I bought the chicken a week ago, and the package says it is "good" through December this year. But the chicken itself has lots of white spots, indicating the Food 4 Less chicken has been in the freezer too long. Not buying this again.

2/18/2024 I love this Supermarket! I go here for necessities especially the last minute ones. Their prices are reasonable & affordable, especially their 16 oz. Creamy Cole Slaw in the Deli dept., & their half quart Ice Creams. I hope they'll bring back the Bucket size cause that's more convenient for large families & they last longer too. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK FOOD-4-LESS!! Thank You for your Excellent Service & Customers' satisfaction.

I got grapes and was on my way over to the dairy section to buy yogurt and the night manager named Ruben stopped me and told me I had to leave when I asked him why he said it was because I am affiliated with unsavory characters. I have no idea what he's talking about I asked him when did this happen he said yesterday I said I wasn't even here yesterday and he said do you have anything to prove that and I said yes the timeline on my phone. And he told me I can still get out. He did this in front of all other customers and employees he embarrassed me I'm so offended and upset I will be calling his manager in the morning apparently his name is Junior but I want to make a complaint now.at 1/23/2024

I was there yesterday with 3 gift cards that wouldn't work. Trent, the manager, went above and beyond to get the problem fixed for me. He was on the phone for over 30 minutes, and he still had a great attitude and made it all about customer satisfaction. He figured out the problem and got me on my way.Thank you, Trent, for caring about the customer. It's hard to find great employees like him anymore.

Good service, affordable groceries, price conscious meat cuts, fresh vegetables and fruits, frozen department carry some big items . This store doesn’t carry quality bread.There is a red box rental machine.Security personnel aroundEarly morning or late evening isn’t that crowded, weekends, midday and afternoons is very crowded and not enough parking spots.

This store has gone to hell this summer! I've been going to this store for the last 15 years. At night, there are homeless in front of the entrance with their legs outstretched forcing you to watch your step to avoid tripping over them. Management seems to not care because this is a repeated issue every time I visit this store. The lines to check out go all the way to the back of the store, since they don't seem to think that more than 2 cashiers are necessary. I haven't seen lines this long since the Pandemic! The brand new self check out registers sit idle b/c there's nobody to watch them. The security guard is sweeping the floor to keep busy instead of maybe watching those registers. There is one stock person who will shove his palettes right in front of you to impede your progress as you're trying to quickly finish your shopping to get the hell outta there. If you dare to complain, he'll just bark at you to go around him. Then, I was recently informed that this joker is one of the managers! Speaking of management, it is simply non-existent or completely inept during the night shift. Something must be done! I'll do my shopping elsewhere until something changes at this awful store!

It's a decent place to shop if you're looking for good prices on boxed or canned foods, some limited produce, or frozen food. They have a few options for organic boxed and canned food. Like most Food 4 Less locations the focus is primarily on high sugar and high salt foods but there are some healthier options scattered around. My main issue with this location is if you visit on a weekday afternoon or evening when they are busy you'll be waiting in very long lines that stretch all the way down the aisle. Why they don't hire more staff to open more lanes during these busy times is beyond me.Overall you'll get better prices and faster service at Aldi's. But if you need a bigger selection of boxed, canned, or frozen foods then this is a decent choice.

Busy on Saturday for food shopping. Plenty of meats stocked up, fresh vegetables and fruits, well stocked bread aisle. Bring your own bags, they charge 10 cents for theirs. Deli and bakery options for cakes, cookies, pies, packaged meats and cheese. If you aren't fussy about brand names, buy Kroger version, less expensive.

Not covid safe. They do some corporate required things like marks on the floor and panels for the cahsiers, Big but coming.But the cashiers I dealt with today would casually wear a mask, several check outs those doors were open, no employees enforcing anything.There is a guard at the front but they weren't paying attention and 3 maskless people entered. The carts are self clean now with every one sharing a bottle of cleaner.I will reassess their safety in a few weeks.

The first time I have ever seen them open a new register when the lines are out past the dairy just happened; that is why they get two stars instead of one! They could earn another from actually having enough employees to take care of the customers, and doing something about the carts in the parking lot. It would also be nice if they would get rid of the produce once it starts to rot and attract little flies.

Store is clean, well stocked, most aisles are clear enough for two buggies to pass. Appreciate their clear plastic grocery bags. On Broadway, appreciated the ECPD camera/light in the parking lot.

Having the app and doing a prep/list and loading digital coupons before heading to the store makes In Store shopping much easier. I have mostly been avoiding Food 4 Less since they remodeled because I had previously known where everything was, which helped me complete my shopping more quickly and efficiently.Now the app has functionality that allows one to read off one's shopping list and it's laid out aisle by aisle so it guides you to the correct area in the store to look for the product you wish to purchase - very helpful.Kudos that during the final hours of the sale week, every product on my list but one was available, in stock, and fresh. Also kudos that there were enough employees scheduled to allow for a quick and efficient check out once my list was completed.

Most expensive grocery store full of lies. $3 a&w 2l rootbeer $4 for coke 2l that's more than the 3 gas stations nearby that have them cold. Everything is low quality rotting and insanely INSANELY expensive. Line is always about 1 to 2 hours, yes the line as in the 1 and only line they have open. I HATE HATE HATE THIS STORE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ricky on the register number 11 had a horrible attitude the entire transaction. Venting out about policy which was not necessary. Even made my wife disgusted. She didn't even want to talk to him. Even tells me "I asked if you want bags and not how many bags." And did this to not just me. Guy in front of me also. Just whole vibe from the get go was bad. Funny thing is the whole time I wasn't even trying to have conversation. He just wanted to tell me policy this and that . Somebody has an ego at the register and doesn't like their job. IT SHOWS .
