This is the best CVS in customer service. The people are always so nice and helpful. The cashier goes over my receipt coupons before handing them to me. That’s very useful. This is my favorite store for running in for quick items on my way home.

Incompetent yet very kind. Good if you get refills for standing rx. If you have questions about a cold or meds related to cold staff not helpful. Very slow so if you need an rx quickly in 1-2 hours it will not be ready until next day. Limited hours if you get off late. Staff will politely give a runaround about not know the answer to your question. Nice store nice location. Again staff is kind.

First the pharmacy got a new system so certain medications are never in stock and have to be ordered when it is time for a refill, every single month, which means I go without! Then they reduced their pharmacy hours to 8pm during Covid and never went back. NOW, they reduced hours and close at 7pm daily and earlier on Sunday. I went to pickup and found out the hard way and am without medication! I’m done with CVS, which I used for convenience even though their prices are way higher than Walmart and other stores. Ridiculous!

Great pharmacy. Carefully of the USPS delivery service though....I got charged and no meds. And they weren't returned to CVS. Getting tracking numbers to locate them, very big hassle.

I arrived here at 8:01 pm to pick up baby Zofran, and the pharmacist closed the door right in my face, despite disclosing to her that my baby boy was throwing up and needed his medication. Please hire empathetic people who are kind enough to spare one additional minute. Very upset. Now my baby boy will be without medication for one more night. Never using CVS again.

I questioned pharmacist Aisha about my prescription medicine I can pick up at cvs locatied at Bradshaw Road not other pharmacy which far away from my house and also I always pick up my prescription medicine at there. She talked me despite sounds like mocked me over the phone. I felt like I got mocked by her!! I had uncomfortable conversation with her. She was very unprofessional talking with patient!!!

Finally had to throw in the towel and move our prescriptions to another pharmacy. I feel bad for the staff. They are understaffed and overworked. CVS corporate isnt paying attention. I've sent emails and completed surveys. They add all kinds of services for Covid testing and vaccinations but not staff. There is no way the people who work there can provide good service. It took us a week and 8 calls to get them to transfer our prescriptions. They are the closest pharmacy to us but I would rather drive a little further then spend endless hours and trips trying to deal with this place. It couldn't be clearer that all CVS corporate cares about is the money. Best wishes CVS. We have other choices. If you are getting bad service, I encourage you to move to a new pharmacy also. Sadly, I think it is the only thing that they will notice.

I am incredibly disappointed in this location for Covid testing for travel to Hawaii. First, the minute clinic website currently markets results for travel in 1-2 days. Upon arriving, the employee said it's 2-3 days. She never checked my ID or confirmation, she simply asked for my name then gave me my test. She actually walked away while I did my swab, which made me feel less than confident that I was doing it correctly. It's been 48 hours and I do not have my test results yet and I am going to be livid if I can't get on my flight tomorrow after spending $140 at this place.

Pharmacist Sayd is disrespectful, condescending, and unprofessional. Never did I think I’d feel this uncomfortable while getting my covid vaccine like this.While checking in, I let the girl at the front know I didn’t have my vaccine card because I accidentally forgot it. She said it’s okay and was very nice about it. I would have had no problem running home super fast to get it or rescheduling if needed to avoid taking time from others coming in.When Pharmacist Sayd (the one vaccinating me) found out I didn’t have it he became significantly frustrated with me. I let him know that I wished someone would have told me I needed it after I waited 25 minutes to be seen after my scheduled appointment at noon. He then said “it’s common sense to bring it, it’s not her job to tell you” and began to question how it was going to be documented with so much attitude.It’s also common sense that you have a digital record of the vaccinations (which was sent to me via email right after my appointment!!!) but anyways…his reaction made me feel really upset and uncomfortable. All this happened seconds before he was going to stick a needle in me which I was already nervous about to begin with.Not to mention he gave me more attitude when he saw I was going to get Pfizer and have been previously vaccinated with Moderna. Pfizer is all that is offered at this location and the girl at the front let me know that while checking in.Literally go anywhere else to get your vaccine. If you do come here – make sure you don’t forget your vaccine card so you don’t get shamed for it..

DO NOT GO HERE FOR COVID TESTING. Staff are sweet but they are understaffed. Drive thru covid testing took longer than 50 minutes of waiting for someone to help the drive thru line despite appointment and following all directions.

Staff is sweet that’s why I gave it 1 star but they take forever to fill a prescription and that’s IF they have the medication. These medications are common, not specialized medications, and many times I have to get my prescriptions filled at another CVS when this this one is less then a mile from my home.

Store seems good yet be careful if planning to fly and using them for Covid testing. Our test results just came back too late to use and we had to cancel our vacation due to inability to use the test in Hawaii.

Rude employees here. One time overheard the white employee being rude to the colored employee. Asked an employee about a sale item, and his response was “if that’s what the tag says.” And was talking in a condescending way. The other white lady employee once questioned a sale and didn’t want to honor the tag, but then did after the tag clearly said the item was on sale. Avoid this place

Every morning I calling this Pharmacy located at Bradshaw Rd staff keep telling me that my prescribe medications will be ready in evening. And I keep calling back in evening and evening staff telling me check back tomorrow morning and it been a week. Finally I switch my pharmacy. Unorganised, unprofessional staff
