Love this place! Bulk bins are awesome. They expanded the store and have a great deli section. The produce is topnotch and has stuff you can't find in the regular stores. For example i got some "gum drops" grapes. They were delicious! Wanted asparagus that I couldn't find elsewhere, they had it. And, this oatmeal is the best!

Clean and organized store. You can find groceries that are organic and regular versus the idea of some that everything there is organic. I like how some of the nuts are already packed to avoid any hands touching them. Sprouts is perfect to buy honey as the have over twenty different kinds of honey. Also, Sprouts is a good place to buy organic multivitamins and minerals as they have all organic and some of them are for vegan people as well. The loaf of low carb is another option to buy if you need to watch your carbs consumption.

I ALWAYS without a doubt am pleased to enter this sprouts. The store is shining clean! The vegetables even look healthier. How nice it was to walk through the store hearing Christmas music. There was no Santa, but everyone seemed jolly. Say next time your there check out their clean, clean bathrooms!! Ask any employee they know the combination to get into the bathroom . I found everything that I went to purchase.... and even more. Great parking right at the entrance! If your disabled,(as I am), there are several spaces reserved just for you. Just show them your blue ticket!! Awesome store great employees!! My names not Arnold.... but "I will be back". Rube in the hood

This Hass to be the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Sprouts and that’s saying a lot because every other experience I’ve had has been positive. There is nobody at the counter to help me resolve the produce and products that I purchased that were in said they were short and tempered, and not very kind. Just very poor customer service very disappointed in the store nobody was available to help had to chase somebody down to get help.It’s simple things like this that really make a difference in the customer experience and will not be going back there

Sprouts is an excellant place to find organic feuits and vegetables. Today I shopped with a friend. We checked out the suppliment deparrment and the soaps and hair dyes. We found some reasonablly priced probiotics and some chcolate coveres expresso beans. In general, todays shopping trip let us know that the Sprout's brans is the way to go. The employees were very polite and helped us out.

I'm leaving this review on behalf of the Janson family. I'm guess it was the store manager that went above and beyond to make Christmas dinner happen tonight. She drove the meal to a unmobile elderly couple that had no luck with other local grocery store. We thank you! Definitely permit fans of this store and their over the top, excellent,❤❤❤ Friendly and Kind customer service

Great sandwich’s first $4,99. Also fish selection and prepared dinners are constantly good. Fresh bakery items are reasonably priced and delicious.

Fruit got moldy just a day after I bought it. And even though I washed and threw out the bad ones, the others got moldy a few days after too. So safe to say I'm never coming back here. Must be mold spores in the flesh of the fruit cause this made no sense

Boy, sprouts has raised their prices more than most stores on fruits and vegetables. I used to go in there to get fruit and then would buy other things. No more. You can get better deals elsewhere easily.

Love all the organic options, meats, fresh beautiful vegetables breads, seafood, deli. I usually go early in the morning and the veggies display is ...exciting to me! :-)

I'm a local caterer and shop here multiple times a week. When I buy bulk I get a discount unless Kathy is working. Her policy changes regarding bulk every time I'm confronted by her and she always says no to me. When discussing this with her she touts that she's the store manger and said I'm not gonna argue with you. It's disheartening as I shop there so often.

I like this store and other Sprouts in the area for the quality things I can get that other stores won't stock. But I'm not particularly fond of the area it's in. Yeah it's typical El Cajon but the same homeless people hang out by the door asking everyone that enters and leaves for money. It was so bad one time I had the same guy as usual hit me up for money at the door and another lady trying to sell me socks in the parking lot. I don't know how they could fix this issue though so I just deal with it when I decide to go. Another warning that the homeless in this area are contaminating and opening things. This is gonna have to be my last visit.

My Daughter and I were shopping and my daughters earring fell off when she was reaching for beets and fell into the metal grate in between the produce shelves and she could not get it, So the Service Manager ROY was going to clean the grate and came in at 3:00 am and found her earring and called her and returned it to her she was so happy because it was a gold and diamond earring very expensive and sentimental thank you Roy you are our hero ♥️

I went there after work with my wife and I don't know I guess because maybe my clothes were a little dirty from working all day that people were giving me dirty looks and kind of followed me around a little bit like I was maybe a homeless and was trying to steal I really don't like that and they just need to stop profiling

I was the next guest waiting in line. No items on the conveyor belt. Head cashier takes the guest behind me ! So I went to self checkout the young man was actually super sweet . I have been cashier and it’s easier to use those registers than self check out!

The service just get worst and worst. The staff barely makes eye contact with you, and obviously could care less about their jobs. I’d rather go anywhere else at this point. I use to really love coming here, now I might as well go to Walmart

I was a partial customer here in the early 1980's, well before it was Sprouts. In addition, a high school friend of mine, from a completely different part of the county, worked here some years ago, and it was awesome to happen upon him here. I have inquired since, but not been able to locate any of those friends.Anyway, the produce and selection is great, and is slightly above Sprouts' general standard as far as selection and inventory. The quality of produce is always good.(I only give mid-grade ratings in the event of a glitch.)

A great shopping experience especially the self check out counters makes it easier to be in and out in a breeze. Like the layout of this sprout. The placement of the store is very convenient and accessible to make neighborhoods around that locality.

This is the prettiest sprouts I've ever been in. They remodeled this a few years ago and it is absolutely top-notch. It's a wee bit expensive - but the store is beautiful, the people are kind and helpful ... plus the quality of the food is well worth it. I also see a lot of unique foods. Amazing vegetarian and vegan options that you will never find anywhere else. Their health and beauty department is unbeatable. I love this store. I highly recommend going here

They let a 65 year old lazy bladder man use the restroom. ( 2 other local stores had said no!) No questions asked. Have been a customer, Definitely now will remain one! Was in last week. Amazing service all around!!

I bought some groceries at the store and once I brought it home everything smelled rotten and bad so i went to return it and I had not opened anything and once I got there the manager was very bad with the customer service and wouldn’t help me so I asked one of the workers and she helped me but the manager told her to not help me and their customer service is horrible. They are very disrespectful and I was not allowed to come back to that sprouts because of some small minded idiotic manager. She would also mock me and talk very sarcastic with me. She had dirty clothes and she was very unprofessional and she is unfit for this job. I am very disappointed with this because in the past with other managers everything went fine but when she became manager everything went downhill for that sprouts. She should face a consequence.
