Good place to get good (albeight not the very best) tools at good reasonable prices. I guess my only bone to pick with these guys is that they don't offer free shipping or delivery (perhaps they will in the future to remain competitive)... their clearance items are always worth checking out....And as mentioned before... I think the tools sold here are good enough for the average everyday person who keeps a tool box at home or for someone who constantly loses or misplaces their tools (that's me) and doesn't want to pay an arm and a leg for those other premium branded hand tools.

It was my first time at this location as I was travelling. The cashier was extremely helpful in recommending a brand of batteries which were definitely more efficient than the ones I had selected. For that I was grateful.

I love Harbor freight what more can I say. Today they were giving away micro fiber towels,FREE, they ran out before I got there. Still the best price around and new great deals every week

Store is usually clean and organized. Staff seem knowledgeable of where items are located if you need assistance. Make sure to check ads where you can get good discounts on items👍

Typical hardware freight. Lots and lots of tools and other hardware. For items like tool chests, it's best to call ahead to see what's in stock. This particular store has always been neat and we'll organized every time I've shopped there.

Didn't have basic items I was looking for as far as repairs. Save yourself the time and go to home Depot or Lowe's.

I checked on line for miter saws went to my store and assistant check for product. But before he came back found same size saw different brand on sale. does everything I was looking for and was able to upgrade to a 90 tooth saw blade.thanks hb

They got everything in this store, well work related anyways.. some hand tools are of excellent quality and some aren't. Haven't really tried any power or battery drills. But some saws and polishers are really good

I went to this local seeking to buy a list of around 9 articles, a purchase of around 800 dlls. I had the serial numbers of the items, when I got to the counter seeking guidance to find them and to ask for said items prices, the personal at the counter acted very harshly towards me, and said that I myself should look for the items. He proceeded to say that he only got paid 25 dlls the hour and it was not its place to look for the items, in the end he did went for the articles but with a very bad attitude futhermore, he never gave me the prices before the purchase. After his rude behaviour I ask to speak with the manager, the said guy stated he was the manager, however, this was not the case. I need to buy the items and so I did, but I left the place feeling humiliated and very bad.

If you like to repeatedly visit stores to constantly exchange defective equipment then this store is your place, don’t waste your time on generic brands here spend the extra money, you’ll save yourself the headache

Harbor freight has always had competitively priced tools for limited or infrequent use. Lately they seem to place more value on there products than I do but they have a wide variety of limited use items. All of there items are covered by the lifetime it’s cover tell a minute before you broke it warranty!I’ve never been in a clean well organized harbor freight.

Great variety of tools, sadly there was a supervisor/manager who didn't know what a ratchet was and directed me towards wrenches. Luckily there was a guy by the register who knew what I was looking for and helped me accordingly. Basic tool knowledge for supervisors/managers should be a must.

I really like Harbor Freight has lots of things that you can use I like to get the free stuff like washcloths flashlights ect... I got a really cool useful ratchet there the other day it has two different sizes 1/4 & 3/8 with a telescoping handle all in one plus they gave me a $5 discount on it

Always seems to be a hold up at the registers, checkout process could be quicker. Slow to open additional check-outs. I have on a couple occasions put back what I was going to purchase because of the long waits.

If you know what you are shopping for and know the layout you would be ok. For infrequent visitors it can be very time consuming as there are just no or extremely limited floor assisting employees. It appears to be a high management issue more than a store manager issue.

I bit of improvement. But I asked for assitance was told to go over on Isle 1 and some one would be right with me. Stood waiting on Isle 1 for quit a bit of time. I had n item that I need to continue a very important project. (Time was precious to gey back to work) so I got what I needed with out assitance. Maybe if i were a diffrent person I wonder if they be traeting me the same.
