I have a bearded dragon and I need to keep dubia roaches and super worms on deck. In my experience, this store is the best option for fresh bugs. I have gone to a competing store by the mall and have run into cups filled with dead feeder bugs (like ALL of them) several times. At this store they always seem to have stock or have new stock coming in regularly. Friendly staff. Highly recommend.

Anna was the best groomer we have had. She went over our dog's needs before the cut and did an excellent job. Very pleased with the service and availability of appointments. Bischons can be challenging to groom. Well done Anna!

Awesome, awesome and aswome!. customer excellent,communicative and very much on schedule,my friend was happy going in and more happy coming home.clean.all the staff have never been out of track.evwrthing that a customer expects has been on point.of any one has had a bad thing on visit .coming from a mother of human children.sometimes kids are hard to handle.give them another chance because I don't doubt this place at all.abd I'm.very protective to my furry friends.they are like my own kids too .peace and luv y'all

February 2022 first visit. Scroll down to see November 2023What a great experience. We brought our Poodle in to be re-groomed after a botched job by a company from a different city. Our groomer, Glenda, was excellent. From the time she did the "condition at check in" and at the end during the final delivery she was attentive, knowledgeable and totally professional. She asked the right questions about how we expected Mimi to look and followed through. We are full time travelers so I suspect we will not be back but we want others to know that we would trust our Mimi here again. Thank you Glenda for being a professional.November 2023Sadly, our Mimi crossed the rainbow bridge. We adopted another Mimi Poodle June 2023. Bella was in need of her second grooming and since we were in the area we naturally thought of Glenda. Bella is only 5 months old and can be a hand full. Again, Glenda did a spectacular job. From a little fluff ball to a proper looking poodle. Thanks again. Needless to say, if in the area again, we will be back.

Glad to have a PetSmart so close to home!! I buy a lot of dog food and I'm glad PetSmart gives rewards to their customers! They always have what I'm looking for. I have a 12 1/2 year old English Mastiff and I only feed her Merrick dog food!! It might be a little more expensive than other brands but when you compare ingredients and see that you're best friend lives longer than another other of her breed, you know it's good stuff! Thank you for carrying the best products and always having it in stock!!! You're customer service is Top Notch!!!!

EXPIRED AND OR SPOILED FOOD/TREATS!!! Check the items before purchasing, it may contain bugs (worms, beetles, etc.) and/or may be expired!December 2021, I bought my dog holiday bones, and when unwrapped to give my dog the bone as a treat, the bone was infested with worms and beetles. It was gross! I got it all on video as we were unwrapping gifts and almost gave it to my dog to chew. This isn't the first incident of bugs in the food or treats bought at this location. If it wasn't for the convenience I would not shop at this location.

I like coming here to make purchases for my dogs. It's just a little frustrating when I pay and they ask for my phone number and they always struggle to type it in, so I have to repeat my number 5 times sometimes more, I wish we could just input it in the keypad ourselves.

Groomer chopped all of my miniature schnauzer’s hair. We had previously discussed how we wanted my dogs haircut. When I went to pick up my dog, I saw the horrible job the groomer had done. Damaged was already done and she had no excuses but to tell me she did it cuz my dog had knots, which my dog didn’t. But if that was the case why not call and notify me, before cutting it without my permission.

Need more staff to provide customer service. There was one staff on floor, busy helping customer with fish. Second staff member was at register waiting for customers to come pay, not providing any assistance. I was looking for dog food and had questions, there was no one to ask.

I went to PetSmart today not to shop, but to socialize my newly adopted dog from Humane Society of Imperial County. I've been to this store multiple times before and wasn't disappointed at this visit. Everyone there was super friendly, and more than willing to pet my dog. He was given treats and treated like family. I didn't get by with not shopping though...my dog took a liking to a red harness and bought it while I wasn't looking! 😁 The store and employees were great. I'll certainly go back when I need supplies, and I appreciate PetSmart's cooperation with training visits like mine was today.

The staff in this petsmart is very attentive to the animals under their care, and it shows. The reptiles are always in appropriately humid environments, the fish are always in clean tanks with little to no dead, and the rodents are always alert and happy looking.The shelves are well stocked and well organized, and the store is always clean.Every time I speak to the staff they are knowledgeable and attentive, I always leave happy and excited to return.
