Employees were friendly and took the time to ask if I needed help, which I did. I was looking for salmon dog food and treats for lab with strict diet which I originally thought was a bunch of nonsense. Everywhere we went always had everything but salmon so I was surprised they had so many different things in salmon as the employee lead me to all the items and even read the ingredients to make sure they didn't sneak in some meat fillers which 2 or 3 did so we crossed those off. Anyway plenty to choose from even freezer and fridge items.

I took my cat Stelio in for an ear infection. The vet tech was younger. Super combative. She did not like the fact he was an outdoor cat. ( he's 12) . He's fixed. He's microchipped ( they didn't scan him nor did she ask me if he was microchipped and so she assumed he wasn't and reported that to the city now i need to fill that busy work out and send that into the city with his micro chip number ) . She was short and cut me off and was just snotty and rude. This was his 1st ever sickness in 11 years. And it was an ear infection. She scared me into all these tests . And all came back negative. He's just fine. Didn't need any of it. Just needed ear drops. Which I figured. My wife came in to ask why we got a paper from the city that was threatening us with a fine for 50 dollars a year for not having a microchipped and she was the one walking out and before my wife could even ask what the paper was she snottily goes " were closed " ( it was 2 min past. And she never met my wife before. So this is how you treat people I guess ?)Another lady who worked there came over and looked in his charts and said looked like no one scanned him. And also said in this city they require cats to be licensed like dogs. Which also. We were not aware. And the snotty young lady said. " ya all animals need licenses " and storms out . The nicer lady said. " this just passed 2 years ago. Not all cities do it "Well. We didn't know that.There isn't an excuse to treat people like garbage because they don't have their pet the way that YOU want them to. It's not YOUR pet. You don't know where they live. Or their pet. Or their living situation.This lady is a snot. She's rude. She had bad customer service. And is the uppity and the poster child of the millennial brat.Ty

Was there to buy a cat litter box for my new kitten from EG shelter. Was peer pressured into signing up for their stupid Vital care membership. Instantly my purchase went up $20 and i was annoyed but figured maybe ill use it or cancel it. I never used it. Was billed $21 for 3 months before i realized there is no option to cancel on the website. I had to call customer service to cancel. ITS A 12 MONTH COMMITMENT no one said that in the store. It was hard to cancel and i wasted a total of $60 or so over 3 months. I googled it and they often peer pressure people into this stupid membership.

I buy the 13lb bag of Orijen for my dog. I usually buy through the app and pick up at the store. They were out of that size so I had to buy a smaller size. The clerk was very helpful and tried to accommodate me.Everytime I have gone into this store the staff is very polite and ready to help.

A small scale store with a focus on only food and supplies. It did not take long to find the cold dog food and I was out the door in just minutes.

Barely anything for fish. And it's a super small store. Wish I would've known, I wouldn't have come here. They have plenty of stuff for dogs and cats.

Helpful staff, close parking, obviously pet friendly. Offered free samples of dog treats to my dog, which was really nice to find out if the my dog even liked the treats before I bought them. Will be back

This particular Petco is a good & clean experience. The only drawback is selection as this is a smaller store. They do have many brands of pet food but they do not offer 25 lb bags of cat food. So I usually get a 14 lb bag of Rachael Ray nutrish for about $20 or less if it's on sale. Prices are very expensive these days.

The employees are awesome every time. But my concerns are why not have cameras outside of the store? I Had a bad experience outside the store and wish there had been cameras to help with what had happened!

Lots of stuff in a tiny space. Aisles are impassable if occupied. Items seemed a bit pricey. The vibe is like it's going out of business without the discount.

I love this petco. As long as they carry the item's you need. It is a smaller store, but the personnel are super friendly, helpful and always kind to us as regular customers.

Pricey and they had a dog training going and it blocked access to most of the dog toys. Not very smart. The employees were nice though.
