The Save Mart in Elk Grove is a very basic supermarket. It is not like the new supermarkets will make you feel like shopping in a luxury department store. It is the same way the supermarkets looked 30 years ago. You know what you want before you walk in, then pick up the stuff you need and pay for it. The thing I like about a supermarket operating like the old days is I won’t buy anything I am not planning to buy because they’re so attractive! The checkout line is fast, and the cashier is friendly. They do have most of the items I need in stock!

This place always had great selection of produce. It’s stocked well with fresh looking vegetables. The meat selection is great as well and they are always having some sort of sale on something in their meat selection. The customer service has always been great here time and time again

I like Save Mart because it's only 3 min drive from my house when u need something fast. The employees are usually friendly. Love the Xmas trees they sell they are good size trees and a decent price .👍

The store is in my neighborhood within walking distance. I only shop if something is on sale. To be associated with Lucky's, it's pretty pricey. Not my ideal place to grocery shop. WinCo is better for me. The store is clean and organized though.

Don't get a cake here. I ordered a chocolate cake with chocolate icing. When I went to pick it up it was half an hour late. The lady that made it taped the box so shut I couldn't see it but I asked her if it was all chocolate, so at this point I was running late so I took it home. When I opened it for the birthday party I was mortified. It was white buttercream frosting with whip cream frosting in places, and the cake was red velvet. I contacted the store and never got a response.

You absolutely save nothing here Grocery Outlet Bargain Market down the street is way better I spent $7.54 on two cans of dog food that would have cost me $5 at Bargain Market not to mention the rotisserie chickens here at this place look like they've died twice

So I’m a regular customer to this location and last three weeks, if not longer I have experienced the worst customer service ever. Walmart has done better, and that’s saying an awful lot. I’m so disappointed that shopping and passing by employees not one had greeted me nor did they say anything to help me. In fact I was expected to move from one of the meat clerks filling the counter. Yet he did not say anything to me he was too busy saying hello to a fellow employee. He did not stop his forward momentum and ran me away from where and what I was looking at.This is just an example.Perhaps I should shop at the Bel Air just a little bit farther down the road.

Great place for late night runs for groceries. Relaxed atmosphere for your typical market needs. Fantastic night staff who will engage in conversation with you if nothing is going on.

I like this store. The employees are friendly and helpful. The lines move quickly. The prices are decent even with how much the prices of groceries have been going up lately. Clean and they keep the shelves stocked nicely. I haven't tried thier fresh meat but the produce is tasty. Most people were wearing masks but I was not hassled for me not wearing a mask. I am vaccinated and had my card just in case. But I mean by this point and how easy it is to be vaccinated that if you aren't vaccinated by this point but you are still afraid, staying home is probably your best bet of not getting sick. They have done SO well, trying to maintain the stock and keep everyone happy. The employees have kicked a** and the manager is doing a damn fine job. We've been going here for almost 2 years and have never had a bad experience. Thank you for the hard work y'all are doing. We appreciate you more then you know!!

My new favorite full service grocery store.It's clean, well lit and the aisles are wide.They've always had everything I've needed and the employees are friendly. The sandwiches at the deli counter are great and they even have a "fish market" along the back wall. Some items can be a little pricey but if you watch the sales you can do ok here on a budget.

Just left here a few minutes ago. Went to the deli for a few pieces of fried chicken. It was early so I thought the chicken would be hot and fresh. Boy was I WRONG! The chicken was cold and rubbery. It tastes old, and to top it all off, the prices went up. Four pieces of chicken cost a total of $5.49. Prices are constantly going up, but the quality is constantly going down. Very disappointing. ☹️

I am a business owner and I'm always observant of the customer service when I shop, and I was very impressed with Mr. Casey Queen. He was very attentive to my needs and helped me with my groceries. He took the time to ask me how my day was going and told me to have a great day. I wish I could clone him to work at my business. He was friendly and caring. This guy is management material.

Great store! We used to be regulars there before we moved. This store has more options than our new store. I was in the area today so I decided to stop in and buy some things not available at the new store. They still remembered me and my family after all this time and asked questions about how we were all doing. Great customer service, great quality and great selection!

Good place to shop. They have a nice reward system with free items (everyday I think) and occasionally free cookware after spending so much over a few months. They also have this mine new meal in a bag thing that is prepared by the deli with meat and veggies that you can cook in the oven or microwave for just $6.

Prices are fair and reasonable. Sales are actually sales with good sale prices. The deli is ridiculously expensive which is why I give four stars instead of five. They don't even carry boars head but sell their low grade deli meat at boars head prices. Other than that great store.

Nice place to shop, store was very clean and well organised. Everything was plainly marked and easy to understand. Had no problem with finding what I needed. The staff were friendly and Curdiuse. They even helped carryout the groceries for the elderly woman who was in line ahead of me. That's good service in my opinion, and I will recommend to friends and family to check out Save Mart.

For the time I went there 8pm Monday the place was clean, service was good and for the items I bought which included dozen eggs, breakfast muffins and ice cream price was very reasonable. I did see a brand of muffins that were past sell date.

Gotta quick stop to make? Need something fast without the big box feeling? Sometimes you just wanted a small local-feeling place to visit. This is it. Great staff, prices are reasonable and unreasonable for other stuff. It's the convenience. You pay for it.

My go to store. They're open till 12pm, be sure to get the Save Mart app to save more money on groceries and more. A man was asking for money from me as I was putting groceries in my car and one of the employees went out of his way to make sure I was safe and redirected the man out of the parking lot. Really appreciate that service, it's important to feel safe!
