The service experience was extremely disappointing. Upon visiting the location, it was difficult to locate. When I called to inquire if I could simply walk to drop off my dog Lucy as I was in a hurry after passing by, I was abruptly told that I must drive there. This lack of flexibility is unacceptable, especially as I have four dogs requiring grooming every two weeks. It's a shame that they are not more accommodating to their customers' needs.I had to inform them I couldn't bring Lucy as it would make me late, but they showed no concern. Instead, they bluntly informed me they wouldn't take my dog anymore (despite it being my first visit). If you lack customer service training, at least show some humility, given that your customers entrust their family members, even if they are little dogs, to you. Their response was passive-aggressive, stating, "Sorry you had trouble with your GPS, have a great week." I advise against trusting this establishment.Thanks

I cannot thank you enough for the care and love you gave to my Polar Bear(PB). Tristan, you did an amazing job and I am so grateful! PB came home so happy, soft, and smelled amazing. We brought our 3lb teacup maltipoo to the pet spa at laguna for the second time. The appointment was at 12pm, I called at 3pm to check on her & was told she would be done at 5pm. After 6 hours we were able to pick her up & she was visibly traumatized. I noticed she had large bumps on her neck while I was picking her up. After a few days they bumps turned into open sores & are gradually getting worse. I don’t know if they were careless and cut her & did not feel the need to notify me or if they are using unsanitary clippers but I am very disappointed I paid over $80 for my dog to come home I injured & now I have to take her to the vet. I will definitely NEVER bring her back to this groomer.

This place is incredible!!!! My dog always comes back exactly how I ask and they are all always so friendly. It’s usually busy (obviously because they are so good) but it’s worth the wait and my 25 min drive. Thank you for treating my baby so good.

I’m a dog owner for over 30 years and today is my best experience with groomer. Ivy did a fantastic job with my 6 months old toy poodle. I have been going to pet spa now for about 8 months. I am very pleased with their service. My little dog was a rescue dog. So it takes time for her to warm up to people since some human abused her. Jimmy at pet spa is excellent with her. He is very attentive,gentle, patient and caring to her. That is so important and special to me. I can relax knowing she is good hands.That helps her to heal and be able to trust people again. Thank you Pet Spa.Great job! They did a great job on our 18lb Maltipoo & got us in on short notice while we were visiting Elk Grove. The only thing I did not like is the fact that it seems like all the dogs that are waiting to be groomed are left in an open outdoor kennel. Our dog is skidish & does not do well with dogs he doesn't know. Since it was our first time, I would've liked to have known that as I would've asked if our dog could have been kept in a solo kennel to not stress him out. But the groomer was super nice & they did do a great cut.

We dropped our papillon off at 12:30pm. Called them 5 times and texted 4 times to find out when he would be done. No response!! I went over to see what was going on and they only had shampooed him after 3+ hours. I took my dog and left. They were extremely rude and starting screaming saying we’re running a business here. I’ve never waited more than 2 hours for my 7 pound dog to be groomed. I do not recommend this place at all.

Ive been taking my dog here for many many years. My dog has gotten returned and i have gotten refused service from other places because she won’t allow others to touch her. Since Ive been coming here, she is an angel. They provide such an amazing atmosphere that my dog now enjoys it. Thank you

DO NOT BRING YOUR PETS HERE. Kept my cats in the carrier for 8 hours. They were promised back before closing at 6pm. I called a few times throughout the day and was met with hostility. Around 8:30 pm ON A FRIDAY EVENING I got a call to come get the cats. They are groomed terribly and shedding bits of fur everywhere. They are not shaved evenly with random lines and patches. I don’t think they were bathed after the cut. This is animal abuse. I will not bring any pets here and advise you not to either.

Not the same without Tristan, my pet came back with matted hair after I paid $75.00 for grooming, instructions weren’t followed with what kind of haircut I wanted for my pet.

First couple puppy cuts were good ( because all they did was bath her and trim nails super basic as I wanted my doodles hair to grow) then after that the prices kept changing and increasing, no longer were they putting the scent to make her smell good, not putting the scarfs like they did before, trimmed uneven, mats still left, didn’t remove ear hair, etc . Last time I took my dog there she was there over 8 hours and I had to keep calling to check up on my dog. Price again went up and then still expected a tip after I dropped off my dog at noon and didn’t get her back till almost 9pm. My neighbor also took her doodle and they charge 120$ just to shave the dog down….. crazy I could have done the same job at home for free

I had a 12:30 appointment for my shih tzu. Started well I asked if it would take 2 hours he said more or less but I would receive a call. 3 hours later I called and he said she was next and would call me when she’s done. 5 hours later no call and I decided to show up to find she was ready and nobody called me. I feel bad for my dog she’s never been at a groomer more than 2.5 hours. She came out looking pretty but I feel her ears weren’t even clean and my car was full of her hair which never happens. The guy seemed nice but for the price and the experience I wouldn’t go back.

These groomers are great, really nice people as well as dog lovers! My doodle loves going there, he is a BIG JOB as he is the dirtiest ruffian in town! He always comes home smelling so good and pretty. Too bad he immediately jumps is the pool and rolls in dirt!They also bathe and brush my naughty Dalmatians. They wiggle like rattle snakes, but are always clean & shiny ♥️♥️

I took our little toy poodle here and I am very happy and grateful for Kathy and her team's kindness and great service. Kathy took her time to get to know and love our toy poodle and gave him an awesome grooming. She did above and beyond my expectations, especially when I told her that my dog was turned away by pet smart and told me that my dog was aggressive.The price is reasonable too! I highly recommend Laguna Country Groomers!Thank you Kathy!!!!

I cannot say enough about this place and the new owner! I have never been so happy with a pet groomer. I have 2 large pit bulls and they were completely pampered and treated so good here. They love coming and that says a lot about a place. We were treated with kindness and such professionalism. I will never take my dogs anywhere else now that this place has a new owner they have definitely got a customer for life. Ask for Ivy. She can work with any dog large or small. She works magic and they will love her! Tell a friend! This place is great!!!

I don't know what change here. But I use to bring my shihtzu here. But the girl here is so rude and disrespectful, cussing in the back ground while I'm on the phone asking if my dog was ready. While talking to the gentleman on the phone, then she comes out and throws my dog in the car, and just walks away and tells me to get done somewhere else, since they weren't able finished, they really need to fire someone like that. That gives this company a bad reputation.

I wish I can review them on Yelp but they haven’t updated the name etc.Tristan is awesome and I love the conversations I have with him plus all of his employees are polite so far. I wish their phone line was clear and have stronger signal though, I have a hard time hearing them on the phone. I dropped my akita off at 8:30am but they didn’t finish him till 4:30pm which I don’t mind because it’s nice getting rid of him for a couple of hours so I can have time to myself plus it’s good for him to be used to their environment again since he hasn’t been there for almost a year. They did a good job bathing my big boy but I wished they blow off most of the hair he’s shedding. It’s understandable not to get all the hair off though since I still will have to comb him (his shedding season). I don’t mind if they still have groomers in training either because PRACTICE MAKES PERFECT right?, you have to start somewhere. Also, they are the only groomers that have no problem with my akita so I will definitely be coming back.

I scheduled my dogs for 1030 AM. They spent the entire day there in a cage waiting to be cut. When I called after a few hours they hadn’t even started. That is when they told me they work on the dogs in order they come in. I asked them why I had to make an appt if it was first come. Overall my dogs were neat clean and not injured.I just prefer to take them where we don’t have to wait all day . The staff were kind and courteous. Another concern was when I put my dogs in the car there was hair everywhere my dogs don’t shed, so not sure why there was hair everywhere. This has never happened before. Finally I thought the dogs were going to see Tristan I should have asked to clarify. That was my fault.

I absolutely love the care and attention my dogs get when they get to visit for their grooming! Appointments are fairly easy to get, and they are very willing to work with scheduling issues...the greatest thing is how great the dogs look when they're ready to come home!

I had an appointment for my cat, who desparately needed to be gently cleaned up, but has a very serious breathing condition. I explained this to them when I set up the appointment, that its possible we would just have to abort if she showed signs of distress. When I showed up, it was very obvious that they couldn't care less, and they were going to do whatever worked for them at the moment. He said there was no way that I could be in the same room with their groomers, and they would let me know when I could pick her up. Right! There was zero chance that I was leaving my cat, or any or our pets, with this group.

AMAZING! First time here and I love it! My dog came back looking incredible, smelled super good , and had the cutest jewels and collar on . The price is great for what was done. This is officially my grooming place now. You have to ditch your groomer and come to Laguna Pet spa, you will not be disappointed.
