Did you know they sell kids toys and clothes, not just toys for your creatures? I purchased some baby toys for my DOG to enjoy. Beautiful soft animal themed rattles, binkies & blankets for children at the feed store!

I come here for straw for mulching my garden and pine bedding pellets for my cat litter. Prices are reasonable! I love that it's a small and local business. The people here are hardworking and bring my order right out to my car. They have a cute boutique of stuff inside. Brighton as well as local artisan jewelry, homemade jam and local honey. Definitely worth a look!

Great bunch of folks with friendly service, knowledge and smiles - lots of happy employees. It's great to see they hire the youth of the community. There is a lot of love in the store and it shows. Handicap parking and a lift for wheelchair bound folks. If I could give the more stars II would.

I love this store! In fact, this is the ONLY place I come to buy my Cinch jeans. The folks here provide great customer service, are helpful, and great me with a smile. If they don't have what I need, they are quick to call their Oakdale store and ship it over or place an order so that I always get what I need in a timely manner.

Not too sure how everyone is giving such negative reviews. I just went into the store for a quick purchase of a dog muzzle and some treats. While in the store the gals immediately approached me and asked if there was anything they could help me with or anything I'd like to try. These young ladies were polite and helpful. I got exactly what I came for and some extras too, for a great price. The gal even said that if the product didn't fit my dog, I can bring it back for an exchange or refund.Give this business a try and go in with a nice attitude and you will get one back. :)

Good place to get your feed, straw, hay, etc. Lots of other stuff to buy inside. Pretty much your classic old converted barn to feed store. Check the hours before heading over because they open a little later than you'd expect.

I love this place...I go to the store because I give my pets their own medicin e and they always carry what I need. I am always greeted with a warm smile and a Hello. One day I needed 2 pallets for my girlfriends garage, it was constantly flooding...Anyhow, when I inquired how much they were, I was told to drive around back and I was welcome to take a few that were not brand new at no charge.That was incredibly nice considering how most companies now a days just treat you like a robot and all they want is your money...I would definitely recommend this store to anyone...Nicholas Roman

Omg staff is so so nice here. Very impressed. In fact I walked in to purchase pigeon feed. I was thirsty and asked where the soda machine was. The young gal behind the register stopped what she was doing and poured me a glass of fresh water. God bless her and the company.

First time shoppers, we (girlfriend and I) stopped to check out the live stock, there is none...at least on display, and the lady was very pushy following us around the store, asking (after every comment my girl made on something nice) "what size would you like?" And "can I get it down for you" it was very touristy and uncomfortable, beautiful hand made Jewelry on display though?!

The last time I was here I waited 15 mins for my order because the girl working at the register forgot to call in my order. Today I was there and I had to wait for more than 10 minutes until I went inside to see what was going on. The girl at the desk couldn't answer that for me so I got my money back. They have employees doing whatever they are doing in the back because that's more important. Poorly ran place. Never going back here again.

If I could give negative stars I would. I should have read the reviews prior to wasting the time, energy or gas driving to this place. The reviews of non hospitality attitude and rude behavior and approach is spot on! Exactly like the previous reviews .. 2 teenage girls and an older woman behind the counter chatting about non work related issues, while the woman leaned against the counter as I stood there waiting to be helped or even greeted at all or even acknowledged. .. nothing. When they decided to finally acknowledge my presence, it was with contempt and inconvenience. As I waited for an answer to my question which they had to obviously INCONVENIENTLY pick up the phone to ask someone about in the back... still not approached at all from the girl/woman visiting. I can say ONE girl came from the nowhere to ask if I needed help and it almost seemed like they preferred her to stay away from them as well. Good on her for knowing how to treat a customer. She should show the others how it's done. Absolutely will NOT be back there. I was told they had a product I needed, drove 45 min just to be told QUITE RUDELY... "we don't have that" and then turning back around as if to say.. NOW LEAVE. Completely rude people... how they stay in business is beyond me. My guess would be the demand of the rural community. If possible people, get a better experience and keep the businesses that DESERVE your patronage to stay open by going ELSEWHERE. They need a rude awakening on how to treat customers as well as people IN GENERAL. If they treat people that can affect their lively hood this way... I can only imagine how they treat every body else.

I've tried to give them a better review but every time I go there it is disappointing. I've gone several times and ended up with wet bags of feed. I return them and find yet more wet feed which can kill your animals. I made them go through the feed and many were wet. They didnt have anything I could use. And then the attitude. The cashier girls are short and seem to want to get you out of there asap. They seem like they are doing you a favor and hover like you are going to steal something. I understand perhaps this has been a problem for them but I'm a local here and purchase hundreds of pounds of feed a week from various places. I don't need the attitude. I get a great friendly approach at the other feed stores so why cant they be a little better? I've tried to make this work but it just dosent even though they are the closest. Their clothes department however is great and the gals there are really nice. I've bought really cute things there so I will purchase clothes from them again but reserve the feed department only for emergencies. I have better experiences down the road for my farm needs.

I breed chickens during the summer and have a flock of my own. I always go there for chicken feed, wood shavings, water containers, etc. and they always seem to have the farm necessities I’m looking for. They have western styled clothes such as shirts, pants, belts, and hats for both genders. They also have products for farm animals such as cattle, swine, horse, dog, and more! I always have a pleasant time with the workers, they’re local and know what it’s like to live in a rural area.

They have everything you need for your ranch/farm including clothing and apparels. We buy our feed, bedding and other supplies from them on a regular basis. Prices are fair and service is friendly.

Best feed store around! Everyone is so nice and helpful. I love going in for a bit of a chat with the manager, Susie. The last time I went to pick up barrels of EG Milling stable mix, the guy that loaded them into my SUV opened each one and checked for mold before loading them which was so awesome! I've only had one barrel ever have mold because the lids that EG milling put on there sometimes leak, but Sheldon feed will replace them at no cost if that happens. Love this store!
