This is by far the BEST pet store in all of Sacramento County. It's locally owned and has 2 stores in Elk Grove. They go out of their way to make sure you and your pet get exactly what you need, and they provide the BEST service!

I came here today to redeem the coupon that came with my cat's adoption papers expecting to only come home with a 2.5lb bag of catfood but Cheyenne(?) was extremely helpful and informative, getting me many other things that I was not aware of and they even offered to help me get all of it into my car!I will definitely be a regular here after such a great experience! Their staff is super!

I love Pets to Go!They have excellent service and great products. They will also special order products for your pet and not only price match, but they keep records of those price matches so you don't have to bring it up every time.They've even got a washroom in the back you can rent and bring your pet to clean. Word to the wise, don't bring 2 kittens and try to wash them at the same time. 😪

I LOVE this place! We’ve been coming here regularly because it’s close to the house, and they have what our beardie needs. The staff are SUPER friendly and always go above and beyond to help us out. They special order things for us if asked. They have consistently been awesome. I’ve been to plenty of businesses where the service differs based on who is taking care of you. Not here! The service is always 5-Stars and I know they’re smiling, even if it’s behind the mandatory masks... thanks for being rockstars!

Facility is modern and well stocked with everything you can't find at a Target, Walmart, PetSmart, or Petco. They carry food brands that include options relating to heath issues such as kidney disease where phosphorus and sodium content is important. Staff was very personable and helpful in finding items. The in house cat crew makes for a pleasant experience. Highly recommend if you need more or different than the standard pet foods.

My family loves this store! My pets absolutely love this store! We love the anniversary sales they do every year! We won a raffle prize and our babies went crazy over the goodie basket. I always have good experiences with this store and the employees are amazing! If you are looking for a great store for your babies, one that has healthy and nutritional foods and treats with employees that devote their attention towards you to make sure your questions are answered and help is received, I highly recommend this store! A++++ 5 starts and beyond!

Great, clean, friendly atmosphere! Provide healthy food for my fur baby. A little pricey, however, if u care about the food you feed your pet this is the place. (They also price match!) Healthy snacks n treats for your fur baby. Very accomodating, I got the wrong food for my baby and he developed a horrible rash and they new immediately what to do, they allowed me to bring the food back and gave me a refund AND got me the correct food. I was even given a spray to put on his rash so he didn't scratch so much and kept any infection away! Thanks Pets To Go.

Beautiful, clean store with healthy products for my dog Trinity. I buy Origin dog food at this store exclusively. I also buy healthy canned food and treats. They will not sell it if it is not good for your Pet. The staff are always a great help.

This place is amazing. They have a shower station for your pooch and a hugh selection of items. Hats off to the employee by the name of Angel. She was VERY good with helping us out. Def rec for your pet needs. FYI, call ahead for the shower station.

They are the only pets store who has Nutrisource all life stage dog food. I Have 3 Golden’s, mom, daughter and son. The girls was so tiny I had to give her additional puppy food for weight gain. Jillian was so helpful with my concerns of how to make sure she was getting enough nourishment. We went for the Nutrisource canned food because they have the best quality dog food the market..She set me up with the Astro program which saves me a lot of money. You get one free after so many purchases, so I was sold because I buy one 30# bag a week. The process of buying and getting help carrying the 30# bags out to my truck is something extra that no other pet store does. I will always be a loyal customer. Kudos to Jillian for sure and to the owner and other staff. Thank you

Nice little pet store. Friendly staff and owner. They often have at least one cat/kitten to adopt, either bunnies or guinea pigs, and some reptiles. You can also get some pet supplies and bathe your dog there!

I went in there to see the kittens and to buy some stuff. I am highly upset at the girl who told me NO when i asked to hold a kitten who i was interested in. I know the lady who is in charge of adoptions since i donated alot as well as adopted a kitten a few months ago and keep in touch with her. You dont tell a customer no to holding an animal that is adoptable especially if they are interested. I think your employee was out of line.
