It is a beautiful supermarket with excellent customer service. This Raley’s at the corner of Elk Grove Blvd and Franklin Blvd is one of the best supermarkets in the area.The store is well organized and has good inventories. They have almost everything a supermarket should have. The vegetables and fruits are very fresh. The meats they carry are the best cut. The workers are attentive and friendly!

I love this neighborhood supermarket. They are well stocked, so they'll have everything you need for your home. I enjoy the weekly sales on some of my favorite items. The parking lot can be a little congested... Pro tip: never come here hungry! Otherwise, your eyes will feast on a lot of delicious stuff!

Fancy grocery store with a local hometown feeling. I do like the Raley's/Bel Air chain as they are always medium-sized stores that carry a wide variety of name brand groceries but also have a nice "local" "barrel" section of foods and deli section of fresh baked goods, Shooting for a Nugget vibe but keeping the prices closer to Safeway, and with weekly sales many things you might find cheaper than Safeway.

Majority of the store is very clean and organized. Love the weekly specials with good quality of items and brand name.Lots of workers but not person approach to asking me or ask me if I need anything help finding items. Check out guy was kinda rude not so nice.The food court is a bite messy, especially the Chinese hot food area. I wanted to order the 3 items combo and majority of the food looks like it’s been sitting there all day. Not fresh at all. Ends up getting the fried chicken instead.

The Raley’s is one of the cleanest and well kept grocery stores in Elk Grove. They have all the necessities of food and pharmacy. You can get cakes in the bakery and lunch with a full coffee shop for your morning commute. The Chinese food, hot food, and deli will bless you when you don’t feel like cooking. The staff is friendly and fast with the check out.They have self check out with a dedicated team member to aid if you encounter a problem or want bags. I like the little nuances of fresh fruit 🍌 at the self checkout to promote healthy snacks.This is location has the e-cart service where you can order your items and then drive up and receive them. The staff person bring them out to your car and loads them in your trunk or back seat. This is handy for the rainy day or car with crying toddler.The young people that work there are mostly from the surrounding neighborhoods so this helps keep them out of trouble and boosts community employment. Kudos to the management team your staff if making you look

Update: Although this is just one of our go to the stores, it's really one of the best stores as far as being stocked well and with helpful personnel.Great Store and one of the busiest in the Sacramento region. People are helpful, store is clean and well organized. Further, there is a great selection of products including a natural food section.

I stopped in for a few things and ended up with a cart full of good deals on groceries. My husband's favorite sausage brand was on sale so I stocked up on a variety of flavors. Greek yogurt and Dasani water also got added to the cart. Lots of beautiful fresh vegetables as usual, and I found my favorite herbs in stock. If you haven't tried Litehouse freeze dried herbs, you don't know what you've been missing. They rehydrate on contact with liquid and taste just like fresh. The Poultry Herb Blend is the one I use most often to flavor all kinds of dishes.I enjoy shopping at Raley's because they're clean, well stocked and carry a large selection of quality products.

The managers (red shirts) always find something to harass me about. Especially Jason. I've been subjected to repeated micro-agressions at this store that I feel were racially motivated. Maybe it's how Raleys trains them? Only a matter of time before someone captures them on camera doing their thing though.

I like Raleys, but it is just too expensive. The same sparkling water is $1.79 at Raleys and 79 cents at Winco. So, it is hard. Raleys is clean, and their food products all contain nutritional content. At Winco, if you don't know the caloric carbohydrate count, you are up the creek without a paddle. If I were wealthy, I would like to shop here more often. That is life!

Awesome staff and super nice. The staff knows were everything is. The new layout of the supermarket is very nice and it makes it easier to find things in the store. All the bakery things are fresh and delicious the seafood department is fresh and wonderful. They have a great selection of goods. GREAT STORE OVERALL.

My family has been shopping at Raley's for a very long time. It is A well-stocked store. The staff is nice and friendly. They also have a good selection of wine. In the bakery section is well-stocked with a good selection. They have a good selection of prepared Meats also. Vegetables and fruits are fresh with a fairly wide selection. From time to time I also go and buy flowers which are priced well.

We aren't usually on this end of Elk Grove, but not finding what we wanted at Costco we noticed this location on our way to visit the Safeway. We were pleasantly surprised at the size, cleanliness, and wide selection of products here! This is a store we will frequent more often.

The store is clean. Most grocery employees are nice and helpful. Deli employees are not. Some, not all, are just plain rude. And although they serve Peet's coffee, they don't know how to prepare it. Prices overall high. Specials good. Produce just skyhigh, though selection and quality high.

Since moving close this place has kinda became my goto store. I love it... the deli/fresh food area is the best and a whole wall dedicated to imported cheeses and some creations with them (the Lobster Mac & Cheese is a personal fav) are amazing. They have a huge wine selection if that’s your thing. And it’s a waist high 6 isle area with wine carriers so they aren’t banging around In your cart. The staff seems to be the same friendly people every time and never have had a bad experience yet. It’s not a stretch to say this is my favorite grocery store. I really enjoy the variety of quality ingredients at this store, that would probably be my favorite parts. Little things like having a refrigerated variety of English Muffins that are literally the best I’ve ever had, to a selection of I’d say 15 types of bacon... NOT including the Deli Fresh Bacon. Great store..: I always come back with great food and appreciate whoever is managing this store because their team looks genuinely happy and it shows in the quality of the store overall.

I'm in utter shock at the way I was just treated in my visit this morning at 6AM The woman who is running the self check out was incredibly rude. She immediately told me I could not bring in my licensed service animal, even though she was Clearly labeled, which is against the law. I will not be returning along with my large family. We will be driving the extra mile to go to bel air. In addition, I own and operate a very popular business in elk Grove with 100+ employees and over 600 daily guests. I will be informing them all of my terrible experience here. Never again.

This store is very well-kept, and the selection is fine, but I'm not sure what's up with all the passive-aggressive encounters with the staff here. I occasionally come here to purchase foodstuffs because I live very close by, but otherwise avoid it because the atmosphere is so tense.However, I am leaving this negative review due to a recent experience I had while shopping with my sister earlier this evening (4/13/2020). I have had strange experiences with the staff here before, but this was the last straw for me. I understand that the circumstances surrounding the COVID-19 outbreak urges everyone to be responsible and take the right measures in protecting themselves and others in places such as grocery stores. My sister and I were wearing face masks, and practicing social distancing while grabbing our groceries.As we made our way to the self-checkout line to bag our groceries, we were confronted quite aggressively by the staff member overlooking the self-checkout stations. She asked us in a rather condescending tone if we read the signs about their new bag policy. Frankly, we couldn't, because it was not very visible or positioned in a place that would inform us well in advance (in a large font next to the shopping carts or in front of the checkout line queues would be good ideas, but alas). So, we expressed our apologies and reassured her that we would keep this in mind the next time we made a visit.However, her explanation (if it was an explanation at all) was unclear, and we had the impression that we could continue to use our personal shopping bag for our purchases for the last time. So as I was helping my sister place the groceries in our bag, the staff member once again approached us, but this time accusing us of "ignoring" her and that she "was trying to be nice the first time".My sister and I, once again, apologized, as we did not want to create a scene. In hindsight, I wish I had to backbone at that moment to ask for her name, because the experience was rather upsetting and I would have wanted to leave a complaint on my own time. But here I am, typing all of this up instead.You can certainly provide customers who have a misunderstanding with a better experience by approaching them in a less confrontational way, not being condescending about an honest mistake, and not accusing them of "ignoring" you by misunderstanding vague information. My sister and I were trying to be very understanding, and wanted to leave without escalating anything, despite the situation not requiring this sort of weird dynamic in the first place. We literally apologized two times. How is that a personal attack?Honestly, I don't think I will be keeping anything in mind for the "next time". There are other places to get my groceries without feeling antagonized for respectfully apologizing. Or having to feel as if I must apologize for trying to make purchases in the first place. My sister isn't from from this area, and I will certainly be taking her... OUR business somewhere else now.It's a good-looking store. But that's about it, from my experience for the past six years I have lived in this area. +2 stars for cleanliness and adequate selection, and -3 for questionable treatment of customers. The shopping experience matters, guys. The staff shouldn't have to be the reason for leaving my sister with such a bad impression.

It has everything you need in there and its really organized. Plus say you come home from work around 10 no worries it closes at 12. They also have a very nice little cafe. On the weekends it is when it's most busy but it's worth it there is air conditioning for the hottest days.

Great location & very clean. The friendliness of the cashiers are hit or miss. I'm not sure if it's just me, there is a handful of cashiers that are snooty or just unfriendly. I usually try to do self checkouts. But it's a good size, great produce and majority of staff are helpful.... It's amazing how a 5star grocery store can turn to 3 stars due to unfriendly cashiers.
