As a loyal customer who spends a significant amount of money on supplies each month, I have consistently encountered difficulties in submitting my receipts for a full refund.The lack of clarity in the receipts poses a significant problem, as the scanner often fails to read the faded or poorly printed information. This has resulted in the loss of money on my part, as the receipts are not accepted for refunds due to their illegibility. It is frustrating to experience this issue repeatedly, and it is disheartening to see that this problem persists across multiple locations without any apparent resolution.I kindly request that you address this matter urgently and implement effective measures to ensure that receipts are printed clearly and legibly at all Dollar Tree stores. This will not only enhance customer satisfaction but also streamline the refund process and prevent further financial losses for your customers. I believe that investing in better-quality receipt printers or implementing digital receipt solutions could significantly improve the overall customer experience.I trust that Dollar Corporation values its customers and will take the necessary steps to resolve this issue promptly. Caught me by surprise that it's no longer "Dollar" tree. It's now $1.25 tree. Store looked like it needed a lot of attention. Cashier was amazing working by herself with a long line at times. Very kind and great customer service.

It's a Dollar Tree and a Quarter now. Always busy here and the long line because of only one register in use make Walmart across the street the better option. I only shop at this store if I absolutely need to because while a pint of ice cream is still reasonably priced here, it is a shake by the time you get through the line.This area of El Cajon has degraded to the point where I don't want to even pass through, let alone shop here. If I wasn't staying at the Hampton Inn, I certainly would make Parkway Plaza and surrounding businesses the last resort even though there are decent shops and restaurants in the vicinity.The litter, excrement and human trash that has accumulated here makes me feel like I am in some backwards third world nation instead of America's Finest Suburbs.

This Dollar Tree is hit or miss, with items. You'd think they would get a delivery every week, but they're out of so much all the time. Like today, they're out of candy bars. their candy bar shelves by the registers are empty. The store is mostly clean and organized. There's always a line, but at least here they call for backup. I would recommend this Dillar tree and will definitely shop here again.

Based on my experiences here, this store is just alright. Only one cashier for the long line. Store was kind of messy. Wouldn't be my first choice of store, but not the worst either.

Horrible dollar tree. Avoid it all all costs. They always have only one register open, no matter if there’s 1 or 20 people in line they will never open another register. They are always out of everything and are always unorganized. If you want to go to dollar tree, drive a little bit farther down the 8 east to the Los Coches dollar tree.

The line was very long down the isle. Only 1 girl at the register. Paid by debit card. Told by the cashier a receipt couldn't be provided. Only the manager could provide one. And she was at lunch(not very friendly). So I waited for 10 minutes. Then it was put on me to provide the amount. I couldn't remember the amount! Manager said it would take longer to find it. Manager said I probably call my bank for a receipt.The cashier couldn't think fast on her feet. She should have written down the transaction # and the amount on a piece of paper! By law they are required to give you a receipt!While I was waiting for the manager it happen to another person.If they were having a problem with debit and credit card, customers should be informed before purchasing, then their option could be cash!They need more cashiers!!! The line was ridiculous!

As always, many great bargains available. Store was quite busy and lines for the checkout were long. Fortunately a pleasant customer allowed me to take his spot in line, and then another cashier opened her lane, which sped up checkout considerably.The cashier was very friendly and efficient.I did take away one star because some of the items I was interested in were out of stock.Also, (and this is not really the store's fault) this is one of the smallest locations so shelf space is at a premium and the store is always cramped with side displays and aisle stacks displays - plus the aisles themselves are narrow, which makes navigation difficult when there are more than one or two customers in any aisle - especially if the customers are also using shopping carts.

Love the prices, but the store is a mess. The employees are great but I feel bad that they have to deal with all the mess in there. They get allot of low life customers that have no respect for anything. It would take a miracle to clean that place up. But that's just the dollar shop business. Great deals can be found here though.

I love my store! My co-workers are great and we take pride in our store. We’ve been going through a lot of changes lately, as well as having our workload doubled due to Covid, but we are all still giving 100% to keep our store tip-top! It is one place I can go and know that they will always be happy to see me. We have new associate's that are not only new to Dollar Tree but new to the work force itself. They are very kind natured and eager to please. The majority of our customers are so kind and extremely empathetic to our situation of being understaffed and under new management. They know we give up so much of our family time, as well as, our sleep and personal time, to keep our store open for our clients and employee's. We don't quit because we all want everyone to enjoy their experience here, giving us the opportunity to work in a place that we can be proud of. Whether your an associate or a customer, we work relentlessly to make our store safe, stocked and clean. I can't say enough how much I appreciate our customer's and thoroughly enjoy seeing our regulars! Your kind and caring attitudes sustain us and teaches those new workers that their effort is noticed and appreciated too. Thank you all for helping our Dollar Tree be the best that it can be.

I want to give this place more stars because of the selection in some isles. But in others, I haven't seen a dollar tree more messy, disorganized and lacking in variety and quantity. Specifically the stationary/school supplies isle- tornado with many missing items usually found in dollar trees. Then on the other hand the isle with laundry supplies/car stuff etc was well stocked and a varied inventory. I'm sure they probably are understaffed and people just rip through that place but still. I can say the employees were friendly. One lady went above and beyond what most dollar tree employees would care to go.

I love this store. They always have a lot of good products and really and truly, you can't beat the prices. Where else can you get a newspaper or a 7 pound bag of ice for a buck? Plus the store is always clean and the clerk's are nice. I'd be bummed if the government took this place away too! Let's keep or fingers crossed that that doesn't happen!!

Everything at Dollar Tree is actually $1 and they have some really great items. However, some items are a lower quality. Use good judgement when purchasing here but you can definitely get some great deals. Most of the girls are very polite and helpful.

I went to get cards since they are Hallmark and only 2 for $1. A little crowded so not to much social distancing. People were wearing masks though! Didn't spend a lot of time in there. I just love their cards!!

This is one of my favorite Dollar Trees to go to. Since I only work about 2 blocks away I usually stop here on the way home to pick up a few things I might need. They have a very large selection on everything that you might need from laundry soap toothpaste snacks kitchen cookware party supplies you name it. You should definitely stop by once just to see. There's also a Little Caesars and a McDonald's in the same Center.

This store has all my party goods. Balloons, streamers, gift bags, bows, ribbon. And when a holiday comes around they have the best decorations. Store manager Stephanie is always so polite and helpful towards me.Her employees are also very helpful, when I can't find something they search heaven and hell for me. To name a few, employee Claudia is always working hard cleaning the store, making it look presentable for customers, and one of the employees went out into the rain to find me a cart. I offered to give them a tip and they said just keep coming back, because they would rather see a good customer again and again than have a tip. Very satisfied. Treat them with a smile and they will treat you the same.

As Dollar Trees go this store stands out. The employees are very nice and they're always very busy. I highly recommended I drive past to Dollar Trees to get to this one big always well stocked.

the Dollar Tree on Fletcher Parkway in El Cajon is absolutely filthy. I've seen cleaner floors in gas station bathrooms. I mean it is so dirty in there. I don't know if these stores are independently owned Or what but good grief the sidewalk was cleaner than the store floors🤢

Pretty good. 99 cent only is bigger and better. This store is good if you are driving by and need a few things. They have cheap stuff for kids parties including decorations, gift bags and small items.

It's a dollar store get stuff for a dollar. Good selection on glassware and coffee mugs. Great for little item for party bags that will not break the bank. School supplies are cheep here as well and sometime you can find a good book.

Outstanding customer service. I called this El Cajon store looking for a quantity of a particular item. I had called many other D.T. stores with no luck. The manager Claudia checked and confirmed. I picked them up and was pleased that I didn't have to wait to order online. And of course the price was great. Thanks D.T..

This is the closest dollar tree to my house, I’m always greeted upon walking in, I come here for the spicy chicken sandwiches which are bomb, and the knock off takis which are 3x better, the store is always well stocked and CLEAN. Staff is always super friendly.

I visit this store at least 4 times a week and always greeted by very nice employees but never enough lines opened and the store isn’t very clean. I have been going to one located 7 miles away so that I don’t stand in line 20 min.

I went for balloons and they didn't have hardly any of the published balloons. Employees were rude. Didnt say Hi and then just walked away glad it's not the one by my house.It is very close to mall and that is a positive.
