My family have been coming to this pet store for years! I have gotten so many fish, birds and rodents here for cheap.Compared to other places, their price is pretty good and cheaper than other pet stores. They sell reptiles and spiders here as well, and on rare occasions you might see animals like a cat or dog. (Tho I haven’t seen a cat or dog for sale in 10 years)I never had any issues with the pets I bring home. They were always healthy and pretty sociable.

Love this pet store. We bought many turtles, Koi, Gold fishes here. Good quality and they are so pretty and cute.Great customer service!

Mike and Mr. Chang are very helpful, I have been a regular here for little over two years now. I did no know Mr. Chang speak Spanish too! Their price are a lot cheaper that other major chain fish store.I get all my fish related stuff from them.

Best pet store I have ever been to! The people are friendly and they have abundance of small pets to choose from at reasonable prices!!! Even though it's a Mom and Pop shop, the owner is very generous!!!

This place is actually the worst pet store ive ever been to. Noone has any clue what they are talking about especially the salvadorian man that drags his feet around on the weekends. I recommend the petco across the street. Not only do their pets come from reputable breeders. They have a 20 day guarantee on any live animals. They will even take the animal to the vet for you within those 20 days. Never shopping noahs ark again.

The Asian lady was not helpful at all very much into her own thing the Hispanic man who takes care of the fish was very helpful.Not sure if the fish have the same water being pumped into them that would be bad because diseases will travel. The fish for the most part looked healthy.the Hispanic man recommended small koi for an outside pond not goldfish not sure if that would be accurate or he was just trying to sell koi but the koi are pretty cheap $6.99.They did not have any aquatic plants at all the recommended Petco close by.half the store was fish tanks, was not impressed with the fish selection compared to Petco and the other half was mostly food for birds.

The place is pretty okay pricing is alright. Most I bought was a cage from the place only to find out it was broken. Just be careful of what you buy.

I only come here cuz the prices are better than petco/petsmart. Seemed like on my last visit they didnt like my debit card usage to pay for my items, on top of that I got charged $0.75 to use my card and no signs in the store that mention this fee, and never charged this on prior visits. I will start paying cash from now on.

First time buying at this pet shop. The owner attended to me quickly. I asked for a blue shrimp and mystery snail. He then gave me a mystery snail and guppy. When I went to exchange the guppy, he went ahead and changed it for a shrimp. The shrimp fell onto the floor and the owner was a nervous wreck. It wasn't even the right shrimp when I checked the bag after, but I didn't bother going back.. hopefully the owner will hire some more employees. He looked overwhelmed with a lot of customers to attend to.

If they had negative stars I would rate it negative. Yes they have cheap inexpensive animals. However you get what you pay for. My rabbit had intestinal issues. Because it was taken from mother at a very young age. I called to find out if the rest of the rabbits were ok and the owner was very rude. I will never buy anything from them . A little shady for my taste.

I bought a baby cockatiel here for 100 dollars, but the cockatiel died 5 days later. I give them 3 stars because they were friendly. After looking at their post about the same flock of baby cockatiels, two looked sick. It's now clear to me that they don't really care about their animals. At least for their birds.

Went in to buy reptile food meal worms and crickets. They have them but doesn't seem like they really sell for reptiles. I mainly saw they have a variety of birds and fishes. I saw some reptiles in the front but it's not a place you would go if you need a variety of food for reptiles. Nice people though . Good customer service but not what I was looking for...

They have a little bit of everything. I really like this place because they're prices are so affordable. I've been here several times. It doesn't look like much but it's a great place to get a small pet like a bird, turtle, reptile or fish. I get my pet food and supplys here all the time.

Because they always have what I need. If not they order it.they are super friendly I know all the workers from the dad to the two brothers and their friend alex that works their also. They always have amazing animals and alot of different things.and you cant beat their prices way better then any other pet shop or supply store around el monte 👍

A bit unkept, you'll find a good selection of animals, beware tho they are sick sometimes, especially the birds, they tend to be injured for example missing feathers with scabs on their heads from injuries, fish are sick sometimes or dead in the tanks being eaten by the others. There is rarely a chance to return an animal. I still get fish here just quarantine them if needed. They also have bunnies, guinea pigs, chameleons, snakes, lizards, turtles, tortoises, tarantulas, scorpions, occasionally geckos and frogs.

I got my male cockatiel from this store for about a week now, and it is perfectly healthy and playful. I don't understand why people are saying bad things about this place when they got their pets and supplies for such a low price.

Bought a corn snake for 40 bucks and it died within the next day and when i ask the guy how to take proper care of it he didnt know how i actually had to do my own homework on it got everything i need for the snake and it still died tho waste of money and time i got another corn snake in a shop in la Habra and so far it's doing great

Back area was kinda musty but the betta I got from here was pretty healthy and the fish don’t seem bad at all.
