Very disappointed, I have taken my small poddle dog a couple of times, try to book an appointment this week and all of the sudden they no longer accept senior dogs.

I'm so happy I found this place on facebook! I called the entire Valley trying to find someone who grooms cats but had no luck until I called this place. They took my cat in in the morning, and they were done within about an hour and a half. when I picked her up she was very calm and shown no signs of being stressed out which is a definite plus for me! She also smelled very good and they gave her a cute little bow

As always she is happy to see me with a great cut. She doesn't seem terrified like some other places and is actually pretty happy when I bring her in. Overall 5 stars especially on how they handle my baby.

LOVED going here until I called 3x over the course of a month to make an apt for my pup. However, they never called me back. Yes I left 3 messages.So I will be taking my business elsewhere.I’m not sure if it’s because my dog was difficult? But if so I wish they would have just told me, so I could have found another groomer earlier.My dog is a pekingese, so I know he can be difficult at times. I totally get it. Again, if this is the reason, I wish they would have just let me know.

I went in and ask if they can see my dog I work on a tight schedule I was giving these services to my dog for x mas 🎅 but no his gift didn't come thru.Once I told them have a Rottweiler he was making excuses to not see my dog he is not aggressive didn't give him a chance.I didn't want to here it I just said ok and was gone I was willing to spend over a hundred bucks and give a big tip but I took him to salcidos in imperial very nice and they know how to treat there your 🐕..They really don't like working with big dogs they rather work with a chiwawa easy money and not work for there buck

Great service overall. My dogs felt really comfortable there. Staff seems to actually enjoy being with pets and their jobs. Definitely recommend them

The guy there made a big fuss because my senior dog was old. My dog is not aggressive He didn't even do a good job on the hair cut. When I went to pick my dog he was very rude to me. Never going back.

We took our olde English bulldog , they were amazing with her! And she smells delicious. I will only bring her to petclub grooming . We are from Alaska and we are glad to have found them

Took my dog for grooming, they didn’t wanna take him in because he had knots in his hair. Took my business somewhere else where they gladly gave me the service I needed. Don’t recommend this place

Took in my overgrown poodle who is eleven in one hour they returned to me scraggly looking short haired plain faced unshaven feet poorly cut tail bob now gone and a barely noticeable top knot. Obviously they do not know how to. Cut a PoodlePaul Bishop

The guy at the front was an absolute jerk. They also do a horrible job of regulating the a/c temperature, which means your dog is sitting there in an uncomfortable metal cage, burning up.
