Selina was having a rough day as her coworker called in sick so she was there all by herself. She had double dogs to do. She warned me upfront that my grooming was going to take longer than usual. My dog was well looked after and up to Selina’s high standards as usual even though she was by herself all day.

First time grooming my 5 month old siberian husky and he looks great and the shedding has cut down significantly. The stylist really did a good job both on my puppy and the great customer service I recieved. I was even surprised to know how good my puppy was throughout the majority of his grooming which was awesome because he can be a handful since he's still young and learning. Thank you for the wonderful job and I will definitely be back for his next grooming.

My groomer was awesome!! She remembered my dog and took time to play with her a little bit to ease her anxiety. She remembered exactly how she cut her hair the last time. It made me feel like we were in a boutique salon ❤

Our Mini Schnauzer Mojo's haircut was HORRIBLE. He seriously looks like he was cut with a weed whacker. He's got bald, and uneven spot all over his body. They completely chopped off his beard, and shaved his skirt down completely. Had I been the one to pick him up, I would have refused to pay for this service. My wife is very timid and didnt say anything. She also mentioned they waited until after she paid to bring him out to her. In top of the bad cut, he literally spent the entire day at the store. I dropped him off at 10am, and we didnt get a call to get him until around 430. We have been to several other Petco groomers in several states (including here in California) and have never seen anything this bad. I will be stopping by to request a refund immediately. I'm not trying to speak badly about the staff, they were all really nice. But this cut was just terrible and we will not be going back to this location again.

I always use the Rancho San Diego location. I wouldn't trust my pup with anyone else but Ivanna. She's loving and caring and he's trusting of her. I can say her name at home and he knows who I'm talking about.
