I had a great first experience at The Dog House Pet Salon today. Serena did an amazing job grooming my Brittany, Reece. Serena was super friendly and made Reece look like a puppy again. The whole process was really convenient for me. I would definitely recommend.Adding to my review after two more visits: Serena groomed my dog for a second time and Reece looked absolutely perfect!I took my oldest Brittany dog Cooper, in for a groom with Kelsee and I was amazed at how good he looked afterwards. She gave him a really nice trim that did not alter how he looks naturally but totally cleaned him up and made him look younger. I believe he knew he looked good and was super alert and active all weekend! Thank you again to Serena and Kelsee for amazing service!

Our Pup Loves Ginger! I love that Molly doesn’t have to stay at the groomers longer than needed. You are notified as soon as they are done making her Pretty. Great reminders on upcoming appointments. Keep up the Great Service ❤️

I just picked up my two pups from this salon and they have never looked better! One is a poodle and has difficult fur especially because he gets matted but he looks perfect now! Both pups are seniors but they were so well cared for and the services were very fast. I have taken them to countless groomers over the years only to get them back injured, nicked, or incorrectly cut. Very happy with this groomer and will definitely not go anywhere else. Highly recommend, thanks so much for taking such good care of our beloved dogs!

Serena is absolutely phenomenal! She groomed Vence, my cockapoo while I resided in El Dorado Hills. I since have moved to Hawaii and have waited to get Vence groomed until the holidays, when I knew I would be home. You will not be disappointed! Serena does a great job on your fur baby and has an amazing personality! You and your dog will both love her! 🐾

My gsd/husky got the de-shedding treatment. It reduced shedding for quite a while and he was silky soft. He also loved Serena and was so happy hanging out with her when I picked him up. Glad I found a place I feel comfortable leaving my pup for a bath. 10/10 great grooming experience.

We have two Border Collies. Not only are they beautifully cleaned and trimmed when we pick them up, they LOVE being groomed here. We tried several other groomers before this shop was opened and none of them provided the excellent service and care our boys receive here.

I have two senior dogs a Golden Retriever and Mini American Eskimo and Serena is so accommodating, as they have harder times standing long term! They look amazing (and smell) but more important are happy and I can tell well taken care of!!!
