My on-line order showed up quickly, but was missing parts. Got a real run-around from the customer service phone #. They offered a refund instead of the parts I need. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was placed on perpetual hold

They sell to pet stores only. Drove 45 minutes out of the way and were turned away. Please be aware that this is for dealers with a pet store license only.
