Pet wash is the best in town. I do the self wash, $20 bucks each for my small poodle. No more back pain leaning over the tub. Super easy to wash. They have everything ready for you. Staff workers are the best in the business!

I have been coming to The Pet Wash since I found my big spoiled baby at 5 months old. Thomas, the owner was very helpful in helping me determine what she was mixed with, and he and the staff have taken great care of her ever since. 14 years later, she is still going strong, and we are still coming to The Pet Wash. Though the staff has changed, the care and concern and service that they give, has remained exemplary throughout.If you're looking for a place to do a self wash, or your baby, like mine is just way too big and you'd rather leave it to the professionals, this is the place to go. Easy parking, great prices, excellent staff. You won't be disappointed

This is not a pet Grooming facility but a self washing. When I read the reviews the were completely erroniace, especially when I made the appt with the young woman who charged me a $150.00 for both of our kids. I sent a picture which she asked to see so she would show the person who would groo them. First, the place is dirty & unkept; second the is no gentle care but get them out as soon as possible. Our girl's face was totally destroyed. I will post a picture if I can.. Stay away if you want a professional to care for your babies. The first 2 pictures are how she was mangled & cut her nose then side of her face. 3rd picture is what I sent 4 days before their appt. The girl who did the schedule said she was too busy to show the picture of how they were groomed before.

I love the Pet Wash! For one my Pup doesn’t get crated and sat at the groomers all day long. Second, my dog gets one of the best haircuts she has ever received. The staff is very friendly. Marlene does amazing on my dogs haircuts. 10 ⭐️ for The Pet Wash!

I have been coming to this place since we adopted our husky last year. Today was the first time my 50 lb girl gave me a hard time getting up the ramp to get a bath. Tried treats but no dice. I was about to give up but the employee came right over said "we're here to help! Let me help you!" And proceeded to pick up my dog and do what I could not. After I was done washing, I asked about a sanitary trim and planning to schedule for another time but they girl was able to grab her supplies and help me out right there. Stellar service and great prices. The place is always clean and a good experience. Highly recommend!

This place is great 👍. I bring my Akita here for the self serve dog wash. You get a room of your own with steps for your pup to walk into the tub, hydro wash so you get spray the shampoo or conditioner on directly through the water hose. Powerful dog dryers and supplies for ear cleaning. Reasonable prices too. Chloe looks great after her bath.

Priced well I paid $23 for my golden retirement (46 lbs). My daughter and I had a great time showering our dog. I will definitely come back. I just wished they had better brushes luckily I did bring my own

The absolute best customer service and pet wash in the South Bay Area, I am so happy! My pup came out all excited and happy, he smells wonderful, they trimmed his nails and he received the added teeth cleaning. I’m so excited I found a new place to take my morkie. I typically like him super short and they did just that! Thank you so much, I will definitely be a regular at THE PET WASH!

Such a great experience at the Pet Wash! Everyone was extremely kind and professional. Goldens can be tricky to groom and cut but they did a fantastic job! My pup Sunny looks so handsome. And I love that they have a self service wash on Sundays! We’ll definitely be coming back.

Brought in my newly rescued - from the streets - pug Ringo for his first wash today. It's been an expensive few days so I was looking for a reasonably priced cleaning. Opted for the "Express Wash" and I'm very pleased with the results and the overall experience (in and out in 20 minutes). I will be bringing him in monthly plus doing more routine stuff at home. Great little spot that does not do cages and take great care of your pup! We do the full service but they also have self wash that is great. Highly Recommend checking them out.

I have been taking my dogs to The Pet Wash for over 15 years. I love the stand up tubs, choice of shampoos, their towels, apron to keep me dry, ear cleaner, scubbers and being able to leave the mess behind! The dryers work great.

This is the best place to wash my Golden. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I can get in a out quickly with the spray accessory they have which pumps the soap straight into the spray head 😃

This pet wash is the best!! I bring my big dog here to use their self-wash tubs. She'll a bit of a hand full, so I love that I can bath her myself. A private room, tub, towels, shampoo/conditioner, ear cleaning supplies and brushes are all provided. The tub is raised so I'm not hurting my back and my dog likes the nice stairs to get into the tub comfortably! Staff is very friendly and once in a while, my dog gets a treat! Highly recommend!!

Unique shampoo/water delivery system makes cleaning your dogs quick and easy. Conditioner/water also delivered together so need to have to wet and lather by hand. High power dryer makes the last step also easy. $20/dog for self wash is a good deal for the quality of the shampoo/conditioner and the easy delivery system. Will use again.

I only bring my pup here! My dog is very scruffy, and though I love it, it gets out of hand. The first time I brought him here, I thought they switched him with another dog! So handsome! And I love the way they treat him. No cages and also friendly. A little pricey, but you get what you pay for.

They were so kind and so helpful. I got a puppy imported from Korea, picked him up and of course from the 10-hour flight he was a little stinky. I was able to go straight there. Get in right away at the self wash and he was so tiny that they even helped me blow dry him. Thank you guys so much for all the help.

These are selling points taken directly from their website followed by my experience with each-1. THE PET WASH Fast + Easy Bathing System surrounds your dog in a luxurious spray of soothing shampoo, or conditioner infused bubbles that massage away dirt and debris while strengthening & rejuvenating the skin and coat! All this for the low price of $20!This was not an option. There are no hoses with special nozzles that infuse the shampoo into the water. I was expecting to use a snazzy device like I've seen YouTube groomers use. I had to squirt the shampoo the old fashion way just like at home.2. A grooming table, where you can brush your dogs before and after their bath, as well as cut their nails and dry them.There's a table with a couple brushes, one of which was just a cheap human brush, but no nail clippers.3. The most powerful hair dryers available!Yes it was powerful but extremely loud and the nozzle kept coming off. The loose nozzle made it much louder and difficult to handle. I was really looking forward to using the dryer and I was very disappointed with how janky it was. You only have 40 minutes so you shouldn't have to repeatedly stop to reattach the nozzle. They shouldn't enforce the time limit if they provide faulty equipment.4. A wide selection of premium shampoos & conditionersI wasn't able to wash my dogs face because they didn't have puppy/ tearless shampoo. I would have brought my own had I known their "wide variety" didn't include a puppy option.5. Everything you need to wash, dry & pamper your dog, including waterproof aprons, towels, ear cleaner, cotton balls, Q-tips, gloves, nail clippers, scissors, brushes, combs, leave-in coat conditioners, fragrances, and much more!This seems like false advertisement! I saw no gloves, aprons, clippers, scissors or leave in conditioner. They had ear cleaner and q tips/cotton that were pointed out to me but nothing beyond that. I asked about leave in conditioner and was told they had full size products available to purchase. The website makes it seem like single use versions would be included with the $20.Overall, I was very disappointed in the discrepancies between what their website advertised and what was actually available. It absolutely was not worth $20 without a properly functioning dryer, leave in conditioner, nail clippers, scissors and most of all, without the "easy bathing system". I thought I was going to give my dog a deep clean bath but it was nothing more than what I can do at home with my bathtub and blow dryer.

i took my dog in and gave pictures for reference and when i came to pick up my dog the groomer said she was soo matted that they had no choice but to shave her. After they shaved her there was still matted hair which tells me they didn't even bother to brush out the hair and trim the coat like i wanted but just shaved her to save time that tells me that the groomer was lazy and didn't want to do the worki will never be coming back to this place ever again!!!!!!!take your pet to a groomer that actually listens to what you wantbefore and after pictures i wanted a trim and the shaving they did was not even clean i absolutely the worst grooming experience i've ever had
