Love IKEA! You can find anything home related in this super store. I mean, any furniture from living room, playroom, office to bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and outdoor areas.It’s a typical IKEA store which consists of 2 levels, the upper for showroom and the lower is where the goods are. Their showroom is impeccable as always. We can stay all days in here! And, there’s furniture is simple yet stylish. It’s affordable and of great quality, too.

Other than the price tag are high considering the quality of the furniture you get is the reason for 4 stars.It is huge facility that you can walking and browsing a couple hours to get idea for every room of your house!From kids room to bathroom to kitchen to even garage or window dressing!They even have a restaurant that serves Danish food which smells so good that I was almost stop to get a bowl of soup to eat! Maybe next time!

This place is super clean with pretty much everything you’d need and the food court is usually super busy or not too packed. Parking is the only thing I’d say is an issue here as even after you find something it’s always a long walk.Tried all the meatballs in the food court and as someone who enjoys meat I really liked the pea protein ones whereas my boyfriend felt the regular ones have more flavor.Clearance area doesn’t have many options but still worth taking a gander

Typical IKEA store that have 2 floors selling furnishings and also having a bistro. Almost the same layout as other IKEA stores over the world. Perhaps some products might be different compared to other stores over the world.

Amazing experience at IKEA E.P.A.! Everything was cleaned and organized, and the staff seemed genuinely happy.I visited their Swedish restaurant too and enjoyed a satisfying meal after all the walking left me famished! I'd come back just for the food 😅

Super cool furniture! I love the ability to interact with the items. This is my number one option for furniture. Great for an authentic European style furniture set or just house essentials. Items are built with great quality and staff is exceptionally kind. The restaurant is also very yummy if you get hungry for some Swedish meatballs 🇸🇪

We went there to see how we can remodel our kitchen. There are many options to look into and the quality was also good. For some of the models ,they included the appliances too. We were disappointed to find that not many bathroom remodels were available. We also learned that back splashes are not available at Costco. The staff members are very knowledgeable and friendly, kind and helpful. What I didn't like is we couldn't finish with kitchens, we had to walk the entire two stories to exit. We like their jam. If we are planning to remodel, this is the best place to go and have an idea.

Quite a nice Ikea to go to! Plenty of covered parking space, not to mention an incredibly classic Ikea experience as well. Is quite the busy location too! Of course had to have the meatballs here! Which is always a requirement whenever I walk into an Ikea! Come prepared or come to browse, but always stay for the meatballs!

Come here for affordable dinners / lunches / cafe options. I love the frozen yogurt. They also sell most of the food offerings in the frozen section, if you're looking to take them home. The place is quite empty on weekdays.

Honestly this is my worst IKEA experience ever. Wish I could leave zero stars. We bought a couch specifically because it was listed in stock and scheduled delivery the next day. We did this at the store with the help of an associate who assured us there would be no problem. The delivery never came and I received no communication about it. When I called they told me it was rescheduled the next day. I received a text confirmation and canceled my plans to be home during the delivery and it again didn’t get delivered and there was no communication about why. I called and spoke to both the customer service line who was no help and then to the store who was also no help. I asked to cancel the order and the associate in the store assured me they would. It was not done. I finally had to call an additional time to have the order canceled. I have zero faith in their inventory system or in their customer service. I’ve been shopping here a long time (we move often), and the experience at the Swedish stores was so much better than IKEA US. It’s unfortunate but I don’t think I can give any more of my business here.

What can you say about IKEA? It’s a standard well-maintained maze of all kinds of things that you may or may not need end of things you didn’t even know you could have. I went on a chill Thursday evening around 6 PM and it was pretty empty thankfully. There was Hella parking? There’s three floors of parking I think or two for sure. There’s inside and out door I didn’t even know about the outdoor, but it looks super convenient. There was plenty of bags to put all your stuff in. There was plenty of pencils, paper, yard sticks or meter sticks or tape measures lol there’s also a great variety of food options of the food court with the meatball. Still being delicious. All in all the East Palo Alto IKEA is easy to get to it’s right by the freeway getting in and out of it is easy the workers are nice from the brief interactions that I had with them and TBH basically all you need. I highly recommend why not go to IKEA get inspired spend some money see your vision boards and enjoy some dinner while you’re at it.

A great place to get practical and affordable Scandinavian style furniture. It is not just a furniture store, it is a destination by itself. The upper floor has a myriad of demonstration areas giving people ideas how their space can be furnished. Downstairs is the market place where you could pick up the merchandise, as well as the warehouse where you pick up the larger pieces of merchandise. There is a cafeteria and a children's play area.

So much fun shopping here! It’s like a maze of furniture and home decor with lots of decor ideas. Good place to go to to get inspired. The Swedish meatballs in the restaurant are almost worth the visit themselves! The furniture unfortunately isn’t the highest quality and requires quite a bit of assembly, but at least the shopping experience is fun!

If you go to the Palo Alto area, you've got to go visit IKEA! You never know what you need, until you see it. And believe me, you'll see it in IKEA. You get to walk a well directed path and see a lot of good stuff. They also have a fantastic restaurant with delicious different cuisine. So, grab the hand of the beloved and go there. You'll enjoy yourself, l promise.

I LOVE IKEA! It's so fun to wander around and look at all the little rooms they make. There is nothing not too love about IKEA. You can also learn some Swedish while you're there. Their food is delicious and affordable, highly recommend the cinnamon rolls. Tack, IKEA! (that means thank you in Swedish)

IKEA is a great place for furniture, furnishings, kitchen appliances, cutlery.etc. For once you find a place that has a different look and feel then usual China factory products flooding all US stores as IKEA is a Sweden based company. They have custom made room decors to pick from. I like to buy plants from there as they're reasonably priced.

I ordered a closet system for home delivery. We opened 4 of the 22 pieces before realizing that this was not going to work for us. I figured I'd be out the price of the open pieces, and was pleasantly surprised when I looked online to see that I could return an unopened item for a full year, and open items for 6 months!I was able to start my return and check in online. I was number 6 to be served, and was done in a total of 25 minutes with a full refund. There were 2-3 customer service representatives working returns the entire time I was there. Aigaevalu assisted me, and she was quick, professional, and friendly.It was a very good experience.

You can enjoy the same quality even if you go to IKEA stores all over the world. It reminded me of my home country. I end up buying soft serve ice cream. Self-checkout has also been introduced, making it smooth.

I ordered a whole kitchen, plus a closet organizer - a complex order with LOTS of parts and boxes. As assembly proceeded, it turned out that some parts were missing. I informed Ikea and they accepted all my claims, and shipped the missing parts pretty quickly. Putting the closet organizer together, I misplaced some small parts - my fault. I called them and they said they’d replace the parts at no cost. Great customer service.

Can’t believe the low efficiency of their return and exchange process. Even on a regular middle of workday, you need to wait for one hour with 20 people in the line/waiting room. Only 3 staffs and each return takes 15min? This is unbelievable efficiency in this day of age.

Recently Ordered a couch and they oversold the couch and only delivered the sofa cover. After calling customer service twice they both ensured that the couch would be delivered. It was not and on the day it was supposed to be delivered the couch was restocked at this location. They proceeded to cancel my order for the couch and delivered the sofa cover. When I went to return the sofa cover and reorder the couch they did not offer to add the $50 dollar discount or offer to use the exchange amount to reorder the sofa. I was excited to purchase the sofa , but the lack of communication and customer service has been disappointing.

Food is great. Decent portions and reasonable price. Loved the Swedish salad. The cashier Shana was friendly. The restaurant server was however stressed and impolite.The showrooms are very messy. Customer service too busy.Elevators take forever.

Looking for House decor, Bed, mattress, sofa, kitchen then this is one of the best place.There are so many varieties of everything.Prices are very competitive.Staff are very helpful.Delivery is $49 but you can add any number of items to this.They have a huge restaurant in top floor. So don't worry about meals and just one can plan a full day shopping.There is a huge parking area. But try to get a parking in 2nd floor so after purchase moving to car is easy.

Great place for household items like furniture kitchen bed bath etc.., There were many displays to look at. The food there was amazing as well. It's a nice little meal/snack to have while shopping!
