The abysmal lack of communication regarding these delays was not just negligent; it was a slap in the face. I was left scrambling to rearrange my schedule, desperately trying to coordinate with a handyman who was left twiddling his thumbs, waiting for a delivery that never arrived. And when I dared to seek refuge in their customer service, I was met with a level of callousness that would make a stone weep. The sheer audacity of hanging up on a paying customer in the midst of a legitimate grievance is a testament to Best Buy's utter contempt for basic decency. It's as if they view their customers not as valued patrons, but as bothersome gnats to be swatted away at their convenience. Well, congratulations, Best Buy, you've succeeded in alienating a once-loyal customer. I will not only be taking my business elsewhere but will also unleash a tidal wave of venomous reviews across every social media platform known to humanity and lodge a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, because the world deserves to know just how repugnant your company truly is. This place is amazing. The manager Zach is always super helpful and finds solutions to help us save. If you go to geek squad, ask for George. He is very knowledgeable and always goes above and beyond to help people. Best Buy also has the best deals on electronics.

I had a bad experience with a rude employee from pick up and delivery about a month ago, so this time I prefered ordering online and have my item delivered to my house. Now, they keep rescheduling time and delivery date. Poor customer service.

I haven't rated other Best Buy stores we have visited, but I have gone to BB in many states. I once loved Best Buy, but they are headed down the same road as Fry's Electronics. Inventory dwindles, employees apathetic and stand talking to each other instead of engaging with customers. In one store in the LA / West Covina area, one of the MICROSOFT representative answered our questions about a LENOVO tablet because he felt badly that our attempts to get help from 3 employees failed. This store - a couple employees checked in but walked off when they couldn't answer a question, and they rejoined the group conversation.

Just left best buy ,and their worker Mustafa,(not sure if spelled correctly) has excellent customer service! He explained me the product very well I didn't even have questions to ask because he had already answered before hand! Quite impressive, he know what he is talking about ! Excellent service 👏

I literally just visited this store at the time of this writing. The employees at this Best Buy will actually try to scurry past you hoping you won’t ask them for help. I was trying to find out if they had any ROG Ally accessories in stock yet. All of the shelves are in disarray and the store was practically empty. Not once did any employee ask if I needed help. I would imagine in the not so distant future that Best Buy will close down there brick and mortar stores and be online only. Very sad state this Best Buy is in.

The associate went above and beyond to find the tag for an item that did not have pricing on it. I typically have poor reception in buildings but they offer free wi-fi which allowed me to look up the item I was looking for. Their pricing is reasonable and their parking lot is a decent size so you can always find parking.

It rlly sucks cuz I’ve gotten good service from them before but recently I ordered some accessories for my iPhone and i couldn’t pick them up myself so I sent someone to pick it up for me. Even put their name in the order so they wouldn’t have any issues. They refused to give that person the items despite having proof of purchase. Shows that they don’t care about pickup instructions. I recommend going to the store to buy the items rather than ordering them online for pickup.

Place is always organized. Despite the small location it has a good variety of electronics and appliances. You can always order online and pick it up on the site if needed. Overall its a great place to find a wider variety than a walmart.

I asked for help and advice to bought a piece for my smartwatch and it didn't fit.They give me a giftcard because the time for return was due. Sooo; bad and good.The Cashier was a little rude in my visit this September, i understand it's her job and it can be tedious but wow, she seems like she had 24 working hours there and answer my questions the same way, she even give me my ticket and didn't say thank you hahaha.
