I'm not sure about what condition the store is in now, but it was a hot mess when I worked there. The employees were overworked, and underpaid. Most of the employees threw you under the bus, all the while bending the rules. I was called to the office three times, to hear about the same issue. I believe that it was a setup, and a reason to not be rehired. I started the job excited, and ready for the challenge. I walked away from Target hating it, and everything that it stood for. That was my terrible experience. I'm just glad that it's over.

Horrible customer service. There was a wall of shoes with a 30% sign. The customer service lady states “not all product is 30% - look at the fine print some” and tried scanning the shoes however they did not come up (item not found). Mine you there are like 30 pairs of shoes there. She refuse to honor the signage and states it’s for some not all. She refused to honor the price, refused to remove the signage, and refused to place the shoes elsewhere so it is not misleading. Horrible customer service!!! The lady was Iris, stay away from Iris! She hates customers!!!!

Angel in Tech/electronics is the best! I accidentally left town on business without my PowerBeats Pros and I was in a hurry to replace them. Angel helped me find the right pair in the perfect color and he was so friendly and kind. I will definitely be returning to this location more often during my business trips to El Centro.

Everything is perfect except the Starbucks area lacks attention to their customers. I LITERALLY waited patiently seeing I was the only customer, for a good ten minutes 🤦 and to top it off my drink was awful. Either the employees making drinks are in a rush or they need more training

Been here for 45 mins asking everyone who works here so I can buy a camera and I’m still here! no help at all I even called the front desk to ask for assistance and still nothing…. I’ll update when I actually get help or just leave at that point

Massive store. Always kept clean and tidy. As always target has a wide variety of things so is handy for almost any needs you may think of. Friendly staff is a plus. Huge bonus is the coldstone creamery in the parking lot! Can't resist but have one after a long mundane shopping trip. Good job target.

They need more cashier's at the beginning of the month in the pharmacy I was in line for 45 mins for 1 Rx and that was just a pick up not even a fill it was ordered a week prior bc it's specialty. Get it together CVS pharmacy jnside target

Just want to take some time to give thanks to the customer service person that helped me out today I had paid my items with my debit card. We went back and they were able to charge it into a gift card that we had and refunded my debit. Thank you didn’t get her name

I understand that this location is going through renovations but they should not offer things they are not capable of fulfilling. Forget 2 hour pick up. You’re looking at several hours for ONE item. We would have been happy to go in to shop, but this store is a mess. Hardly anything is in the right location and it’s nearly impossible to find an associate. We went to customer service and they told us within 2 hours does not mean the order will be ready then 😂

They used to be really fast processing drive up orders, before they would be ready in 2 hours or less. Now they are taking up to 4 hours sometimes even more. Mind you my orders are not big orders, They're pretty simple. I'm hoping they could be faster.

NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE. Good luck trying to get ahold of anyone in the store. It automatically hangs up and if you try to get transferred it never works. Very unprofessional. Some of us live far from this ONE location. Especially with gas prices being the way they are I would hope they could at least pick up the phone. I was calling about a mistake they made. As a frequent customer I am disappointed. Also some of the staff is beyond rude especially at the guest services counter. I try to be understanding, but their attitudes are very disrespectful. Hopefully some changes can be made since this is our one and only Target.

this was my first stop when i visited this town and i was sorely disappointed. It was the most unkept Target i have ever seen. Clothes just tossed about over the tracks and very disorganized. Not to mention the foul smell overpowering the entire store. I normally like going through the store and end up leaving with way more than i intended to buy, you know as one does in Target, but this time i was directly in and out, even left a few things out, and got the rest of my shopping done at Walmart, which was surprisingly way cleaner.The charge for bags was a surprise for me, i didn't know the state had that in place for all shopping centers. Not bad, just something i wasn't used to in Texas.

Is this Ross or Burlington? So unorganized. Really dirty and messy. We're here at opening. You'd think it was closing time. Nobody has any work ethic anymore. Employees visiting with each other. Walking while on their phones. And now everything is overpriced while customer service declines or is non existent. Clean it up!

I'm surprised that this target is as small as it is and it hasn't been upgraded compared to other targets in northern and southern California. They don't have a good selection of clothing and or electronics that I guess that's what you can expect for imperial county. They do have a good selection on their home and beauty selection. Overall customer service is off the top as you were greeted when you enter the store and as you exit. Unlike Walmart the employees are very helpful and eager to help. I gave it three stars only because of the selection that they have is very limited

I had a large number of items that I needed to return. The cashier engaged in conversation, was polite, and patient while attending me. While it might not seem like a lot, I notice genuinely polite customer service given how rare it seems in my small hometown. Also, compared to the employees at the other major retailer in our hometown (can you guess which one I'm talking about???) the customer service at Target is clearly superior. I don't shop here more than a few times a year, but it's usually a good to excellent experience. Keep it up!

Very spacious, no employees at registers. Had to self checkout and didn't even get a receipt. Noone around to ask for help. Left without receiving a receipt for my purchase.

I was so impressed with how organized the store was, from opening the door for us as we arrived, to wiping down the cart as they handed it to us, and the wiping of the screens and self checkout as we finished using it. Every 10 minutes or so over the intercom they would announce to try to shop at least 6 feet away from other shoppers. All this while still being kind, courteous and helpful while doing so. I will definitely go back even while under these horrifying conditions we are currently in

People giving this Target Store good reviews must have never been to any other Target Stores in the US. This Target Store has to be an embarrassment to the company.This is a Target Store to avoid if possible. Aisles are always messy, merchandise is never where its location is marked, clothing is everywhere except the racks the clothing belongs in, systems are inaccurate showing items in stock online that are not available, there are foul smells all over the store, and the restrooms are unsanitary.Go to the Walmart across Imperial Blvd. It may be more crowded, but it’s a lot more organized, stocked, and on a whole other level when it comes to sanitation, believe it or not.

This target is by far the worst when it comes to trying to order drive up. Nothing is ever in stocked and it is impossible to try to reach anyone via phone. It automatically disconnect when you select any option other than pharmacy to speak to someone.

i founded what I needed.. scanned with my phone and only had 2 items... and 2 coupons from the CW.. one didn't came off.. so I had to do line again.. returned it.. then scan and repurchase and NOW it came out right.. idk why. it was saved and it showed on my phone that I did.. but it did show on the transaction.
