Anna is great. My rescue Toby, hadn't had many haircuts when I first brought him in. She is patient and kind. The dog trainer I brought him to at Petco recommended her and went in with him the first year! They are just great to work with.

This was our first time bringing in our puppy and we absolutely loved it. Everyone was beyond friendly, well knowledgeable of the information they were giving us, and made us feel great about bringing him in. It was his first bath outside of home and we were nervous because we didn’t know how he would respond to someone else showering him. But the stylist, Maria, told us that he did great! We were very happy with how clean and groomed he was.

Anna is a totally great groomer. I have a very skittish rescue that never was groomed. The Petco trainer, Arianna, picked Anna for me and went in with him. She left Petco so he has to go alone now. I appreciate her patience and good humor. & she does a great job with the grooming.

The actual service was great. However, the (VIP) service was delayed. Finally, I didn't appreciate when I went to pay for my service, the lady at the register loudly asked, "would you like to leave a tip for your groomer"? And by the way, the point is not I didn't want to leave a tip.
