This store is fairly close to my house so I am here often. I bought my smoker at this location as they have a decent selection of grills and smokers. They also sell the pellets for the smoker. Unfortunately they don't have the pecan pellets that I prefer so I go elsewhere for that item. The garden section is pretty decent with healthy plants of many types. The lumber section has provided wood for a deck that I built. The wood was decent to good and has held up in the hot desert sun. For tools I use Milwaukee and they have a good selection to choose from. Lowe's does not carry Milwaukee tools so it's a must to shop at Home Depot over Lowe's in most situations.

Pretty standard Home Depot in the sense that they have everything you need for the house and above and beyond.Service was good. I only grabbed a cart of things so I can’t comment much in the sense of unloading or losing trailers and trucks.Personally I’ve had smooth interactions assuming that everything was smooth on my end.

Prepping/ purchasing items for a future project. I was trying to avoid Amazon prime delivery and get out of my house to shop for once. Boy, I rather risk the hassle of receiving/ returning faulty items at my doorstep than deal with judging whether I was real or not from the wide eyed gasped looks and responses I was getting. From the moment I walked in they were spotting me out. Had an undercover security guard surveil-lancing me by the Milwaukee power tools section. I properly asked questions, that they were very hesitant to answer. Even weird was they had to relay these questions in Spanish (which I speak) to the supposed customer (undercover security guard) impatiently pressingly waiting. Every pricey item I chose went straight to customer service (like battery chargers to my impact wrenches) which I understand.They could at least respectfully tell the customer before hand protocol to purchasing expensive power tools. Not make the customer feel like they are going hold the place hostage. I bought at least over $200 worth of items. I wanted and needed to buy more things but the awkward atmosphere caused me to cut the shopping experience short. I understand our post pandemic shockwave/aftermath still in effect, but yesterday threw me off so bad and makes me debate whether or not to shop out in public ever again.

Went in and bought a brushless 20v Dewalt weed Wacker for 199.99. I loved the fact that they only charged me a 25 extra charge for and additional 2 year replacement protection plan. Only thing is that I thought Dewalt had a lifetime warranty on ALL their products, but I was wrong. The box says 3 year warranty for Dewalt. I'm a bit disappointed in Dewalt but satisfied with home depot for having the customers back.

Roberto in the curbside pickup is fantastic. On the other hand your department with the females working they need to be educated in customer service. They don't pay attention to any customers coming in they are always chit chatting to one another in their own world. Definitely not like they should be when at work. Phones should not be tolerated while working. Won't be to long before this store closes.

Not customer friendly. You gotta look for workers to help you! Zendejas Hardware in Calipatria and Brawley True Value stores are much more flower and plant friendly with ppl there ready to help you.

I only visited the odor garden section but they had a great variety of plants to choose from. We also found a lot of great deals on clearance plants that we are going to bring back to life. The staff was nice and was able to help us find the plants we were looking for.

I shouldn't giving them a star that's all there is to post a review. Bad customer service rude front desk staff and sales associates. They always have a bad attitude and frown face. When you asked them for help you feel they are forced to help you and they answer you with a voice of Hurry up and leave.They need better customer service and not so many females they are always in a crowd on there cell phone or chatting away. When you are ready for check out you stand there forever it seems like your invisible.

I really like this store and it is certainly no surprise that it I my dad's favorite store but I am more drawn to the gardening section than the heavy duty supplies. I would like the store to keep their plants in better condition (no cut or bitten leaves) and profit on their nature, I saw that alot of the hanging plants with roots on the ends if they would cut them off and plant those it would be much cheaper that buying a whole new plant. Over all good store.

Went to the El Centro store today looking for ceramic tile and as walk in I asked an employee by the name of Cesar older man with gray hair for the location of the tile. Just a simple question. The look on his eyes was obviously upset and he opened his arm and directed me to some laminate planks on the floor and told me if you don’t like it go check the tile by the kitchen back splash with a rude , very disrespectful tone of voice. I asked another employee to help me with the transaction and made a comment about the situation.I was inform that he was known for his rudeness to customers and the staff and management didn’t really care about all the complaints received by customers. There wasEven a comment that he was going to be the next manager. This is a very unfair and unprofessional situation.and the disappointment to know that a low life, bitter , disrespectful personcan Work with people and none of the managers are professional enough to put a stop to it. I’m taking my business elsewhere

I wished I could have gotten better service for being a disabled person i think I should have not had to walked back and forth because of some personal not knowing how to go about my request for an item. I wanted to oder. The wait and having to explain my issue of item needed was long and exhausting Other than that I would give it 5 stars. Most personal at least try to be helpful.

This company has the worst delivery service I've ever gone through. They constantly and randomly reschedule my deliveries without even contacting me!! How am I supposed to know when my items will be delivered if they do not inform me about the rescheduling?!?! I requested a delivery service at a specific date and time because that's when I will be at home and will be able to receive my items, but Home Depot don't care about that, they rescheduled without asking me if I will be at home on that particular day. Very, very unprofessional. I have started to buy from Best Buy and Lowe's instead and my deliveries have been pretty smooth. I will not buy at Home Depot anymore.

Roberto showed professionalism in taking care of customers .He helped me From vehicle inspection to making sure I was completely satisfied with my rental truck & car carrier options to leaving the parking lot safely. I couldn’t be happier with the help I received from Tony at this location! I have several rental properties and frequent home improvement stores and this was a very impressive experience. I love going to Home Depot but It's seriously a guy thing. But this time I had the strangest shopping experience. I bought an axe and it cracked in half with the first swing. I returned it and they gave me a new one. The strange came into play because I noticed that there are more Female employees than Male. What's up with this turn of events. The great part of this is that the Ladies actually know where everything is and they actually ask you if you need help. Gone are the days when you could actually get help without sending up a distress signal. A special shout out to Lilia Munoz Customer Order Specialist who helped me so much I was dizzy with dis belief. If anyone from Home Depot Management is reading this post go out and find more like her. She was great and very very helpful. Also Pete Casteau in the Return Department actually claim me down with his great Customer Service techniques. A Frenchman in Imperial Valley......REALLY!!!!!! My advise to Home Depot: Have more Customer Service personnel roaming the isles helping us out. Even if it doesn't look like you need them, you do. Trust me on this one.

Some employees are great but when looking for something not in stock some stare at you like you are asking for something that does not exist. Is kind of limited in woods and or wood display and return policy for plants is akward they want back the bucket/can and label of the dead three when was purchased a month or less time.

Love the store I know the employees for the most part on a first-name basis their customer service unlike the Lowe's in town is excellent sometimes or slower because of just so many customers and stuff but even then it's a lot better I've seen an experience that I've gotten at Lowe's I don't have to go chase someone in order to get help from them I can ask someone and they will help me it's just a lot better products are good they don't have in stock they'll order it yeah it's very simple I like it returns are great I know the store manager and he's very good at customer service very good store highly recommended employees and the electrical department or quite knowledgeable plumbing department as well those are the two departments where I asked the most questions so I can't say personally very much for the others just cuz I haven't asked but I am sure that they would be like those departments where they would have knowledge of it

On 11/9/21, 8:33 pm, I attempted to return a small standard allen wrench pack that I opened for metric. The customer service employee stated that Home depot has gotten stricter and no longer accepts returned open packages? Must be due to pandemic🙄 like all other excuses given when there isn’t one. I’m a Vet and have been a public servant for 25 years. I’ll be taking my business to Lowe’s after 30 years of being a loyal customer.

The place where answer can be found. The staff helped me create a screen protector for my new 55 inch tv after my 4 yr cracked the screen on the previous on. They saved me $100 by making one over buying a pre-built product.

A store manager named Rodolfo with the Philadelphia Eagles logo on his apron threatened me saying "I'll remember you, come back to the store and see what happens." He then proceeds to walk to a security guard and point at me and say "Remember him every time he walks into the store." He then went outside and watched me go into my car. The corporate office didn't do anything and I wasn't called back by anyone to discuss this matter by anyone at all, it has now been over 3 weeks. So here it is documented on Google Reviews if anyone has any similar interactions feel free to use this review as reference. Needless to say this will be my last stop at Home Depot.

Best Pro-Desk in California employees like Jennifer and Mayra . They make a great team helping contractors . They are always in a need to help others . I do always consider them first when I'm ready to purchase also they do have an excellent people skills when they delegate responsibilities to complete delivery orders great team ,great persons
