This hotel was sooo horrible. We were so tired driving thru to Washington state, so we just stopped to get a couple hours of sleep and honestly could not sleep at all. The ceiling light was literally full of bugs š³ the area did not feel safe at all so we unloaded EVERYTHING out of our car and were constantly checking on our car in middle of the night. There wasn't even a top lock on the front door (pics included), the toilet was gross, the faucets were moldy and there was mold all over the bathroom. The TV had really bad reception so my buddy pulled out his flashlight to look behind the TV to see if we could hook our laptop to it and that was a HUGE mistake.... The flashlight showed allllll the stains and splatters on the walls, it was sooooooo disgusting oh, and there were cigarette burns in my blanket, on the chair and on the bathtub rail. I feel so gross, like this hotel is stuck on me hahha and I'm pretty sure I'm gonna have to quarantine all my items when I get home to make sure I don't bring bed bugs or cockroaches into my house š© I know this hotel is cheap, I just didn't know that people would be aloud to charge money for this kind of environment/filth. A big lesson was learned last night.Safety: Not Safe.

After driving all day and not getting service at another nearby motel, I tried this place and was pleasantly surprised. On Google Maps, itās a little deceiving and confusing. I guess this was the old OYO motel now it is 2 hotels under the same management.Americaās Best Value and Super 8.Itās in the middle of nowhere, nothing but tiny towns surrounded by agriculture. Liters a farm on the other side of the north fence. Some people complained about bugs, itās mostly just flying bugs, due to the surrounding farms, nothing major, just donāt hang around the light fixtures.Room was pretty basic, but everything worked. Nuclear hot water if that is a thing for you, so be careful.Thereās not much in the way to see or eat within walking distance but you have Jack in the Box next door was well as other fast food options just a mile away, more options north if you donāt mind driving a few more miles.Though being right next to the freeway, it was exceptionally quiet. Sheets and towels were clean and plentiful.Would definitely stop by again if the need arises.

We have stayed here many times during long drives on the I-5. Prices are low. Rooms have been clean and some are very large. Friendly and helpful staff. Quiet area in a small town. Last night, with the door open, we were serenaded by the murmur of frogs, and the soft calls an owl couple letting each other know where they are while they search for dinner.

This little hotel has had more names then I can count but it is nice and clean and very quiet good reasonable price the only bad thing is restaurant is a jack-in-the-box that's it.Also a reasonable price everything in the room is clean and in its place!

Pleasant surprise! It is actually nice, rooms are spacious, comfortable and the king bed was on the firm side but comfortable. No coffee maker in room and no breakfast available. Free coffee when checking out though. No parking available for oversized vehicles but just ask where itās best to park. Would stay again and do recommend, had a peaceful night.

Super sketchy place. The room was so dirty. luckily I had my own linens, flip flops to wear in the shower, and disinfectant spray to spray on everything as I was too tired from driving all day and night to go elsewhere. Would not recommend.

We got to are hotel at 11:30pm go to the office find out they had a busted pipe and there was no water, was told it would be on the next day. I had a 3 night say! He asked if I still wanted to stay, hello no where else to go all the hotels where 500 or more a night with aftershock going on. 3 nights and was not able to shower there had to go to a friend's hotel room to shower no accommodations at all it was a to bad so sad from the employee. The rooms are decent walls are paper thin but it is pet friendly.

A pleasant surprise and quite welcome after a long daysā drive. I have no complaints at all. My room at this Super 8 this evening is right on the money.Exactly what Iād hoped for. I almost didnāt stay because of some negative reviews. Iām glad I gave this place a chance and would stay again. Read on for more details:Check-in was friendly & quick in the late evening. The room is clean & tidy. Fridge & Microwave work well. Good lighting options with 3 lamps plus an overhead in the main room. Each lamp has easy access AC plugs. Addtl wall outlets are accessible and well placed around the room. The bedding is clean and well made. Small desk and round table are clean and functional. Clean sink and counter area. Clean bathroom. The premises feels quite safe. I have no worries walking at night and no worries about the contents of my car .The free Wi-Fi is fast enough, Speedtesting at 5-10 Mbps for both download and upload. Iāll stream an Obi-Wan Kenobi episode while my laptop downloads updates and also uploads a heap of files to the cloud!Based on this personal experience here now, this place is a good find on this hit-or-miss I-5 corridor coming or going from Sacramento or the Bay Area and parts further north.Good luck in your own experience wherever you choose! And May the Force Be With You, Always![my star ratings reflect price/value and my expectations in this niche]

Best cheap hotel I've ever stayed in in America. As an architect and interior designer, I appreciated the intelligent space layout, color, and furniture choices. The front desk was extremely accommodating of my need to find an optimal parking location for my loaded 26' box truck. I also loved the firm, nonsaggy mattress and attention to detail by the cleaning staff. If you can overlook the small burn mark in the bedspread, the absence of free breakfast (coffee is free), and forgive the cockroach in the reception office, I feel you will also be pleasantly surprised by just how much this humble motel will offer for the extremely modest price.

I needed a stop to recharge my EV and pulled in here. Had no problems starting the Electrify America 350 amp charger. I really needed a bathroom and walked over the Suites lobby where a very helpful. kind woman opened the door to the "no public restrooms" place in the lobby. That's worth 5 stars from this Google Local Guide today!!

We reserved a king bed non-smoking. A check in we were told there werenāt anymore and they put us in a double queen non-smoking.The room was dust free but spiderwebs were present, in plain view. The furniture was in various states of disrepair, missing drawers, string pull for handle. The remote was dirty and broken. There was a smell from the bathroom that might have been a dirty drain but actually it was an unflushed toilet. We did not complain to the manager since our first complaint of the king bed went on deaf ears ācanāt get blood from a turnipāWe booked this as a convenience for our early morning flight from Sacramento. We will be sure to avoid OYO hotels in the future

Best thing about this place was the coffee except there was none in the rooms only in the office & the night front desk Rebecca was awesome. They charged me for my towels & dirty microwave & fridge. I had just washed & bleached the towels & wiped out the microwave & fridge. Not sure what the housekeepers jobs are if you have to do it yourself. I was told by the owner/manager that giving it a bad rating wasn't helping her motel & if I didn't like it, I didn't have to stay there. Well that's definitely not getting you any better ratings lol.

The ride from San Jose, CA to Seattle, WA was stopped half way thru and had to turn back due to bad weather conditions. Straight to the point: this place is perfect for the weary traveler, wants peace and quiet, and although location is right off I-5, you are tucked away from the busy day to day life.Treat staff and workers respectfully and they will do the same.Keep in mind the price of room when you are about to complain about anything. There is a washer and dryer there which you NEVER see compared to others. Most importantly they sell laundry soap. softener thingys you put in the dryer, and have quarters to exchange. Also they sell drinks and snacks at front desk, no vending machines to eat your money. Finally this location makes travel destinations within reach, I was able to wipe a bucket list entry A&S BMW motorcycle shop is Amazing and have everything and showroom shop dream. That is another story. This place gave the get away I never knew I needed and had to stay another nite, I would have liked to stay longer, it is comfy but sadly have to go home.Anyone who has great expectations about this place should wait to visit. They are giving this place a make over as of this post and would love a chance to stay when complete.

My wife and I travel a lot and we were just looking for a place to get off the road and sleep. We normally stay at $85-$100 hotels, like Comfort Suites or Best Western. While hunting around, I saw this for only $33.I'm not even sure how they make money. The lady who checked us in was very nice and bubbly at 12:30 am. Our room was very large. It looks like an old, small apartment complex that has been turned into a hotel room. Imagine a studio apartment without a kitchen. That's how big it is.The room was recently remodeled. It had laminate floors and a firm mattress. I immediately checked the mattress for critters. Not only did I see nothing, but they have the mattress in some kind of high-end, medical-grade cloth sleeve. I'm only assuming that its an extra layer of protection from the bugs that these hotels get because you could just cut it off and add a new bag if you run into issues. The mattress was firm, but had wear in the middle, so my wife and I kept floating to the middle. The mattress was a little too firm for both of us.The heater worked great on a cold night, but I don't think the thermostat was working on the unit. We had to have it on or off. There was no middle ground. The lady who checked us out had the personality of a cold rock. The morning coffee was not bad.Overall, this is a value-adjusted 5 star-hotel. If you're expecting the Four Seasons for $33, then that's on you. If you're expecting a clean place to sleep for a night for less than you'll pay for dinner next door at the Jack In The Box, then this place is for you. We would definitely stay here again versus $160 in Vacaville. One last thing: one of the local guides gave this hotel a 1 star because they charged him $90. He's actually wrong. The room is around $40 (ours was $33) and they put a $50 REFUNDABLE deposit on your card. The lady used a 2-way radio to notify the housekeeper that we left and reversed the deposit after the housekeeper gave the thumbs up on the room condition. I think it's really sad that a Google local guide of his level would leave such an ill-informed review based on his lack of understanding of the simple concept of deposits.

Motel is converting from a Motel 6 to Oyo so lots of changes are likely pending, including signage which is due in a week. The room was basic but clean and very roomy. The format is not the classic Motel 6 style and is only a single.story. Highway noise was minimal and the pool was closed but clean. No breakfast was offered, but they did have free coffee and free wifi. TV in the room was good quality and for the area, the selection was adequate.

The worst motel I've ever been in it may be cheep but that is what you get. My hotel room had black mold all in the bathroom shower and when I asked them to change rooms they kicked me out!! And then one of my nieces spilled a little bit of my coffee on a towel and they took my whole deposit for it. So I recommend if you have the money DONT GO TO "OYO" OR "THE BEST VALUE INN"because you will get what you pay for. Thank you... Donna

Never again will I stay there; in fact I emailed the company to tell them how bad my stay was and even then I was not happy with their response! All around bad experience; that i never look forward to deal with again! Completely reined our couples time that was needed desperately. Really hope they company sees this and reaches out; might change my mind about them as a business.

Air conditioner didnāt work. Had to move rooms. Then saw the largest cockroach Iāve ever seen. 2 small pillows for a king sized bed. Clerk couldnāt even direct us to our room. Lots of opportunities for improvements.

I was so disappointed. Stains on the dust ruffle (fresh) and old stains on the bedding. Grimy spots around the light switch... there was a huge gaping dusty open hole in the ceiling above the shower where a bulb was missing. A/C went on and off constantly all night. TV had black shadows on both sides. Just wish I'd stayed somewhere else.

This is not a 3.5 star hotel as it is listed on Priceline. It is a 1 maybe, maybe 2 star. After three different room changes for unmade beds, AC not working and blood and mold found, I ended up driving 3 1/2 hours north, sleeping on the side of the road for an hour and then driving home, another 2 hours. I would rather risk falling asleep on the road and sleeping in my car than stay at that hotel. It is VERY misleading.

Spiders everywhere. Room was not clean, and things were falling apart. Took forever to cool despite blasting cold air. Said it was $55 online, but they charged near $90 at the desk. Not even worth $40.
