Trader Joe’s is one of my favorite markets with lots of organic food. I like shopping here for the amount of dried nuts inventories they have and their dark chocolates are the best quality and price. The store also has more fresh flowers at the entrance with reasonable prices.The employees here are very friendly and helpful. The store is comfortable and enjoyable except on the weekends sometimes when the store is super busy!

On the way to have dinner with family we stopped and got groceries from trader Joe's in one town but on the way to family's we found out dinner plans cancelled and now having no need for the groceries we stopped in elk Grove and tried to return with our receipt in hand only an hour later and elk Grove Trader Joe's said No, Take it back to the store you bought it at... WOW never have I had such a porr customer service from any Traders Joe's. I and upset with their manager at this location and I know this experience will be the reason why I think about shopping at another Trader Joe's against. I'm disappointed and shocked be the serive at this location in elk Grove did.If I wanted to be disappointed I could have just shopped anywhere else and been treated better then this elk Grove location. This is Unexpectable I'm unhappY with their customer service and lack of comparison.

Nice place to get organic stuff. The store is nearly laid out with wide isle space for customers to move around to shop. Items are well stocked and labelled. The staff is also very helpful and friendly. Prices are reasonable, not too expensive.

I love going here to try seasonal items. I love their bakery section. My favorite time to go in is the Fall and get those fun Halloween shaped foods. Ghost potato chips and pumpkin shaped pasta! The parking lot is always busy but I can usually find parking right away.

For a small store they sure pack the goods in. Excellent meat selection. Beef, chicken, lamb and pork. Plus, organic raised meats. Nice selection of organic vegetables, great salads to choose from. Big selection of a bunch of cheeses and dips to choose. Fresh bread, great frozen foods, good can goods. Spices nice beer and wine selection. Even lots of goodies for the sweet tooth. Oils spices fresh dairy items. They have nice fresh flowers. Love to shop at Trader Joe's

It's in a nice shopping center with a Kohl's and a Home Goods. All of their fall flowers and pumpkins are out now, and they even have some small Day of the Dead dogs and cats with little cacti plants in them. Very cute and festive.

Awesome place to shop for real quality food.One of my favorite places to shop...The fresh fruits, vegetables, and even the meat and smoked salmon collection is expansive, fresh and something all stores would like to have.The wine selection is fantastic, easily on a par as far as variety with some of the larger wine stores. And as far as the quality goes and price point the wine selection is better than you'll find it even the larger stores.In the heart alcohol section is there a very good variety and some unique brands that have great price points.

My first time shopping here. Got stuffed bell peppers, vegetable medley amongst other good items and being that I love trying out new spices I had to get these. I'll sautee some shrimp in the citrus spice

I had an interesting thing happen, I more or less just wanted to bring to your attention. I walked in around 12:15 today and a lady was sitting on a chair holding a cart . You could clearly tell she was on chemo, tired and needed help. Someone did give her a chair which was nice BUT did anyone ask if if she was ok or needed help? She was left in the middle of a busy store clearly needing help . I walked her to her car after checking on her. I can’t imagine what she felt seeing everyone zoom passed her like she didn’t exist . I just wish even when you are CRAZY busy, I get it, please pay attention to other humans . She needed us, and we failed .I love this store I really do. I just was so disappointing to see her sitting there alone.

Absolutely love this Trader Joe’s!! Have been coming here for years and especially after moving within 5 minutes from here. Sincerely enjoy their Winter time tea, sparkling strawberry juice, marinated carne asada. But what also makes this particular location stand out is their service. I went here last month and was looking for the sparkling watermelon juice since it’s seasonal and usually in stock during summer time but couldn’t find it. When checking out, the cashier asked if I found everything ok and I told her I was looking for the juice. She said she had seen them being sold individually in a different spot and offered to have someone check if there were any left. Usually they come in a boxed pack of 4 cans. I told her it was no big deal and they didn’t have to do that but she asked someone anyway! It was so sweet. Another employee went to check and found one left!! I was so happy and thankful cause it was a brutally hot day that day. I thanked both the girls so much and they were very friendly about the whole thing.As soon as I got in my car I immediately opened the juice to drink in the way home and cool down. Also didn’t want my hubby to see the evidence cause they only had the one left and I never would’ve heard the end of it about him not getting one!! 😂I’m a month late posting this but a huge thank you to Emily and the other girl who helped find the sparkling watermelon juice on 7/16. Had to go look at my receipt for the date and her name but managers please highlight them! Hopefully Emily will remember this interaction and who helped find the juice so they can get proper credit as well. Thank you again!!
