Everything is stocked neatly considering I went late in the day. When people have already moved stuff around. It would feel better shopping at this particular store if I could at least get a smile from the some people working here. Starting with supervisor or manager here. This person always gives me a feeling of hating to attend to certain people, or I don't know what the deal is. But definitely, there's a lack of training from whomever is in charge.Of course being reasonable. I'm aware this is a 99 cent store. And maybe we should not expect excellent customer service. But at least welcomed with a smile. Other dollar stores manage to do it. At a 99 %

This afternoon 3:04 PM there was an employee named Alejandra. I politely did ask for a bag and for some reason, she evidently refused to provide one. She went on to charge the next customer while I had to struggle to reach for a bag almost on the opposite side of the counter. And of course, incomes the typical "I forgot" story. I know when someone pretends or does actually forget something. Have a talk with her and please consider training her to be professional and respectful.

always long lines with only 1 or 2 checkstands open!!!there should be a lane for people who only come in for 1 or 2 items.Ridiculous.Terrible.

I have to say that I had an interesting experience today. As we were walking through the store a lady announced on the loud loud speaker that the bed comforters are on sale. A few employees rushed to the isles with ladders and got down comforters for themselves not leaving many for customers. That was not very professional.On a better note, my cashier Zeke was a very polite and professional young man. It made the experience much better after seeing the unprofessional employees acting the way they did over comforters.

Place costs more than the regular stores. Hardly any thing is 99 cents any more. They want to sell substandard products at a premium name brand price and even higher than grocery stores. Save your money and time, shop at a regular store and you'll be much happier.

i absolutely think this 99¢ store at The Plaza is positively the biggest 99¢ store I have ever been to. I was able to find what I needed.: a kitchen drain stopper, 2 coffee mugs, and some hand sanitizer. Everyone working there was in a good mood and had an upbeat attitude. I thoroughly enjoyed this shopping experience to the 99¢ store. It wasn't crowded and the parking was close.

The 99 stores are a great place to shop. You have to check expiration dates, of course. For party supplies they can't be beat. Walmart has Arizona 99 can tea for 74. So you have to know your prices n sizes. Smaller doesn't always mean cheaper 😉

Think so the store is super. It's very exciting to shop In this one close to the mall . I really love the chopped and sliced vegetables... fruit bags, the variety on dairy products and frozen items are a great help as well. Employees great assistance to shop.... Sincerely the store is a great experience and much better and different from Dolar Tr....stores.

I like going in the morning around 9-10:00 am. The store doesn't have a lot of people, I like buying strawberries and blueberries. The workers are friendly and most importantly I feel welcome.

It's an okay selection but compared to the other 99 cent store and El Centro on imperial avenue they have less of a selection. Their produce could be better.

I really enjoy coming to this 99 cent only store not only because it's huge, but because they always have a variety of items. I'm able to find items that low cost, whereas that other stores they would be more expensive

I went to the 99 cent store at the mall to get some lemons and some steak sauce and some sponges to do the dishes with it's always a good place to go to get things cheaply the store was nice and clean and the people were very friendly as always had a good experience
