One of my most favorite little pet stores. They have a self service bath for $15 where they provide treats, soap, scrubber and a doggy hair dryer. The bath is at waist height.They have store kitties that are so chill and hang out. They will let you pet them. Sometimes there are kittens for sale. They also have birds, lizards and guinea pigs.They have a good selection of dog/cat items, boutique specialty dog treats and carry CBD products.Very friendly and helpful every time we come in.

We’ve been shopping here since they opened.Always a great selection of healthy foods for our cat and dog. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Came here today to use their self service dog wash. So much more convenient than trying this at home. We love supporting our local businesses!

This is a wonderful pet store they have anything you could want for all your pets needs no matter if you have a fur baby or your baby has scales or feathers. Don't have a pet not to worry they offer a wide variety of lovable pets that need good homes. The also work with a rescue and have cats and kittens looking for their forever home. So please stop by for your supplies a new loved one or simply to say hi and donate to the cause. They're staff are always helpful and friendly my family and I love this place

Pets To Go is my go to store for live mice for my pet Sand Boa. Getting a mouse card makes it easy and way more affordable. The owner is really nice and helpful. I've been to both locations and the service that I have received has never disappointed. Definitely swing by if you're interested in getting a pet, or if you need supplies.

This is the best pet store in Elk Grove. I've been shopping here for the last decade and no pet store comes close. The personal attention that you receive coming to this store is simply unmatched. They have a great selection and really good prices. It's a fun store to visit because they have cats that hang out in the store and enjoy getting pets from strangers. Today I spent 20 minutes talking to the owner, Jeremy about a stomach issue with our new puppy. His advice was amazing and the fact he spent so much time with me showed that he cared. I've never been given this much help, even with our vet who charges for the privilege. I will only shop here for our pet needs for as long as I live in Elk Grove.

Love this pet store! The staff is really knowledgeable not only about their products that they carry in the store but can help you find the best food and treats etc. for your special requirements. They are also very active in the community, hosting low cost vaccine clinics, and supporting local shelters and rescues. Their washing station is great for keeping the pets clean too.

The owner is very friendly and helpful. He also only buys his hamsters from some of the best breeders in Davis. My family bought 2 hamsters from this store and they were wonderful, healthy and really nice hamsters. If you are looking to buy a small animal I would definitely recommend this shop.

Always a great experience at this place. They have tons of knowledge and are always so helpful when I have questions about food and other products for my dogs. And I love visiting the cats, birds, and other critters when I'm there. My daughter loves saying hello to the parrots and hearing them answer back.

We've loved this place since it opened, decades back. Jeremy and Angel, the owners, truly care about their customers and their pets - so do their employees. Each is knowledgeable, friendly, and if they don't know an answer to a question they'll say so - then find out what the customer needs to know.We've never had a bad experience here, have had many good ones, and recommend both stores (PTGEast and PTG Laguna Blvd) to everyone as the best pet stores in Elk Grove.

I'm so happy to support this business over Petco!! The staff is always very welcoming and friendly, asking questions and making sure all your needs are met. The prices are rockin. I get nervous about shops that sell animals, but all the rabbit/kitten/bird pens looked completely spotless no matter what time of day it was. This is a shop that truly cares!

The suggestions the staff gave me made a world of difference on getting what I needed. They didn't just offer me the most expensive accessories but she showed me that I had options. Great store, but maybe little thought given to kitties' needs. While there is a wonderful store cat to pet, there wasn't any catnip to be found! I do still like to shop here because the reptiles are fascinating.

Great local business. Has all kinds of pet products. I go there for my BullMastiff, gecko, and bearded dragon. One stop pet supply store. They even have self-service pet wash area. I think it's first come, first serve. Great staff!

I had a great experience here! After trying to find a female crested gecko for a while (receiving no luck from larger stores) I eventually came here to find the most PERFECT citrus crestie. Staff has answers to all my questions and helped pick out the right stuff for her. Since she’s been home she has gotten along great with my other crestie and has made a great addition to the terrarium. Staff made an effort to assure I could call any time with questions or concerns. Since she’s gotten home she’s been nothing but perfect. (I believe they still have a gorgeous male left if anyone is interested)

I absolutely love this place. I refuse to go anywhere else (unless it's to the other store). They are so friendly and knowledgeable. We always take our lab because she gets separation anxiety if we leave her alone and they always make time to pet her and say hi.
