The employees are very knowledgeable about products, which is a huge plus when substituting trusted brands/products. It is nice to have them guide you in making the best decision for your pet. Customer service is also great! No matter the field or industry, it is key and this location is doing great.

Vetco staff was super rude to me one time. I took my cat for all vaccines they suggested I get a leukemia test elsewhere so my cat wouldn't run away during it. After that they said I could go back to be vaccinated annually as long as I showed them he got the test done. Which I did I showed them. On the third year he was due they said I had to do the test there or else they wouldn't give him the vaccine. I didn't understand why and I tried explaining what had happened before. The staff was very rude and wouldn't even let me speak, and went on and said if I didn't want to do it to go elsewhere. It made no sense because they themselves suggested I do it elsewhere the first time. Ever since I have not gone back to Petco or vetco. Thanks to them I found great vets near my home at affordable prices.

I come here to get supplies for my pets. Plenty of selection of foods for your little companion. The grooming staff also does an amazing job getting your pet clean. Parking may be tough at time since it's in the same plaza as a Ross and Superior Grocers.

New strip mall visible from the street. Plenty of parking.Overall very clean so far. Very well stocked the store. Friendly staff.Jason was very knowledgeable about fish even told me about other Fisheries nearby. Restroom could have been a little more clean.

This store never has shopping carts for customers. When I inquired I was told to go get one from the grocery market, a few businesses over. This is unacceptable. Makes shopping extremely difficult, with kids and picking up heavier items, like large bags of dog food.

I was having a wonderful day , up until I walked into this store ! I walked in there to buy a pet for my kids as a surprise and I thought why not go to petco! I promised them pet ! Now I’m empty handed after they been gone for 2 weeks all thanks to Mike the manager ! I called him for assistance over to the reptiles section and told him I’d like to buy a bearded dragon. The price tag said 39.99 , quickly ripped the tag off and started asking me question that were irrelevant to him , then starts ripping off the tags . The worse part about it was he didn’t want to sell me the bearded dragon due to the price but I’m sure if I were to buy it for the regular price he would sold it to me . He was also being sarcastic spelling out his name walking away .

I have become a recent fan of this store. Their associates are friendly and quick to respond to concerns or questions about products. The associate, at check out, Mary Ann was particularly helpful in getting me a sweet discount on some kitten formula I was purchasing by informing me about the Petco App. I installed the app while in the store, got my discount and used the app later that week when purchasing more formula. This time I also took advantage of the curbside pickup that is offered at this location.The combination of the ease of use with the app (being able to scan barcodes and find the item instantly? BRILLIANT!), the speed with which my order was filled (maybe 30mins, max, it was ready), and the convenience of curbside pickup...oh yeah this is my new favorite store. Sure, at a store like Petco it's always nice to walk through and see any new products or services my pets may need. But if you already know what you need and might be pressed for time, the app is a wonderful tool. I know so much of the associates actual work goes unspoken or unappreciated but these folks know what they are doing and have a sorely missed positive attitude in carry out their duties.Lastly, I wish to say a thank you to a male associate who helped my mother when she went in to the store recently. She can't remember his name, unfortunately, so I can't provide that but the associates at this store are willing to help senior customers and provide them the best price. I feel that deserves some recognition too. Keep up the great work y'all 😁

Horrible experience due to Groomer ISIS WITT! Don’t trust your pets for grooming with her. Horrible attitude makes you not feel safe or comfortable leaving your baby there at Petco. She rushes the process and complains that she is over booked and has no time for anything else or to listen to your concerns. Will definitely never go back after 10 years of taking my pets there. Canceled my pets insurance and accounts due to her insensitive attitude and care. Don’t recommend!!!

I’ve been taking Bella to get her grooming services done by Chris for the past six months and I love it! He is always so gentle and supportive of Bella (she has anxiety and is needy). She always looks so darn cute after her groom not to mention, he provides good feedback on how to take care of her (she’s a poodle). Will continue to come back!

It's one of the few stores that keeps it cool inside during hot days. Really.nice considering a lot of people.bring their pets with them. The only issue I have with this Petco is that the vet showed up really late when we had an appointment and didn't offer an apology and was even a bit rude. We have another appointment coming up, so I hope the vet is on time.

Please.. for the love of man kind.. GET SOME MORE CARTS!!!! It's ridiculous that y'all only have ONE in the entire store. It's been an issue for months now. Every time I go to refill my three 15lb litter bins, I have to hunt for a dang cart. What about the elderly or people with disabilities?? Do better!! Billion dollar company can't buy more carts? Shaking my head. Rolled my eyes so back I saw my brain..
