I like CVS because they are easy to access, parking always available. The associates up front very knowledgeable, friendly, helpful. My only concern is help on the floor, no one available! Shelves need stocking. Nice sidebar is watch repair, and batteries available for most things. I can also share that if your a member of Kaiser guess what they will give you covid shot and bill Kaiser. However, they do not bill Kaiser for flu shot.

An Asian women who is wearing glasses and working in Laguna and Franklin BLV CVS is super rude and impolite. She behaves very very rudely with the customer. Especially she is super rude with immigrants. My kids were having flue shots and we went there walk in, the guy in the reception was so nice and sent us to the waiting area. We were waiting there for more than 35 minutes and the Asian woman came, she was very very angry and then started getting upset that I didn’t make an appointment and why did I come. She could have said this politely, but she was aggressive . Recently I was in the reception I saw her making fun of a woman who couldn’t speak English. She was asking her many times and the woman was repeating several times. The woman said it correctly, but still she was asking her again and again just to make fun of her English or insult her. This women who looks to be Chinese is awful and her behavior is unprofessional.

I came to this location with multiple scripts written on a single RX slip. I told the pharmacist I wished to fill one of the prescriptions and transfer the others to another pharmacy. He refused, and when I asked for an explanation, I was told he "felt uncomfortable" doing so, and that I must fill all the medications at his location. I asked why he felt uncomfortable, and was not given any explanation. He then walked away from me.

Some if the staff be coo, and greet us when we walk in, & will ask politely if we needed any help finding anything, and when we say no, no thank you, the staff will politely say OK, if you need anything just ask, they don't follow us or make us feel uncomfortable.. But the manager, he walks around acting like he's doing something, when he's really watching us, and when we went to check out, he all of a sudden wants to stand by the front door awkwardly, and making us feel uncomfortable, once again, nobody wants to steal from no CVS,.. ,

worst customer service. They do their best not to transfer prescriptions for you. Most of the time they just don't answer their calls.
