We followed Cassi from her previous Sacramento location to the current Elk Grove location because of the excellent care our pups receive both when being boarded and when being groomed!Cassi and her team provide a very loving, caring and personalized atmosphere to the pets that visit the Resort!Our Posey loves visiting Cassi, interacting with the other pets whether spending the night or having her toenails trimmed!Check out her new location, lots of area for our furry loved ones to play!

This place is great. I've been trying to find a groomer where the dogs can just hang out while waiting their turn or for pickup so that they can just have fun and not be stressed out for hours. Cassi and her crew love pups and it shows. My pups weren't in a hurry to leave when I got there! It was so nice to see that they actually enjoyed it! Their cuts were exactly what I was hoping for. They were all bathed up, teeth brushed, nails trimmed, the whole 9-yards. I didn't get to talk to the groomer much, except in the beginning when she came out to talk about my pup's groom, but she was very nice and knew exactly what I was going for. Cassi, the owner, is awesome. Super energetic haha. Even though she was busy she still made time to chat and get to know me and the pups, both when I dropped them off and picked them up. Also, the price wasn't all crazy like some boutiques. It was extremely reasonable. Not gonna lie, I love these guys! :-D

Thanks! These guys made my day when I went to pick up my boy and he transformed into a lion!The place was easy to find, it's a house on a county road with a "Dog Grooming" A frame sign street side. My first visit got me a little out of my comfort zone with the whole pulling up into someone's driveway thing...​But once I got out of the car I was greeted at the door and I knew I was definitely in the right place!

Brought our sweet dog to Elk Grove Pet Resort and Spa for five nights boarding. We were assured he would be fine, have a room with a large bed to himself and that we'd get lots of pics during his stay. We got one collage of multiple dog photos 45 minutes after we left and didn't hear from them again even though we asked for updates.When we picked him up the owner assured us that he was super fun, had a great time and everyone loved him and sorry he was so dirty. She even said he made at least 15 new friends. When we got him home we noticed multiple wounds. After bathing him and treating his wounds we contacted the kennel. She immediately denied everything and demanded photos. We sent her photos clearly showing two wounds to lower back leg, bleeding between his toes, a large abrasion on his elbow and a raw spot in his ear. Now she changes her story to say our pet is anxious and must be chewing on himself and his nervousness makes him a bad candidate for boarding. She suggests we try elsewhere. Excuse me. What? She did charge us the full rate for his stay and took no responsibility for damaging our pup.We couldn't recommend this place if it was for free. Save yourself and your poor pups and stay away from this evil place. We will never be back.

Cassi and her staff really are TOP TIER!I have taken my Malinois, Luka to a few other daycares and boarders in the past and have always felt anxious that he isn't getting the love and care he deserves.With Cassi it is the complete opposite! The peace of mind that I feel when he's in Cassi's care is priceless! She is so incredibly genuine and you can feel the love that she has for all the pups that are in her care. She will treat your babies as if they are her own! I love that she also has large dogs as there aren't many people out there that understand the needs and quirks of breeds like mals and gsds like Cassi and her team.We moved from Elk Grove to Sacramento and still make, and will continue to make the now 35 minute drive to Cassi because she really is the only one we trust to care for our boy.I can't recommend Elk Grove Pet Resort and Spa enough!

My Leia who's almost 6 has known Cassi since she was a pup and now we have Luke who's 3 and they have SO MUCH fun seeing their friends! the grooming is awesome and they always smell so good. She and her staff treat my babies like their own and they love her🙂

Cassie is incredibly wonderful with communication and getting to know your fur babies and your family. She was so helpful with being able to provide service for our new pup and making sure he had fun and was ready for pick up. Lots of open space for pups to play and enjoy. We love this place! We are proud owners of 2, yes 2, Fawn colored Boxers, cropped tails, natural ears that are almost 4 yrs old.When this company were in industrial buildings on Power Inn @ Lemon Hill in Sacramento we started our other dog there until her passing.Life changes & so does businesses. The owners had to close their location until March 2019.Now they are back under the great name of :Elk Grove Pet Resort and Spa.They are now located on Grantline between Sunrise & Jackson. The are currently on a beautiful piece of land, 20 Acres with so much space for growth.Outdoor,. Indoor, with a cool room pool & outdoors pool. Their dreams are to have one day a place for a dog park, & maybe even boarding that larger furbaby..horses!!!With that said " Phase I" is just underway so until that's completed they are on by appts only: kennels, daycare & grooming.There is space for cats in their own wing, also they care for your fur babies like they belonged to them...with lots of love. Call them to bring your 4 legged family in for a stay tell them The Bonilla's sent you!

I wouldn't trust the safety of this place with your dog. They have shady business practices. They make promises to employees and take advantage of them. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB
