It was raining and there was nobody in there the good part about that was that I got full attention from the worker who was steadily on his cell phone texting the whole time. I just was there for some dog flea meds thankfully without looking up from his phone he was able to say that the Advantix too was the best product that's what I got it was fast but not very personable

Rachel was the best ever, I cannot walk so she came to the car with a smile on her face and pick up Roxie for her nails to be grounded. Brought her back with that same beautiful smile on her face. I’m grateful that I can take my dog in and they will come get her for me. I will always use Petco for Roxie’s needs.

This store is kind of small (they don't even have a restroom). Sometimes in the aisles I'll feel claustrophobic 😂😂😂. Otherwise it has everything I need. Customer service, especially Ms. Gloria, is fantastic!!!! Extremely helpful! She even called petco HQ to get me my unused rewards ❤️💕❤️💕 H E L L O!!!! Thank you, ma'am!!! 😊😁😊😁😊😁

Have my dog's grooming done here. Groomers are friendly and knowledgeable. They are always happy to see my dog. A bit pricey but they do a great job.Two draw backs: They never answer the phone. Calls always go to voice mail; you need to book weeks in,advance.Very good about texting appointment reminders.

It was the worst petco ever s Ho what happened was that I I had 4 birds and my dad did not like my bird I wasn't really ceaning the mess so my dad Decide to give it to the petco and we were there so the manger was really mean she said that dont come back here again so she took my birds away and went back in the car then I started creating like my birds we're gone I Forced my dad to call them give my birds back and that's waht he did the manger said no and today I never had then back so if you can call us saying to come there so I can back to get my birds back I still have more but that it I need you to respond I miss my birds

The service there continues to be pretty weak in my opinion. There’s just certain places where you can feel the weird vibes when you’re not a white American. I gave it two stars because there was 1 colored chick named something really exotic and she was very nice but not knowledgeable on my pets vaccines even after I brought a history of records. She and her team did not want to help me get my dog groomed. Rabies vaccines are good for 3 years after their first one.

I didn’t like the haircut this time. It looks choppy and the tail is not cut like it usually is. My pup was there for 5 hours bc of an issue with another dog. Someone could have called me and gave me an update.

This review pertains to the grooming... Groomers are very friendly, but my dog's haircut was foul. She looked like Edward Scissorhands cut her hair. It was super jagged and uneven. I definitely wouldn't come back for the grooming. However, the store carries all my dog's needs.

The best Petco location for grooming your pets. This team in very kind, patient and does a great job with your love ones. Our Pug, was bathe, nails trim, and glands checked. Reasonably price considering all the price hikes. Don't forget to tip your team!
