Don't let the name fool you they sell more than tractor parts. Pet foods and needs, motorcycles, farming equipment, even toys like good quality toys.Staff was really helpful and attentive but not pushy which is nice.Prices are reasonable and parking is plentiful

I needed to find a self washing station for my dog. I live in the mountains one hour from town. This locations website stated that they have a dog washing station. I drove all the way down there to find out they did not. A bit upsetting. However, since I drove from so far I found another place nearbye. One of the cashier's even told me she didn't know why their website states they have a dog washing station there because they don't. Why wouldn't she inform her manager so they can remove that?I do like this place for other needs though. When I ask some of the employees a question they don't seem to know the answers or try and find out.

Horrible customer service. Mean and rude clerks. El centro location is super friendly and informative. Unlike this location.Spent $3000 on a brand new log splitter. Tire wasn't aired up as they were rushing me out of the store. Had to wait on side of road for 2 hrs. And pay $200 for roadside assistance. Tire still wouldn't hold air. Paid a different tire guy to put a tube in Tire for Temporary fix. Then when I call the store, I get ridiculed by the store, and assume I'm not getting reimbursed. Do not go to this store. They Definitely don't have customers best interest at hand.

Great location. Staff are friendly and helpful when available. I get all of my feed for my animals from this location. Being located just off the freeway makes it a convenient stop.

An impressive range of tools and supplies. They also have quite a bit of outdoor sporting equipment. A good selection of veterinary supplies for horses goats cows and chickens. Everything seems reasonably priced, not too expensive, not ridiculous Li cheap.

We walked into the store front and were looking at gun safes when we were approached by the store manager, Marnie. Marnie extended her knowledge about each brand of safes and was ready for any and all questions we had. Marnie had a smile on her face, such a positive attitude and was extremely helpful. We had very strict delivery needs and she met every expectations. Thank you, Marnie!

First time coming here. They had a pair of gloves I wanted. Lot of nice stuff in here. Great gift deals. Started looking at some hiking boots that were on sale $39.99 ($20 off) tried them on and went to pay. Didn't come up on sale. Took employee to the sale sign and was told sale ended Nov 6. So just purchased the gloves. I'll be back. But they should definitely look into removing sale signs after sales especially when it ended 2 days ago.

Clerk pushed past me in isle making me get out of her way. Same cashier at check out. Extremely slow check out with long lines. I tried to make an exchange. Checked bin price to get same priced item. Rope purchase. Was told it was higher price. Paid higher price than what sign on bin said.

Tractor supply Credit Card :I was offered to apply for a card thru them like a credit card , i was approved , however it has been almost one year later and everything i have been paying towards my first purchase was going somewhere else towards a interest bearing which i had no idea about becuase it says no interest for 1 year . No payment that i made had gone to the initial purchase AT ALL ! so be carefull if you take out your credit here becuase even tho your making your payments its going towards the interest not the initial purchase!!!! And you will be paying double the costs !!!!

I weekly shop at the Lakeside store on Olde HWY80..Employees are always nice and very helpful. For the most part it's pretty stocked. Prices are right. I should own stock in the company I spend so much there. Loved ones have to eat!! They have everything!!

Staff is good. Selection and broad coverage was on the shelves. Easy access. I am from elsewhere and can not get over the tiny parking lots and tinier parking spaces - but that's most places.

Only putting this up to warn any prospective gun safe customers… went there today, asked to see a particular model that wasn’t on the floor. So the kid walked me outside where they keep about a dozen of these electronic lock types exposed to the elements. I mean the boxes were rotten or ripped open, the plastic also ripped open, one safe’s door was hanging wide open… it was pouring rain. They’re gonna sell somebody that safe that’s soaked inside with mold carpeting. Just saying. Helpful staff, but seemed oblivious to the issue.

First time visiting the store. They have a good selection of products at a great price.I was able to purchase a 40lbs bag of duck feed for under $19. Amazon, Walmart and eBay wanted over $40 for the same product.Also, when I asked for some general help in the store, they went up and beyond to make sure I got want I needed and was taken care of.Overall, great experience, and will do business with them again soon.

Today 4-26-22 I went in to pick up my order that was placed the nite before! TSC did not have the 30 lb size of dog food I always use! They did have 16 lb bags so I told them to hold 4 bags for the next morning pick up! The person I talked with offered to give me 2 - 16lb bags for the 30lb price! I did not ask for this price it was offered! I get to TSC at 8:30am! Nobody there knows anything about my order! The unsmiling manager who was called over and said we only do 2 bags and walks away! I go to check out and no one knows anything! Manager can't be bothered! I pay full price on all the bags! It's really not a problem, but they offered to give me the price! How about they do their jobs! The manager was not a customer service person! Maybe more training is necessary! Good luck, won't be seeing me again!

Excellent source for a lot more than just farm supplies. Very clean & organized retail shelves, promo signs are properly placed all around for good visibility. Some really good deals that I could use. Parking is very convenient. I enjoy coming here as they always have what I need - no need to go to the big - W!!

Store floor is always cluttered and negotiating with a cart is not a friendly experience. Actually, it is terrible. Often, chicken feed, dog feed or other spillage is on the floor which is a real risk for slipping and injury. On numerous visits, I informed store staff about spillage on floor as staff stocked shelves or maintained registers. And, often feed bags are taped up with transparent tape but not always marked down as they should be and significantly. Several times I returned 50 lb. bags of dog food or poultry food as it was moldy as I think it had to have been in the weather. There was never an issue with returns but I am lugging 50 lb. bags a second time and a second trip is made and with hope there will be more in stock not spoiled. The dog food aisles gets empty regularly and ordering is just a headache and shipping is prohibitive. And, often the store has only one staffer at a register. When the store first opened, it seemed to be more efficient. Now, if you want to visit an absolutely easy store to navigate and with clear aisles and clean and organized and helpful staff, take the trip over to the Jamul TSC Store. You will be pleasantly surprised. I must say that at the El Cajon Store, there are some cheerful staff and helpful but my opinion is that they are just stretched thin and over-worked. I do hope to see some changes as TSC in El Cajon has many good products and prices and I spend a lot of money there annually. Thank you.

Got 4 guinea fowl around April. One past, another was born with both legs defective. Make sure when buying chicks they are as close to 2 months as possible from this to happening. I love my guinea fowl!UPDATE: around June I bought some more baby chicks and followed my own advice.

I went there to buy a couple of tomato plants and got a couple of yellow bell pepper plants too so I could plant in my garden. And they also had these cute short sleeve blue and white plaid shirt that was so cute had to have one and was a great price too. Love this neighborhood store.

Looked online for an item and it said it was in stock in store. Went to store and nope, not there. They were very nice when they told me their inventory is off. Not a great reason to return. Not the first time I had a problem at that store.

We have been coming here now for 3 years to buy our dog food and supplies. They have vaccination clinics here and you can also buy certain vaccines and do it yourself. Also find a good selection of auto and garden/ranch supplies. Friendly and helpful staff. Store is clean and well stocked.
