most of the Walgreens. So it is very easy to find what I’m looking for. The employees are helpful, and the sales floor is very clean. The parking lot is big and clean. I can park my car near the front door most of the time.

Every single time I come to pick up my prescription there is always some kind of issue. It doesn't matter if I call in advanced. I'll even show up hours after the time they tell me it will be ready just in case and then I show up and it still isn't ready for one reason or another and I am stuck waiting 30 minutes. I have tried to be patient and give them the benefit of doubt but time and time again I have the same experience. I would definitely recommend going else where. The hassle of dealing with this pharmacy is not worth it.

Came here for the flu shot. Employees are really nice. My appointment was at 940 and I didn't get the shot until 1010. There were two people ahead of me. The store is nice and clean. The shot didn't hurt at all. The pharmacist was really good.

I booked the HPV vaccine online, and when I got there, I made it very clear that I was going to get the HPV vaccine, and after five minutes they gave me a piece of paper to fill out my information, put my information in, and after another five minutes another worker told me that they didn't have HPV vaccine in their store, Tell me that another staff member registered me as a COVID-19 vaccinator. I really don't understand. If do not have that vaccine,why didn't you tell me earlier…………..?

Absolutely the worst pharmacy EVER. Even if your Rx was sent in 8 hours prior to you arriving, every time you go in, it's not ready and they say "oh, we just received it. Can you wait 30 minutes?"

They couldn't do digital passport photo, which is helpful for online applications, they just print paper passport photos. It is better and easier to give the customers the choice to save the photo on USB or to receive it by email. You will save paper for environment and increase profit and make the life of the customers easy.

First time placing a online order. I talked to the Assistant Manager, (only person on the floor)saying I place order already but this is the idea. He looked confusion, told him this is the only one left n i didnt want anyone to get it. Hes still confusion told me whats is a online order is and y place one if I was in the store. Told him I place online cause I got an extra discount. He was still confusion, telling the point of online order, I know what it is, I just didn't want anyone to take the last idea n if I can get an extra $8 discount online then I do it. Smh. Will still keep going to the store, its clean but not asking him for help not to friendly, I know he can do better cause am a Leader also n we have to do better for ur customers. Gave a 2 star cause the cashier was nice. But carefully some of the signs r incorrect like the buy one n get 2nd 1/2 off. Check ur deals n the fine print

The clerk was getting chewed out by a random shopper and the clerk kept her cool deescalating the situation. Note to self give that clerk a raise and a standing ovation. Remember to treat others the way you want to be treated!

Don’t get me wrong, Walgreens always has the health and pharmaceutical items needed, and the employees are courteous and helpful, but the building and parking lot need cleaning. The picture reflected on this website doesn’t reflect the actual site.

I have delt with this pharmacy for the last time! The assistant manager asian girl pharmacist has screwed up my last day of being late to work! I hate going there to pick up my scripts, I simply asked the day to return for refills and every time I come in that date they tell me I have to wait until tomorrow or even the next day ! Dammit I just asked to be sure to give me the pick up date because I have to loose two hrs of work to wait for them to open at 8 am. then lose another couple of hours the following day because they are incompetent of giving me the correct pick up date EVERT SINGLE TIME I REFILL REGARDLESS OF ME ASKING THEM ARE THEY SURE!!!! They have done this to me for about six months now 6 times in a row !IM Done! I highly recommend LAGUNA BRUCEVILLE 24 hr pharmacy, they know how to do basic math! with excellent customer service! Never again Elk grove florin rd Calvin Lady you cost me too much loss in wages that I cannot afford to loose, and my customers waiting for me to get to work late is embarrassing to say the least The reason for one star is they don't offer anything less like 1/2 a star.

It's Walgreens, what's to say? They have the usual mix of stuff at not the worst prices but certainly not cheap. It always seems to take at least 30 min to check out even if you're the only one in line.

When I think of Walgreen's I think Pharmacy...I need to pick up a prescription for my mom and the store hours on this page say 7 am to 10 pm...the PHARMACY, however, does not open until 9 am. The pharmacy hours are NOT LISTED. It is difficult to leave my mom alone so I dashed to Walgreen's only to find I was 45 minutes early. How difficult is it to list the pharmacy hours under the store hours?....Perhaps it is a ploy to get people into the store...if it is a ploy it did not work. I don't need to go to Walgreen's..there are plenty of pharmacies in the neighborhood. The Walgreen's I tried to do business with is in Elk Grove on Calvine and Elk Grove Florin road in Elk Grove, California

I was told four different times to pick up my meds after waiting for 30 minutes+ in line only to be told again after waiting 30 minutes that now they are are lunch after the fifth time. Poor time management.

Worse pharmacy ever!!! Really bad costumer service. Stuff is very rude. Been over a year using this pharmacy and is always some type of issue when I need refills. Do not get medications here.

I was short on my medications three times, so I count my pills before leaving to make sure now and they always out of two of my meds so I have to request a refill five days in advance.

Got mad at a employee there cause he said I didn't have enough change to buy candy there... but it hurt my feelings cause I have brain damage and I hate it when people think I don't know how to count, to be honest the employee that's Asian doesn't know HOW to count... so a lady payed for my candy, but I proved my point and I'll keep shopping there but I'm not letting him check me out cause he might say "i won't have enough to come in the store next" lolBy the way I did have enough for the candy so maybe get your eyes checked man...
