Pet Club has everything the other pet stores have but more. They have the vet clinic operate in this Elk Grove location every Thursday from 5:30 pm to 7:00 pm and Sunday from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm. I am usually here with my dog every year for all the vaccines he needs. I also come to shop for my dog too. They have reasonable prices and everything I need.

Found what I needed at an affordable price. The store was clean, well lit, and the shelves were well stocked. Employees are friendly. Didn't like that you had to find an employee to get a code to use the bathroom. Would have spent more money if I didn't have to leave to go home to use the bathroom.

They moved everything recently, I think. I couldn't find what I was looking for, but they do have a lot of great deals throughout the store. We had to leave though when my daughter saw the horrible state of the fish tanks. She was saddened by all the dead fish. 💀

The betta fish were so poorly taken care of and the staff wasn't knowledgeable about any of the things they were selling. When they called up their fish guy I expected him to know something not just repeat back everything I said. Sold me some live rock even without informing me that I wasn't ready for it and it of course died.

Decent prices and selection for pet supplies and food. Some availability is still affected by the supply chain issues from COVID but greatly improved. The staff have always been polite and helpful. If you want to get away from the Big Box stores for pet food or the higher prices at other large chain stores, this is your place to check things out.

I love Pet club….when I was younger I was addicted to their fish they always had….but now I have a dog and the deals they offer with just everyday products is nothing to ignore. Check out your local Petclub, I can’t spend less than 5 minutes in any Petclub 😂

It was disgusting in there. The fish tanks look dirty and sad, lots of half dead fish. The floors were horrible. Like they have never mopped ever. There was dried up dog pee all over the corners of a bunch of isles like no one bothered to mop it at all, for so long that the pee was dry. And the ground looked dirtier than the cement outside even without noticing all the dry pee. I felt gross walking my dogs through there then putting them in my truck. I couldnt keep my dogs attention on walking them through the store attention because if all the excrement. And my dogs go to many pet stores and restaurants.

I never knew this place existed. They have such a big variety of cat stuff at a cheaper price than other big brand pet stores.

I’m extremely disappointed in their dish department the tanks are dirty and their fish don’t look healthy. Some other fish are clearly suffering from fin rot or other ailments. The photos from one of their fish in their display tank that has a bad case of fin rot. Which is easily treatable with medication.

Tigerlily my cat needed a new break-away collar and tag....I always go to Pet Club to get the engraved tag. Phatboy and Pork enjoyed their pig ears! Thank you Pet Club!

This has become my go to spot for picking up dog, cat, and budgie food. They carry all the brands I purchase and pricing is fair. Promotional pricing rotates across items, but often is applicable to the items I buy.

I like this store..We typical do to the location while waiting for our dogs coyotes. The have a wide variety of dog food and tiny gold wish to feed our turtle. Great prices but the staff seems a little uninterested but it guess that's to get expect at an outlet' type location.

Came in because I realized they are one of the only pet places that still has an in store aquarium. It had been several years since I had been inside this store. I was a little disappointed at the aquarium section to say the least. It didn't look very kept up the tanks looked in horrible condition. I stood there for a good 10 minutes before walking up to the front to ask for assistance and then waited another 10 minutes before somebody yelled from the front to say do you need help. Ummm yes! I just asked for it thank you. I decided to try and get a couple of snails and algae eater despite my reluctance. Bad choose, They clearly were sick because they wiped out my tank. Not a single fish survived. It's disappointing this place used to be so great.

The staff was ready to help us. They gave my dog some treats with permission first. They gave us all the information we needed on the products for us to make the best choice. Overall great store! They also have VIP Pet Care there on Thursday and Sundays. It is a cheap price to get your pet up to date on all of it's shots.

Great! I came only to see the fish so I didn't check out the rest of the store but I believe the lady who helped me was named Melissa? A little older with long brown hair. She was extremely informative and made me quite confident in my plan for my new 10 gallon tank! She was also very nice and funny! More than happy to answer anything I might ask. She's a good face for this store!

This store is awesome and the staff is great. If they don't have what you need they either can get it for you or they can find it. It's always clean and I love the fish and bird areas. The fish tanks are clean and decorated to keep the fish happy and the same for the birds. Thanks guys sure wish you were in So Cal.

Good prices and selections. Many dog treats were scattered amongst many different end caps. It was a bit of a treasure hunt to find my item. Wish they had them all on the same aisle.

I really like this pet store! They are very well versed in knowledge of the animals and they have a good variety of fish. No birds last time I was there but hopefully they get them back soon they had very beautiful birds when they had them. The items here are pretty well priced and they make a good competitor to other pet stores price wise.

Great place for dog and cat supplies! They often carry great products the other big box pet stores don't have. I wouldn't bother with the reptiles or reptile supplies. The fish department is hit and miss. Often a good selection and the people are helpful but the fish quality is hit and miss. I still personally buy fish there but be careful.

Clean and well organized but still don't ever like seeing the condition of the fish tanks. Dead fish and fish with spots (disease) and troubled. Lots of furry algae too.

I find top quality brands of dog and cat food, because wouldn't you know it, my pets have special diets. They also sell brands you would find elsewhere.They also have pet clinics on Thursdays and Sundays. (Check website for hours) Pretty reasonable prices.

I went there because I was looking for some loose cat sand and apparently none of the other stores sell it. I bought some but it has a lot of dust in it and I can't really complain about it because the person that did tell me ahead of time that it has dust in it but I was not expecting so much. I used to go to this particular store all the time but since other store has opened I mostly go there because I'm also a member of Banfield. This is a nice clean store that you can definitely tell it is kind of old and needs a facelift. The staff is nice and friendly.

I have never been here before. My dog is on special food because he has a special diet. I usually get his food on Amazon because the vet charges way too much. My dog was out of food so I went to Pet Club and I saw that they had the food that he needs and it was $4 cheaper then Amazon. It was a plus because I did not have to wait 2 days to get the dog food from Amazon. We also bought some new bowls for him they were pretty comparable to Amazon. I will definitely go back again.
