What can one say about Costco that has not already been said. They pay their employees living descent wages that's why their employees provide the best customer service. All their merchandise is of the highest quality backed by the no question asked return policy. Don't forget the cash back if you use their credit card.

Not worth a 1hr drive to this Costco. If you have a service dog they deny you entrance. The elderly woman in the front was super rude about it just nudging her finger and mumbling all you can hear is no no and pointed at my service animal. I kindly asked to bring the manager and he was super rude he came to us up front with an attitude and ready to argue when we were extremely calm with no attitude. We just turned around and left so if you come with a service animal bring your proof of it because if not they will deny entrance. So they are not getting my money. I’ve been to several Costco’s in my home town in New Jersey and not once ever ever was denied entrance. Or asked to show any type of proof. People need to be educated on how service animals function and what they are for and not just kick someone out. The manager in this Costco needs to get educated or not even be a manager.

They had no handicap carts for my disabled husband. This Costco has like 3 carts not very handicap friendly. If you come bring your own rideable cart.

Store is just too crowded for my liking. Lines get pretty long before they open another register. Those wanting to get gas here plan on waiting a bit before fueling up. Membership has is privileges, long lines🙄

At the El Centro Costco, Sunday is not the time to go for a leisurely stroll through the building. No carts were up front and there were people and filled shopping carts everywhere. We were going to get hotdogs but the food court area was a cluster...

Costco has very rude employees. Dolores at the entrance door, is so rude. When we just asked a simple question. Cashier Diana, is so rude tossing the items we were purchasing. Costco needs to train their employees how to interact with customers.

I love Costco! So many options to choose from it can be hard to just get in and out but if you go on the weekends or in the evenings you're in for a wait in line to check out.

This was the worst Costco we have ever been to! The staff were visiting together and with friends throughout the store; at the checkouts, in the aisles and blocking the major aisles to visit. We will never come back to this Costco! Was the boss away?!

Always love Costco! Super sad they don't have combo pizza anymore. And not loving the salad they put on the food court menu. It's not the same as the other one they had before. It's quantity over quality. I would opt more for quality over quantity. That's what I'd prefer. Which seems unlike Costco. They are usually on their game.

They need more help so there aren't such long lines at check-out. They seem to have a hard time getting fresh salmon. The fish usually smells at this location. This doesn't happen when the fish is fresh. I make a special trip to San Diego to get that location's fish.

The worst designed Costco I've ever been in. The aisles are set up in a rediculous fashion. No coherent manner at all. Very confusing trying to find anything of you are new to this particular store.

You can never go wrong with a Costco membership. And no it's not bulk everything like everyone thinks. Costco sells the highest quality products on the market and stand behind every purchase on every product, satisfaction guaranteed. Besides buying things in the store you get a lot more perks with your membership that people don't realize for example, travel agency with deep discounts, car rentals, house upgrades and no haggle lowest price on new vehicles at dealerships. Just some examples.

MIREYA, Manager, does an excellent job managing the cashiers & the Food Court employees....OUTSTANDING EMPLOYEE!Always good food court. High quality merchandise. Typical of Costco!UPDATE! APRIL 2020. WHY HAVE HOURS BEEN REDUCED TO 6:30pm? Terrible decision. Very inconvenient!!
