I love shopping at Ace. Always so clean and pleasantly quiet for a hardware store. I especially enjoy my favorite employee there and his name is Vaughn Garcia. Thanks for all your help young man. He never complains about anything I need to know about. He's very helpful in his department.

This store feels like a mom and pop store. Small compared to big box stores. Usually NOT crowded. Staff is friendly and happy to help. I went to buy filters for the house a/c. There was about 4 varieties to choose from. All the way from on the cheaper side to more pricey side.

I was pleasantly surprised with the store. I haven't been to an ACE since I was younger, but I remember the employees all being nice. I can definitely say that hasn't changed. An very sweet older gentleman helped us pick out the right tools to cut a lock, that I lost the key to. He even went over voltage and best suited extension chords.Plus my sister-in-laws loved looking at chickens, their pens were very clean too!

Their prices run from average to higher-end however they definitely had the best customer service and a varied stock. It was easy enough to find an employee and ask them for assistance. The employee that helped me didn't seem bothered and had excellent customer service. He loaded heavy items into my vehicle without any issues. I've gone to Home Depot and had terrible customer service I definitely recommend Ace hardware over Home Depot.

Only lacking in the confidence in the products, supposed to be had by the workers that work the store, it's a very nice shop. With a plethora of items to choose from, the only real choice of options is which color you would want. I choose the blue one...

It's a nice hardware store. They have alot of whatever you need for the DYYer or contractor. They have a nice rental department and are ready to help you with anything you need. Our helper Vaughn and Beto were awesome! Ready to answer any questions i had and helped me with several tools I needed. They have an amazing BBQ department, probably one of the best in the imperial valley. With an ample selection of rubs, sauces, grills, smokers and bbq products.

Their customer service is good, could be better with some of their cashiers attitude issues but other than that, I will give them a 5 stars because of their attentiveness is on point when you walk in and no hesitation if one needs help. Great job!!

Imma be real. The only reason I'm giving this place a 5 star review is because it is the only place that supplies my favorite soda. The lady that helped me when I went was super nice and was able to help me find the soda I was looking for in the stock room. And it's been a soda I've been looking for, for years.

I recently had a replacement automobile key - the type with a chip - made for my pickup, and the service was very good. The new key worked correctly the first time. Thank you, key man. Plus, I wanted to give Karen at the Customer service desk a big thumbs up. She got swamped with customers (including me) in a big clump and she got us all out of the store with grace and aplomb.

Went in to buy a table saw blade for laminate for 9.99, but found out they did not have the accessories needed to install flooring like the wall spacers nor the tapping blocks. Somewhat disappointed. This store needs to expand its infectious if it's going to attract home depot customers.

Super helpful staff. Employee who helped me get the tools and materials for my weekend project offered different ideas and products to help me get the job done right. And the prices were very reasonable!! I wasn't expecting this type of pricing and service, I might make this store my one stop shop for all my future projects.

Was applying for a job here they had online and when I went to the store I spoke to the assistant manager he said they were not getting people or applications then why do you have applications to make people fill out online and waste there time

Ace website wasn’t working to place an online store pick up. Called the store. They kindly looked up our items. Staff was so patient & helpful with our order. You can count on the El Centro staff for great customer service.

Found what I needed. Props to ACE Hardware store for having gate wheels, thought Home Depot or Lowe's would have them being a large chain supply store but they only had posts chain link and caps for the posts. Thank you Ace Hardware store employees for your help.

Really convenient place to shop. They have a great selection of hardware and housewares, but not a hundred options for the same thing like Lowes or Home Depot does. So it's easy to find what you need quickly. And their prices are really low too. There are plenty of people working on the floor to help out and everyone is very friendly. I prefer to shop local and support local businesses. Imperial Hardware is one of the oldest family-run businesses here in the Valley. They carry most of the same major brands and lines as a big chain store. It's not generic junk like Harbor Freight sells. You can't go wrong . It's also a great place to fill your propane tank.

The smaller stores such as Ace Hardware have much better inventory awareness. When the bigger warehouses run out of something I can usually always find it at Ace. It also knows what things are needed for a particular community such as our farming and country needs.
