Bel Air Grocery Store on Elk Grove-Florin Road is my go-to destination for all my grocery needs.The selection of products at Bel Air is outstanding. They offer a wide range of fresh produce, high-quality meats, and a great variety of pantry staples.The store also features an impressive deli section with delicious prepared foods and a bakery that offers freshly baked goods.It's a one-stop-shop for all my grocery needs.The aisles are well-maintained, and the shelves are neatly stocked, making it easy to find what I'm looking for.I highly recommend this store to anyone in the area.

Store is clean and well organized. I shopped there last night. Clerks didn’t stop talking to each other when I got to front of line. Next time I’ll go to self check out. It will be a lot faster. I get better customer service at Walmart.

I prefer Bel Air over Safeway most of the time. I went there on Wednesday and rushed to get a couple of things and get out. The music was that annoying. Just wondering who chooses the music?

BelAir has prepared Chinese entrees and meals to go that are delicious and reasonably priced . It's a quick and easy way to effortlessly feed you're family a great meal on a budget. You can't go wrong, especially on 'Special Nights'(days may vary), when some meal plates are priced lower than usual.You'll love the variety of food and it's great flavors.Grocery shopping at BelAir is always a pleasure with such a vast selection ofitems that you don't find at just any market. You'll be glad you shopped here.

Definitely an upscale grocery store. It was recommended to me for their knives sharpening service. You walk into the store and immediately see the many departments for store has to offer.And there are many from a floral Dept. to a pharmacy and everything in between. It doesn't seem like a superstore just scaled down. Prices didn't seem much higher than other stores like Safeway, which is across the street. I'll have to choose a favorite.

Raley is my go to if I need something. I needed collard greens. After going to two other stores I thought of Raley.They airways have everything I need.Great produce section. SUPER FRESH and worth the value. Hats off to RALEYS. Great job ...AND THEY SORT LOCAL FARMERS

I love coming to Bel-Air. It's rarely ever busy, always clean, and the customer service is excellent. Items are normally easy to find and workers are helpful. The only thing is, this place can be pricey. Other than that, they usually have organic and natural items in stock that you can't find at some other stores.

Very clean store!! I visited around 7pm and store looked like it just opened for business. Staff at the registers were friendly and fast. Shopping carts were available at the entrance and I found everything accept for baby cereals only two flavors were available. They should keep more flavors. Overall great store!!

This review is for Ashley - eCart employee. I called this morning 11/23/22 because I forgot to pick up my order yesterday 11/22/22 and I had additional questions regarding the online order. Ashley provided excellent service and that’s very rare to come by nowadays. Ashley was very patient, courteous and knowledgeable of the company’s policy. Also, she provided me guidance on how to find ECart parking if I’m driving in from Elk Grove Florin or Calvine. Which was helpful because the parking lot is “tight” and the ECart signs aren’t really visible until you’re in that row. So her guidance helped me when I arrived. She provided outstanding customer service by phone and I appreciate her help. I will return to this location due to my experience with Ashley. Please give her kudos!

The produce is excellent and the store shelves are well stocked. This is definitely my go to neighborhood market. I recently ordered a half sheet cake for a birthday party and it was a crowd favorite. The Pharmacy section is great as well. Self checkout is available, but the checkers are awesome and welcoming.

They deserve 10+ stars. I just got hooked on Pete's Coffee and OMG! So GOOD! And their soup is so good. Very good customer service. LOVE this place! I Love sitting in the cafe area next to the window and eat lunch while watching a good rain downpour

Great costumer service and friendly greetings. Everything in store nice and clean, always helpful staff everytime I come here. Carol in the deli department was very helpful and made sure to clean her working area, check out was easy and comfortable. Thank you to employees who are trying hard and working hard in these times.

Love the store, but they're not mask mandatory. They have security but are not enforcing wearing masks. Don't get me wrong they have a sign posted about masks and the precautions they're taking, but employees were talking to a customer who wasn't wearing a mask and never said anything about putting one on.

Very impressed with the selection if foods in a he seafood section and bakery. Very pricey. The two times I've gone the service line folks were helpful and pleasant. The store was very clean and the displays were done very nearly and orderly. Signage was accurate. I was impressed .

I am from Eureka, CA and this was my first time inside of a Bel Air store. I loved how the store was clean, not crowded with people, had a wide selection of produce, ice cream and other food, and there was a nice gentleman who bagged my groceries for me. Everything I needed to buy was there! My favorite purchase was a bag of big, juicy, ripe black cherries; we don't get cherries like that in Eureka!

Great fish and veggie selection. Staff was exceptionally knowledgeable in regards to wines and cheeses. The space itself was well lit, clean, and nicely maintained. I did not eat at the salad bar or any of ther hot food items, but I had a pastry/coffee and the baristas were extremely fast and friendly. I will definitely be returning.

Good clean store, has a good cafe and coffee shop with tables for the customers. Good selection of groceries, fresh produce and meats and seafood.I like the way they organize the store so that I'm not circling around trying to find same type of products.I didn't rate a five as I felt some of their products were a bit higher in price than other similar type stores.

Prices are high but the quality is great. I always get great service here and produce yes always fresh. The staff are very helpful and friendly. There's always plenty of parking. It's convenient when I want some wing stop for lunch and grocery shopping after.

Nice, big, clean grocery store. Did some grocery shopping for my mother in law. Picked up a loaf of nob hill Mediterranean olive bread for myself. Yummy! The meat in the butcher section was a bit too pricey so I passed on getting any there.

Bel Air staff are friendly, professional, and simply da bomb. Their selection is wonderful and all items are great quality. Wouldn't shop anywhere else. And did I mention how awesome their staff is?

This place has the best customer service of any grocery store. They offer free apples bananas and sometimes pairs to all the kids who shop so you bring your kids they get a healthy snack. The bakery of custom make just about anything you want and often times in very short notice we get all our kids birthday cakes there.
