I am currently using crutches due to a knee surgery. When I was approaching the register an employee walked rapidly towards me to help me with the items I was carrying. She was very attentive and offered to carry my items to my car as I had my hands full (crutches, my dog, and the items I had just bought). I told her that it was ok as she had another customer waiting. I was able to manage myself but it was very impressive the attentiveness of the employee as it is rare where I live.

Friendly staff. Really like the store. Only problem for me is, I've stopped by to get bugs for my reptile several times here and their stock has been mostly dead. Been making the trip to their competitor, by Costco, to get fresh bugs.

Finding everything my pets, need at our local store is very convenient. I don't have to go to several stores to find what they need. Having toy dog food and new varieties of foods is also nice since they become bored with their food. Tika dog and cat food have been a great hit with them!

Good pet store overall but my main complaint is that there isn't enough variety of fish and even the fish that are available are almost always out of stock, another issue is that the employees won't let you purchase anything a couple minutes before the store closes even if the store still hasn't technically closed. 3 Star Rating.

I always loved This petco. But I asked if I can hold a hamster since I wanted to buy one for my birthday, and the lady told me “the hamsters are for sell not to hold” and walked away. Pretty rude since it was my birthday.

They're always ready to help and treat my senior dog with care and love.He is a rescue dog and was very thin, a lady working that day helped us out and recommended a gel tube to give him so he could gain weight. He is so healthy and happy.

Inflated pricing deterred me from buying more. The freshwater shrimp used to be about a buck but I was shocked to see them at nearly nine bucks each. Even with a deal of buy 2 get 1 at half price I will just keep what I have until this recession or whatever it is is over. I will still shop here because I shop local but prices could be more competitive.

Petco always provides the best experience when it comes to vaccination clinics, timely, prompt, no wait time. The Grooming experience with Carolina was excellent she delivered what we requested and provided tips and advice I am applying to our Goldendoodle, and there is always a variety of supplies to choose from.
