So happy to see that Bark Avenue is opening in the new shopping center at Sienna Ridge. Favorite store for pet food, toys and grooming. Everyone is always so nice and helpful. We will be welcoming out new puppy in a few weeks and I think I need one of everything!They were great with helping me decide on a few critical items and make some food recommendations.Also has a cool dog washing area.

I hate to write bad reviews, but my experience today was TERRIBLE! Groomer at Bass Lake location was a total flake this morning. They then send me to the other location to squeeze me in, but when I arrived they told me they didn't have rabies cert on file and their systems don't talk to each other, but I have been going to Bass Lake for a while now so it was never brought up or an issue. Turns out, my dog's rabies was expired when they called the vet (my bad) but I wish I would have know before they rushed me over to the other location that there was going to be this issue. Plus the groomers were super rude at the EDH location too which made the experience even worse. HORRIBLE experience, such a waste of my morning. Needless to say, will NOT be back to either location.

Typically we love taking out dog here to groom her but last time we brought our Husky here they were out of conditioner and didn’t mention that to us when we paid to bath her. So after we shampooed we went to conditioner her; they had a bottle of 2in 1 shampoo and conditioner and they literally crossed out the word “shampoo” on the bottle and wrote conditioner on the bottle with sharpie. I pumped some out and it was definitely shampoo. With how long our dogs fur is we like to condition her so it was disappointing. Her bath ended up costing us over $40 because I then had to buy a bottle of conditioner from them. Overall we like this business I just wish there wasn’t a lack of communication on their end. Especially since they gaslit me when I asked if they had any conditioner in the back they told me there was a bottle of conditioner back there but it was clearly shampoo.

I took my Doberman in as a walkin, although I did call first so they could verify his rabies vaccination with my vet. The girl who did his toenail clipping was very gentle and took off just the right amount.The place is large and clean. I like it better than the older one down in the Raley's center. The grooming staff at that older one has an attitude problem.

Made an appointment, for grooming, they suggested I give my puppy a sedative before coming in. I gave my puppy the sedative, went to the store and I was yold I didn’t have an appointment. I won’t go back
