Had to call 3 times to get RX filled.Each time they said it was because of insurance and each time I told them I would pay for it. Still waiting.They also ALWAYS get another RX wrong that I need to call them to correct each time.I'll be changing RXs to CVS.

Went to pick up my meds today and the girl that was there at the cashier in the pharmacy area, doesn't seem to like her job very much. Like seriously you don't have to work there especially with bad attitude.

While shopping I asked for assistance and though the clerk was polite; she did not speak English!! Why do I have to speak Spanish to conduct business in my own community?! Why do I have to speak Spanish to get a job in the county my people were forced to come to, enslaved in and KILLED, if we tried to read!! Killed if we tried to learn English. Killed if caught speaking our own language. Forced to forget our Native languages and denied a proper education to learn English. This is another business I will no longer spend one penny of my hard earned African American money!!

Was JUST there. 2/12 @ 830am. Literally watched someonee steal and walk RIGHT the door with a bag of Valentines stuff. Security did nothing but talk to the woman about "wow, you really gonna steal' as she walked out the door. I don't blame Security because I've heard it before that if they put their hands on someone they get sued. This location and El Cerrito is getting bad. Thankfully I'm just visiting!

It's the best walgreens ever! I sometimes order in the app and pickup in the store. Its super convenient. Even when i am already in the store and order in the app(prices in walgreens app are usually cheaper), after submiting the order, the store staff help me get my stuff immediately.

one of the worst place to shop ever. why so many employees just walking around only and talking with each other while there is a huge line in the cashier. i saw a manager on the cell phone talking to someone today this morning 2-18-18 while she was on duty. after staring at her for 5 mins she asked me do you need some help. later when i went to cashier to pay there was a price match issue. cashier called for help over the mic but sadly none showed up for 4 minutes(probably busy on their cellphone). after that i discarded that item and leave. no wonder this place sucks on customer service and has such poor rating. i am weekly customer here. found some good employees at the counter. only reason i get to this store is i live about 2 blocks away otherwise i would never visit this store.

The pharmacists here are excellent. But Walgreens as an institution is horrible, with inconsistent and inaccurate prescription refill procedures, and this store is not particularly well kept.

I didn't go outside I just used the outdoor Pharmacy, they answered the phone several times which is more than I can say of the one in Pinole. Picking up with prompt, everything was fine. I'm just giving four stars because I didn't go inside so I don't feel like I know enough about the place to give five stars.

About 6 months ago this pharmacy was great. Now it is awful. They don't call me when there's an error or delay. They don't call my doctor if the prescription runs out. I have to regularly wait 30+ minutes even when I'm the only one in line. It's ridiculous.

This place is either understaffed orthe staff is not properly trained. First, there is always a long wait; every single time I was there, whether in-store or drive-thru. Second, there were many mistakes made on the prescriptions....and there were times they would fill prescriptions that I had not requested and was no longer taking.To add insult to injury, even trying to get a live ;body on the phone is impossible with waits of over half an jhour. There isno excuse forthis level of customer disservice!It NEEDS A COMPLETE OVERHAUL OF PERSONNEL.after putting up with this for too long I removed my prescriptions and my daughter's and went to a pharmacy that is delightful to work with and even delivers.

The Cashier Anmika was super helpful. she rocked my day. 5 star is especially for her. I have been going to this walgreens for last 12 years. always love their service except some managers who are always on the cellphone.

Very friendly staff. Lines are never too long. Store manager was very helpful. I love this pharmacy staff. They always remember you, and there is never a long wait. Drive thru is super fast as well.

The other day the pharmacy hours had changed abruptly. Today the pharmacy part of the store isn't open at all. What is going on. This can't be how they help people. Walgreens as a company is failing.

I usually visit within a few hours after they open. Mask-wearing is required, as is social distancing, including at the pharmacy. There is hand sanitizer inside the door for customers. The pharmacy gets busy kaye late morning to late afternoon. There is plenty of parking.

Extremely rude and upsetting. Just got off the phone with a woman who repeatedly cut me off, was not listening to my problem, then eventually said, 'I have it, we will fill it, it'll be ready tomorrow, OK?!'Then hung up.

This Walgreens does not allow African Americans to choose what they want before they buy it they keep most of the products that African Americans with need to see or use behind a glass door and they do not let you touch them and they walk the customer up to purchase it right at that moment even if they aren't ready to make the purchase I do not support this Walgreens . And there is also no restaurant there been several occasion where I have asked to use the restroom and I was told to either leave or that I could not use their rest and I believe that that's against the law

Run very badly. Drop off window at pharmacy was closed. In spite of being “less busy than usual” I waited at the pharmacy line 10 minutes and only one of the five people ahead of me had been helped. It was clearly going to take 50-70 minutes before I could get my new Rx filled and five more people were behind me in line. I gave up in spite of having an active asthma attack.

I would have to say this is most inapt pharmacy I've ever been to. terrible at everything, even just picking up the phone. I don't really know what is going on there, no matter what I need there is always some delay or issue.

Walgreens is a great place to get male and female beauty products, toiletries and overall body health products, eg. (Vitamin Supplements) miscellaneous household items like Lightbulbs, batteries including portable electronic accessories eg. SD cards, Cameras and Headphones.Their photo service is very quick and straight forward. They have a do it yourself option for managing your photos, or you can get help from their Photo techs. You can get Passport photos here too.They also offer Seasonal/Holiday decorations by season or holiday for every season and holiday. They also have a wide assortment of soft drinks, snacks and candy.Walgreens also offers a great selection of Greeting Cards which cover every occasion.My only grievance is their Pharmacy wait times. The delays are long regardless of time, peak hrs or not.

I don’t really enjoy coming this this Walgreens. The customer service is quite awful and could never help you find items you’re looking for. Every time I come in there is feels like I’m being stared at the entire time while I shop. The store also has low stock in many products and items and many isles are very unorganized.

Don't like the store at all. The last time I visited the store manager went in my Target bag and told me I forgot to pay for an item I explained to him I purchased the up amd up item from target and I have a receipt. Showed him the receipt amd he didnt apologize however only Target sells up and up products. Was my last time there. Not worth ever going back.

They are the most Careless pharmacy you can deal with. I called to ask a question about my medicine today , I was 3 hours hold on and they didn't answer me . It was a tired time I was having this bad experience with this pharmacy . I am a disabled person and going to them personally is very hard .
