Fully stocked for all your grocery and home needs - super convenient to just come here and grab everything in one go. With their Vons club card, you really save on prices too. This grocery store is a step up from the average grocery store. They have beautifully lit interiors, a Starbucks, deli sandwich station and a whole fresh bakery.When water sprays over the produce aisles, the sound of thunder is played to make it seem like a storm is actually taking place.Their donuts looked amazing, and are baked fresh every day. Get seasonal cakes and desserts here. Customize a birthday cake!No self-check out lanes, but the cashiers are all super friendly and the line goes fast - even during a Holiday rush.Plenty of free parking space out front.

I ordered a birthday cake for my husband and it came out awesome. It was a Harley Davidson cake with all the right colors. Thank you Joanna for being so helpful and for doing a wonderful job, I will definitely recommend this bakery.

The cashier was Angela. She rates a 0 for customer service. I decided to get cash back for the first time. I tried my Discover and she told me that doesn't work if you want cash. I asked if my debit would work and she said yes. The chip part of the machine didn't work so I had to tap my card. She then gave me the receipt. I asked where my cash was and she said "you can't get cash when you tap your card." I had told her what I was doing. Why didn't she tell me the tap wasn't going to work? I then asked if I could ring up another transaction so I could get the cash and she said I would have to buy something else. I ended up going to the bank. How did this woman ever get a job? She has horrific customer service. If she worked for me, she would no longer have a job. Customer service is everything in a business. Maybe Vons thinks they don't need to provide good service since they are the only Vons in town.

This review isn't really for the whole store but more so for the DMV kiosk located inside. It's super convenient! Punch in your information and within 3 minutes you can have your registration and tag for your license plate renewed. A nice option in avoiding long lines at the DMV for simple vehicle transactions like vehicle registrations. It charges a 3% third party fee and if you have late or penalty fees it will add them on but it's nice option in avoiding getting ticketed by law enforcement for expired tags.

This is my favorite grocery store for Ginger Beer 🍻 i love the prices and there's a STARBUCKS INSIDE!!!!! i love this valley!Still the best hands down

Though fairly easy to get to this place, it's nuzzled cozily in a small corner of the city, not too big of a parking lot, shared by multiple stores, and a slightly difficult street sign to see. This, coupled with it's small size in ft², makes it slightly easy to overlook and by-pass. Great and delicious food items to choose from: both big name brands you love and small unheard-of and unique brands you probably don't. I'm sure you'll be able to get whatever your particular taste buds desire. Take a look, preferably, NOT during rush hour traffic.

The parking lot is small it's a nightmare people are extremely rude .I am not joking when I say make sure you have car insurance before you go to this store! people drive like maniacs just in the lot itself. The store is under staff . employees are overworked and seem irritated ,and probably underpaid. The customer's are another story watch out!! everyone is in a hurry careful of those toes & your butt .So make sure you have time to stand in 1 of 2 lines that are longer than a 🚂 train. Because you will be there for awhile .👍

I love Vons. The Cashiers here are the coolest and nicest cashiers around. It’s always clean and stocked well. It’s my favorite between all of the surrounding grocery stores. Best fried chicken in town. Plus Starbucks.

The butcher was amazing in helping find the kind of ribs I was looking for and cutting them the specifications I wanted. He even took the time to look at the pictures I had because I was using the wrong name and he had no idea what I was talking about. Once I showed him the picture he was like yes of course they are called this and I help you get what you need.

A little pricey for some items but the quality is above all in the valley whether it's fruit, cupcakes, or flowers for a special someone. Vons is the place to go.if you just want soda or chips then go to a cheaper store. The storage is huge getting better is the 2nd to none with management than employees are great I love this place it's my go to shopping spot in The Valley and it hasn't changed

This is a Vons. It's a grocery store. This one has always been clean. There is disabled parking and access into the store. There is also now parking for grocery pickup. The people working here have always been courteous and kind. They treat everyone nice. I like it. I like the fresh meat and seafood department. We shop here often.

One of my favorite grocery stores because they usually have what I want and their produce is usually very good. Groceries ( and everything) are more expensive here. The store is always very clean, tidy, and organized.

Always good. I buy my better quality eggs (free range, organic, hormone free, etc); I like Happy Egg at low price. A bit pricey overall but good quality and service, I'll be getting the big Thanksgiving turkey there. Well run supermarket with awesome selection can often find things that that are otherwise unavailable in the valley.

Was there Friday morning to pick up a pallet of bottle water, when the water was about to be loaded on to the pick up tuck I had trouble removing one part of my rack . The manager Jose Muñoz went more than out of his way to help me he provided me with a couple of tools to get the water on the truck. I believe that is a great leading example and excellent costumer service , way to go jose and thank you.

I can not say enough about this store. All of the workers are awesome.This is one of the few stores that they have a employee always cleaning. AndI am deaf in one ear and with the facemasks makes it even more hard for me to hear unable to see people talking.The employees make an extra effort to make sure that I can hear them. Speaking up for me to even write notes for me.And this means everything to me.All the employees and especially the employees in the pharmacy is so I awesome.No one can go wrong with shopping at Vons.

The milo water enhancer was marked two for $5 and like a dummy I didn't check my receipt they charged me $9.99 each for two little bottles.Shame on me for not checking my receipt but shame on them for not setting up their computer to charge the correct price is marked on the shelves.

A lot of hype. Sell a lot of the same as other stores but x2-x3 the price. Not sure why. Nothing particularly special or outstandish about this VONS, stopped going when we got a lasagna that said it fed 8 but fed maybe 3 or 4 TOPS...and it came out to 17$ because it was supposed to be amazing...it tasted like it was taken from a frozen package and restocked up into a tupperware then vacuum sealed and price gouged. No thanks.

I have always been a fan of Vons/Safeway.Friendly & helpful staff. A clean store with well stocked shelves. Produce is always fresh and well displayed, it is rare to see any bad fruit or vegetables on display.Bakery is very hard to pass by with all there tasty pastries and bread. I love the large assortment of breads and sweets.Meat is always great quality.I have shopped in this store in Canada and the US. Both are great.

Great for products you won't find in major retail stores and I feel the food is of higher quality most of the time. A little pricier but it's nice to be able to choose from different brands if you want to switch things up.

Went for friend's duck, to cook. Only store in county, that sells frzn duck (3.50/lb). Fresh fruits/vegs, & gr8 deli. Nice staff. +NO stupid masks! Inconvenient work on Imperial Ave, has few ways to enter/exit parking lot..😥😠

This Vons is always clean and I appreciate that most of the Vons' Associates are friendly and welcoming. I wish the prices were a bit lower and more checkout lanes were open at any given time. Other than that, it is a great store!
