Went in to look for an XL dog raincoat. Had several quality brands on clearance. Found a cute reversible pink/red striped/pink fur, zip up by Youly that was perfect! Ended up being too small. But, the store was clean, well stocked & the staff was very pleasant. Took it back and was given a refund quickly, with no issue. Will definitely go back.

The people there were very welcoming, asked me if I needed help finding anything, then again when checking out they found a coupon for me to knock off a dollar off the total. And finally super nice guy offered to take my purchase out to my vehicle for me - I could handle it but I appreciated the offer. I always enjoy going in where other animal lovers are at, makes one feel very welcome. Thanks for having awesome employees!

This is the first time I visited this store. I was severed very well. The young lady there was very helpful, patient, friendly and knowledgeable. I got everything I needed and would come back for more service and stuffs.

The staff at this location is always available to help with great attitudes. They have always been knowledgeable when I have questions and they take time to walk me to the product. The store is neat and clean and its always easy to find what I'm looking for. This location is a hidden gem.

I am so disappointed in the service we've received from the employees at this Petco.Tonight, we were denied purchasing food for our 3 cats for NO REASON! The employees stated that they could not accept a $100 bill. No where on the business does it state that they cannot accept large bills. Our purchase was over $25. All they had to do was give us $75 or even less in change. On their website and receipt, it says they do accept CASH. The "manager" Lauren, was no help at all. Customer service clearly doesn't mean anything to her or the team members with her this evening. Never have I received this horrible of service at this store, and I go here often. My babies are on a strict Whole Hearted diet, I cannot buy the food anywhere except Petco.I've called corporate, so hopefully the real manager can justify the employees behavior. So furious.

We just adopted 2 kittens. We went into the store and the young ladies that were working there answered all our questions and explained the rewards program and told us about the vet that would be there on Saturday. Very helpful.

The store manager is always friendly and this time met me at the door explaining staff was doing inventory and to let her know if I couldn't find something. Very proactive and supportive.

The store is tiny compared to every other Petco I've ever seen or visited, didn't have any pets or animals, and generally wasn't impressed by it's layout. Since I'm comparing it to other Petcos, it's gets an average rating from me. As a stand alone store, it's still average. It had a selection of the necessities, but not many options beyond that.

While the store is nice, an employee was wearing a mask incorrectly. During these times, people need to wear masks and do so correctly to prevent the spread of Covid. Masks do not prevent mask wearers from catching it, unfortunately. Score would be higher if I had seen correct mask wear.

Came at 8:40 PM. Window says that closing hours is at 9 PM. There were 20 minutes left! Dorrs were locked, but lights were left on. No cashiers inside at all. I knocked on the door twice, no response. Very upsetting that this happened. Also, why is this place called Petco Dog Training, and that it closed at 6PM? It doesn’t even have the info of the actualstore itself! Very unprofessional. Will not be going here again if this happens one more time.

My favorite place to go for all my needs for my dog who is very much a part of my family and is treated like family so all of her treats and dress-up apparel leashes collars whatever you might need is available at the store the personnel there no their product their outstanding and they're always there to help

Always go here for the KONG balls my dog likes to play with and destroy. Only these and the legit Penn brand expensive ones last long enough or dont pop so they throw far. Also she loves Blue brand chicken wet food, she wont eat the better/more expensive brands ive tried. Just blue or regular old pedigree. She loves to go with and they allow pets inside just dont bring your dog in if they fight other dogs cause there will be other dogs.

Very small branch. Okay for basic dog and cat needs, I guess...nothing as "exotic" as a guinea pig. So, they kind of sucked as a pet store, but a halfway okay puppy kitty store.
